1. Set up the Pasting Machine
1b. Slide the slipshell across the
hinge.
1c. Unfold the left leg. 1d. Slide the slipshell across the
hinge and raise up the machine.
1a. Release the locking on the
frame. Unfold the right leg.
2. Align
Put the Pasting Machine CB 75 N or CB 1000 N in front of the
Equipment Table. Align and determine the castors. Mount the Table-
Widening at the Equipment Table 70 F. If working with Equipment Table
75 N or 1000 N align and determine the castors.
When available, mount the Sliding cutter and the CB Counter.
3. Fill in paste
Mix paste according to the manufacturer's instructions.
(If possible, use special paste for Pasting Machines)
Fill the paste tray up to 2cm below the edge.
4. Adjust paste thickness
Adjust the thickness of the paste with the adjustment knobs on both sides.
Set 1 for thin wallpapers, accordingly more paste for thicker
wallpapers. After adjusting the thickness tigthen the fixing screw in the
knob.
Important: Do not expose the paste roll to direct sunlight or heat.
Clean only with cold water.
5. Fit in the wallpaper
Slide the wallpaper rod though the roll and fix it in the middle with the
stop discs, then hang it in the holder.

6. Inserting the wallpaper
Open up the top, turn the paste roller till it‘s fully wetted with paste.
Lay down the wallpaper on the roller.
Lead wallpaper on the roller to the wallpaperholder and close the top.
Important: Make sure that the back of the wallpaper runs over
the roller
7. Paste the wallpaper
Pull the wallpaper to the seperating rail, set the CB Counter to „Zero“.
Tilt the corners and pull the wallpaper parallel to the table edge to the
favored measure. If the length is longer then the table, fold the length
and pull it to the favored measure. When working without the CB Counter
measure the lenght from the seperating rail.
For pattern wallpaper, cut before the pasting or use the pattern table
inside the top of the Pasting Machine.
8. Cut the wallpaper (with Seperating knife or Sliding cutter)
Pull the Cutting Knife or the Sliding Cutter under light preasure through
the Cutting Rail. Afterwards fold the wallpaper.

9. Cleaning the Pasting Machine
During daily use Pasting Machine must not be cleaned. Only under heavy
pollution or before a longer break before the next use, the Pasting Machine
should be cleaned with cold water. After draining the paste and unmounting
the top, remove the paste roller from the machine.
By simultaneously turning the roller and pushing the hand under it, the roller
will pop out of the holder
Important: Turn the adjusting knob to the end before removing the roller,
as well before longer breaks, to make sure theres no paste at the scraper.
