Diese Anleitung liegt der
Batterieladekarte SCB24,
die in den Getriebemotor
SkyboxE / CE einzubauen
ist, und darf daher nicht für
andere Produkte verwendet
werden!

Avvertenze importanti:
Togliere l’alimentazione
di rete all’automazione
prima di accedervi.
La scheda SCB24
consente l’utilizzo di n° 2
batterie tampone (12 Vdc
- 1,2 Ah) collegate in serie
per mantenere in funzione
l’automazione in mancanza
di tensione di rete.
Durante il normale utilizzo
del motoriduttore la scheda
SCB24 mantiene cariche
le batterie tampone,
mentre, nei periodi di
mancanza di tensione
di rete, le utilizza per
consentire il funzionamento
dell’automazione.
Ogni altro uso è improprio
e, quindi, vietato dalle
normative vigenti.
Nella progettazione delle
proprie apparecchiature,
TAU rispetta le normative
applicabili al prodotto; è
fondamentale che anche
l’installatore, nel realizzare
gli impianti, prosegua nel
rispetto scrupoloso delle
norme.
Personale non qualifi cato
o non a conoscenza delle
normative applicabili alla
categoria dei “cancelli e
porte automatiche” deve
assolutamente astenersi
dall’eseguire installazioni
ed impianti.
Chi non rispetta le
normative è responsabile
dei danni che l’impianto
potrà causare!
Si consiglia di leggere
attentamente tutte le
istruzioni prima di procedere
con l’installazione.
INSTALLAZIONE
Prima di procedere
assicurarsi del buon
funzionamento della parte
meccanica. Verifi care
inoltre che il gruppo
motoriduttore sia stato
installato correttamente
seguendo le relative
istruzioni. Eseguiti questi
controlli, assicurarsi
che il motoriduttore non
abbia un assorbimento
durante il movimento
superiore a 3 A (per un
corretto funzionamento
del quadro di comando).

Important information:
Disconnect the system
from the power supply
before starting work.
Two buffer batteries (12
Vdc – 1.2 Ah), connected
in series, can be used with
the SCB24 card in order to
keep the automatic system
working in the event of a
mains power failure.
While the gearmotor is
working normally, the
SCB24 card keeps the
buffer batteries charged,
but in the event of a mains
power failures, it uses
them to keep the automatic
system working.
Any other use is
considered improper and is
consequently forbidden by
current laws.
When designing its
products, TAU observes all
applicable standards; it is
of paramount importance,
however, that installers
continue to strictly observe
the same standards when
installing the system.
Unqualifi ed personnel or
those who are unaware of
the standards applicable to
the “automatic gates and
doors” category may not
install systems under any
circumstances.
Whoever ignores such
standards will be held
responsible for any damage
caused by the system!
Do not install the unit
before you have read all
the instructions.
INSTALLATION
Before proceeding, make
sure the mechanical
components work
correctly. Also check
that the gear motor
assembly has been
installed according to
the instructions. Then
make sure that the power
consumption of the gear
motor during movement
is not greater than 3 A
(otherwise the control
panel may not work
properly).

Vor Eingriffen die
Netzstromversorgung
abtrennen.
Die Karte SCB24 ermöglicht
den Gebrauch von Nr.
2 seriengeschalteten
Pufferbatterien (12 Vdc
- 1,2 Ah), damit die
Automatisierung auch
bei Netzstromausfall
funktionieren kann.
Während des
Normalbetriebs des
Getriebemotors hält
die Karte SCB24 die
Pufferbatterien geladen,
wogegen sie diese in den
Zeiten, in den der Strom
ausfällt, für den Betrieb der
Automatisierung benutzt.
Jeder andere Einsatz ist
unsachgemäß und daher
laut gültiger Vorschriften
verboten.
Bei der Planung ihrer
Apparaturen hält sich TAU
an die für das Produkt
anwendbaren Vorschriften;
von grundlegender
Wichtigkeit ist, dass sich
auch der Installateur bei
der Durchführung der
Anlage genauestens an die
Vorschriften hält.
Personal, das nicht
qualifi ziert ist oder die
Vorschriften nicht kennt,
die für die Kategorie
„automatische Türen und
Tore“ anwendbar sind, darf
Installationen und Anlagen
keinesfalls ausführen.
Wer sich nicht an die
Vorschriften hält, haftet für
die Schäden, die von der
Anlage verursacht werden
können.
Vor der Installation bitte
alle Anweisungen genau
lesen.
INSTALLATION
Vor der Installation
sicher sein, dass alle
mechanischen Teile
korrekt funktionieren.
Weiterhin prüfen, ob der
Getriebemotor korrekt
installiert ist und die
jeweiligen Anweisungen
befolgen. Nach
Durchführung dieser
Kontrollen sicher stellen,
dass die Stromaufnahme
des Getriebemotors
während der Bewegung
nicht über 3° ist (für den
korrekten Betrieb der
Schalt- und Steuertafel).

Recommandations
importantes :
Couper l’alimentation de
secteur de l’automatisme
avant d’y accéder.
La carte SCB24 permet
l’utilisation de 2 batteries
tampon (12 Vcc - 1,2 Ah)
connectées en série pour
maintenir l’automatisme en
fonction en cas de coupure
du courant.
Durant l’utilisation normale
du motoréducteur, la
carte SCB24 maintient les
batterie tampon rechargées
tandis que durant les
périodes de manque de
tension, elle les utilise pour
permettre le fonctionnement
de l’automatisme.
Toute autre utilisation est
impropre et donc interdite
par les normes en vigueur.
Dans le projet de ses
appareils, TAU respecte
les normes applicables au
produit ; il est fondamental
que l’installateur lui aussi,
lorsque qu’il réalise
l’installation, respecte
scrupuleusement les
normes.
Tout personnel non qualifi é
ou ne connaissant pas
les normes applicables à
la catégorie des «portails
et portes automatiques»
doit absolument
s’abstenir d’effectuer des
installations.
Qui ne respecte pas les
normes est responsable des
dommages que l’installation
pourra causer !
Nous conseillons de lire
attentivement toutes les
instructions avant de
procéder à l’installation.
INSTALLATION
Avant de procéder,
s’assurer du bon
fonctionnement de
la partie mécanique.
Vérifi er en outre que le
groupe motoréducteur a
été installé correctement
suivant les instructions
spécifi ques. Après avoir
effectué ces contrôles,
contrôler que l’absorption
du motoréducteur au
cours de la manœuvre
ne dépasse pas 3 A
(pour un fonctionnement
correct de la logique de
commande).

Recomendaciones
importantes:
Antes de acceder a
la automatización, es
necesario desconectarla
de la red eléctrica.
La tarjeta SCB24
permite utilizar 2 baterías
compensadoras (12 Vdc
- 1,2 Ah) conectadas
en serie para mantener
en funcionamiento la
automatización cuando
falta tensión de red.
Durante el uso normal del
motorreductor, la tarjeta
SCB24 mantiene cargadas
las baterías compensadoras
y, cuando falta tensión de
red, las utiliza para permitir
el funcionamiento de la
automatización.
Cualquier otro uso se
considera impropio y, por lo
tanto, queda prohibido por
las normativas vigentes.
Cuando proyecta sus
propios equipos, TAU
respeta las normativas
aplicables al producto;
es fundamental que al
efectuar las instalaciones,
el instalador también
trabaje respetando
escrupulosamente las
normas.
El personal no cualifi cado
o que desconoce las
normativas aplicables a la
categoría de las “cancelas
y puertas automáticas”
tiene que abstenerse
absolutamente de efectuar
instalaciones.
La persona que no
respete las normativas
será responsable de los
desperfectos que pueda
causar la instalación.
Se aconseja efectuar una
atenta lectura de todas
las instrucciones antes de
iniciar la instalación.
INSTALACIÓN
Antes de iniciar,
asegúrese que la parte
mecánica funciona
correctamente. Verifi que
también que el grupo
del motorreductor
se haya instalado
correctamente siguiendo
las instrucciones
relativas. Después de
haber efectuado estos
controles, asegúrese de
que el motorreductor,
durante el movimiento, no
presenta una absorción
superior a 3 A (para un
funcionamiento correcto
del tablero de control).

Per un corretto cablaggio della scheda carica batteria SCB24 procedere
come segue:
1. Togliere l’alimentazione di rete 230 Vac;
2. rimuovere il carter di protezione dello skyboxE / CE (vedi fi g. 1);
3. scollegare i cavi di alimentazione che collegano il trasformatore alla
scheda K660M (vedi fi g. 2);
To wire the SCB24 battery charger card correctly, proceed as follows:
1. disconnect the 230Vac mains power supply;
2. remove the safety guard from the skyboxE / CE (see fi g. 1);
3. disconnect the power cables connecting the transformer to the K660M
card (see fi g. 2);
Für die korrekte Verdrahtung der Batterieladekarte SCB24 ist wie folgt
vorzugehen:
1. Die 230 Vac Netzstromversorgung abtrennen 230 Vac;
2. das Schutzgehäuse vom SkyboxE / CE abmontieren (siehe Abb. 1);
3. die Versorgungskabel abtrennen, die den Transformator mit der Karte
K660M verbinden (siehe Abb. 2);
Pour un câblage correct de la carte chargeur batterie SCB24 procéder de
la façon suivante :
1. couper l’alimentation de secteur 230 Vca ;
2. enlever le carter de protection du SkyboxE / CE (voir fi g. 1) ;
3. déconnecter les câbles d’alimentation qui connectent le transformateur
à la carte K660M (voir fi g. 2) ;
Para efectuar un cableado correcto de la tarjeta del cargador de batería
SCB24, siga los siguientes pasos:
1. Desconecte la corriente eléctrica de 230 Vac;
2. saque el cárter de protección del skyboxE / CE (véase fi g. 1);
3. desconecte los cables de alimentación que conectan el transformador
con la tarjeta K660M (véase fi g. 2);

6. posizionare e fissare le batterie tramite l’apposito fermo (vedi fig. 5);
7. collegare la scheda SCB24 alle batterie tampone (collegamento in serie), accertandosi di rispettare la polarità, vedi fig. 6;

7. connect the SCB24 card to the buffer batteries (connected in series), making sure the polarity is correct (see fig. 6);
6. die Batterien anbringen und mit der dazu vorgesehenen Feststellvorrichtung befestigen (siehe Abb. 5);
7. die Karte SCB24 an den Pufferbatterien anschließen (Serienschaltung), hierbei die Polung beachten (siehe Abb. 6);
6. positionner et fixer les batteries à l’aide du dispositif de blocage (voir fig. 5) ;
7. connecter la carte SCB24 aux batteries tampon (connexion en série), en veillant à respecter la polarité, voir fig. 6 ;
6. coloque y sujete las baterías compensadoras mediante el correspondiente retén (véase fig. 5);
7. conecte la tarjeta SCB24 a las baterías compensadoras (conexión en serie), verificando que se respeta la
polaridad (véase fig. 6);

8. collegare la scheda SCB24 alla scheda K660M
(vedi fig. 7);

9. ripristinare l’ alimentazione di rete;
10. verificare il corretto funzionamento dell’impianto simulando una mancanza di tensione di rete;
11. a verifiche completate, riposizionare il carter di protezione dello SkyboxE / CE.

9. die Netzstromversorgung wieder aktivieren;
10. einen Netzstromausfall vortäuschen und den korrekten Betrieb der Anlage überprüfen;
11. nach den Überprüfungen das Schutzgehäuse wieder am
SkyboxE / CE anbringen.
9. rétablir l’alimentation de secteur ;
10. vérifier le fonctionnement correct de l’installation en simulant
une coupure du courant ;
11. quand les contrôles sont terminés, remettre en place le carte
de protection du SkyboxE / CE.
9. restablezca la corriente eléctrica;
10. verifique que la instalación funciona correctamente simulando
que falta la corriente eléctrica;
11. cuando haya efectuado todas las verificaciones, coloque de
nuevo el cárter de protección SkyboxE / CE.


