IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
1. Read all instructions before using.
2. Before connecting the appliance to the power
supply, check that the voltage indicated on the
appliance corresponds with the voltage in your
home. If this is not the case, contact your dealer
and do not use the kettle.
3. The attached base can not be used for other
than intended use.
4. Do not operate the appliance without anything
in it to avoid damaging the heat elements.
5. Unplug from the outlet when not in use and
before cleaning. Allow to cool before putting
on or taking off parts, and before cleaning the
appliance.
6. Do not let the cord hang over the edge of a
table or counter or touch a hot surface.
7. Do not place on or near a hot gas or electric
burner or in a heated oven.
8. Ensure that the appliance is used on a firm
and flat surface out of reach of children, this
will prevent the appliance from overturning and
prevent damage or injury.
9. Keep hands and utensils out of container while
blending to reduce the risk of severe injury to
persons or damage to the blender.
10.To protect against a fire, electric shock or
personal injury, do not immerse cord, electric
plugs, jar or base in water or other liquids.
11.Close supervision is necessary when any appli-
ance is used by or near children.
12.Do not touch the hot surface. Use the handle or
the button.
13.Extreme caution must be used when moving
an appliance containing hot liquids.
14.Avoid contact with moving parts.
15.The use of attachments not recommended or
sold by manufacturer may cause fire, electric
shock or injury.
16.Do not operate any appliance with a damaged
cord or plug or after the appliance malfunc-
tions, or is dropped or damaged in any man-
ner. Return appliance to the nearest authorized
service facility for examination, repair or electri-
cal or mechanical adjustment.
17.The appliance should only be used for frothing
and heating milk.

BEFORE THE FIRST USE
The appliance can be used for finishing the following
tasks separately: I. frothing and heating milk; II. only
frothing without heating; III. only heating, without
frothing.
1. Before using your milk frother, clean all the parts
according to the section under “CLEANING AND
MAINTENANCE”.
2. Important: do not wash any parts in the dishwash-
er, and do not immerse the jar in water.
3. This may permanently damage the product and
void the warranty.
4. The appliance is equipped with two accessories
- mixing paddle and frothing paddle, the mixing
paddle is used for mixing milk during heating to
prevent from sticking. The frothing paddle is used
for frothing milk during heating or is used for
frothing separately, but no heating. Select desired
accessory according t
o your task.
NOTE: the max capacity of the jar is 450ml.
OPERATION OFYOUR MILK FROTHER
Frothing and
1. Place the appliance on a flat surface.
2. Select frothing paddle, then open the lid and
insert the frothing paddle onto the shaft on the
bottom of jar.
3. Fill the jar with the desired amount of milk (To
ensure good result, it is recommended the initial
temperature of milk shall be 10-15˚), and
replace the lid.
NOTE: the max milk quantity permitted to add is
100ml, to avoid milk overflowing after frothing.
4. Place the jar on the power base and connect the
plug into a power outlet, the indicator
will light red.
5. Press the switch button once, the indicator will
light blue. Then the appliance will start to work.
Once the temperature of milk has achieved about
58-78˚, the heating element will stop heating and
the frothing paddle will stop rotating automati-
cally; the indicator will illuminate red again until
unplugging the power outlet.
Note: During operation, you can stop operating
by pressing the switch button once.
6. When the appliance has stopped operating, pour
out the warmed and frothed milk from the spout
to enjoy it.
Caution: Minimum 3 minutes rest time must be
maintained between two continuous cycles, oth-
erwise, the appliance will enter the self-protection
state automatically after working for 5 cycles
continuously, the indicator will be illuminated blue
and flash, the switch button will not be activated,
after about 5 minutes, the appliance will enter
standby tate and you can continue
operating the appliance.
7. Always turn off the milk frother and disconnect
the power supply when not use.
Only frothing without heating
1. Follow steps 1-4 in the section under
“Frothing and heating”.
2. Press the switch button three times continuously
within 2s, the indicator will illuminate blue and
blink, the frothing paddle will rotate for frothing
milk separately, but the heating element will not
heat. And the appliance will automatically stop ro-
tating after operating, the indicator will illuminate
red again until unplugging the power outlet.
Note: During operation, you can stop operating
by pressing the switch button once.
3. When the appliance has stopped operating, pour
out the frothed milk from the spout and enjoy it.
Caution: Minimum 3 minutes rest time must be
maintained between two continuous cycles, oth-
erwise, the appliance will enter the self-protection
state automatically after working for 5 cycles
continuously, the working indicator will flash and
the switch button will not be activated, after about
5 minutes, the appliance will enter standby state
and you can continue operating the appliance.
4. Always turn off the milk frother and disconnect
the power supply when not use.
Only heating without frothing.
1. Place the appliance on a flat surface.
2. Select mixing paddle according to your task. Then
open the lid, insert the mixing paddle onto the
shaft on the bottom of jar.
3. Fill the jar with the desired amount of milk (To ensure
good result, it is recommended the initial tempera-
ture of milk shall be 10-15˚), and replace the lid.
NOTE: the max milk quantity permitted to add is

200ml, to avoid milk overflowing after mixing.
4. Place the jar on the power base and connect the
plug into a power outlet. The indicator will illumi-
nate red.
5. Press the switch button twice continuously within
2s, the indicator will light blue. Then the appliance
will start to work. Once the temperature of milk
has achieved about 58-78˚, the heating element
will stop heating and the mixing paddle will stop
rotating automatically; the indicator will illuminate
red again until unplugging the power outlet.Note:
The rotation of the mixing paddle is only used for
avoiding sticking. It will not froth the milk.
6. When the appliance has stopped operating, pour
out the warm milk and enjoy it.
Caution: Minimum 3 minutes rest time must be

erwise, the appliance will enter the self-protection
state automatically after working for 5 cycles

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
1. Always disconnect the appliance from the power
outlet and allow it to cool down before cleaning.
CAUTION: Never immerse the jar or power base
in water, or allow moisture to contact with these
parts.
NOTE: Before each use, please clean the interior
of jar thoroughly.
2. Wash lid with water and mild detergent. The lid is
not dishwasher safe. Rinse thoroughly and dry.
3. Remove the mixing paddle or frothing paddle,
and wash them completely in warm water.
4. Wash the inner jar with a combination of a mild
detergent and water and then wipe clean with a
soft damp cloth.
5. Wipe the outer jar with a soft damp cloth or
cleaner, never use a harsh cleaner.
NOTE: Do not use chemical, steel, wooden or
abrasive cleaners to clean the outside of the ap-
pliance to prevent the gloss loss.

BELANGRIKE VEILIGHEIDS INSTRUKSIES:
1. Lees al die instruksies voor gebruik.

maak word. Laat dit eers afkoel voor dele
aangesit of afgehaal word, en as dit

6. Moenie toelaat dat die koord oor die tafel of

oppervlak raak nie.
7. Moet dit ook nie op of naby ‘n gas of elektriese
brander gebruik nie of dit in ‘n warm
oond plaas nie.
8. Maak seker die toestel staan op ‘n stewige, plat
oppervlakte buite die bereik van kinders, dit sal
help dat die toestel nie omval of afval en skade of
beserings veroorsaak nie. \
9. Hou hande en gebruiksartikels uit die houer uit
met vermenging om die risiko van ernstige beser-
ings aan persone of die toestel te verminder.
10.Om teen ‘n brand, elektriese skok of persoonlike
besering te beskerm, moenie die koord, elektri-
ese proppe, houer of basis onder water of enige
ander vloeistof dompel nie.
11.Baie goeie toesig is nodig as die toestel naby of
deur kinders gebruik word.
12.Moet nie die warm oppervlak aanraak nie. Ge-
bruik die handvatsel of die knoppie.
13.Uiterste sorg moet toegepas word as ‘n toestel
met warm vloeistof beweeg word.
14.Vermy kontak met bewegende dele.
15.Die gebruik van onderdele nie aanbeveel of
verkoop deur die vervaardiger nie, mag brande ,
elektriese skokke of beserings veroorsaak.
16.Moet nie die toestel in werking stel as die koord
of prop beskadig is of as die toestel wanfunk-

sioneer of dalk geval het, of op enige manier
beskadig is nie. Gee dit terug aan die naaste
diensfasiliteit vir ondersoek , herstel, elektriese of
meganiese aanpassing.
17.Die toestel moet net vir skuiming en die verhitting
van melk gebruik word.
18.Die gebruik van hierdie toestel is nie bedoel vir
persone(kinders ingesluit) met verminderde
fisiese, verstandelike of sensoriese vermoëns
nie, met geen ervaring of kennis daarvan nie,
tensy hulle onder toesig onderrig ontvang deur
‘n verantwoordelike persoon vir die werking van
die toestel.
19.Moenie die toestel sonder sy deksel in werking
stel nie.
20.Moet nooit die toestel op of naby ‘n warm gas
of elektriese brander plaas of waar dit ‘n ander
warm toestel kan aanraak nie.
21.Hierdie toestel is bedoel vir huishoudelike ge-
bruik asook soortgelyke omgewings : personeel
kombuise in winkels, kantore, en ander werk-
somgewings: -plaashuise:deur kliënte in motelle,
hotelle, en ander residensiële tipes omgewings
– bed en ontbyt omgewings.
22.Kinders moet onder goeie toesig wees om te
verseker dat hulle nie met die toestel speel nie.
23.Die toestel moet gebruik word met die voetstuk
wat verskaf word.
24.Moet nie die toestel buite gebruik nie.
25.Bewaar hierdie instruksies.
VOOR DIE TOESTEL VIR DIE EERSTE KEER
GEBRUIK WORD:
Die toestel kan gebruik word om die volgende
take apart af te handel: i. Skuiming en verhitting
van melk: ii. Skuiming sonder verhitting; iii.slegs
verhitting, sonder skuim .
1. Voordat die toestel gebruik word, maak al die
dele skoon soos voorgeskryf onder “SKOON-
MAAK EN ONDERHOUD”.
2. Belangrik: moet nie enige dele in die skottel-
goedwasser was nie, en moenie die fles in water
dompel nie.
3. Dit mag die produk permanent beskadig en die
waarborg nietig maak.
4. Die toestel is toegerus met twee toebehore – die
mengspaan en die skuimspaan , die mengspaan
word gebruik vir die meng van melk sodat dit
nie vasbrand met verhitting nie. Die skuimspaan
word gebruik vir aparte skuiming of word af-
sonderlik gebruik vir melk sonder verhitting. Kies
die verlangde funksie vir jou taak.
LET WEL: die maksimum hoeveelheid vir die fles
is 450ml.
WERKING VAN JOU MELKSKUIM MAKER:
Skuim en verhitting:
1. Plaas die toestel op ‘n plat oppervlakte.
2. Kies die skuimspaan en maak die deksel oop en
plaas die spaan in die skag in die bodem
van die fles.
3. Vul die fles met die verlangde hoeveelheid melk
(om’n goeie resultaat te kry, word aanbeveel dat
die begin temperatuur van melk 10 – 150 sal
wees), en plaas die deksel weer op. LET WEL:
Die maksimum hoeveelheid melk wat bygevoeg
kan word is 100ml, om te vermy dat melk oorloop
na die skuimproses.
4. Plaas die fles op die kragbasis en die prop in die
kragtoevoer, die wysliggie sal rooi gloei.
5. Druk dan die skakelknoppie eenkeer, en dit sal
blou wys. Die toestel sal dan begin werk. Sodra
die melk die temperatuur van 58 -780 behaal
het, sal die hitte element ophou verwarm en die
skuimspaan sal outomaties ophou draai; die
wysliggie sal weer rooi word totdat die toestel
ontkoppel is van die kragtoevoer.
LET WEL: Gedurende werking kan die toestel
gestop word deur die skakelaar eenkeer te druk.
6. Wanneer die toestel ophou werk gooi die warm
geskuimde melk by die tuit uit en geniet dit.
WAARSKUWING: ‘n Minimum van 3 minute rus
moet toegelaat word tussen twee aanhoudende
werksiklusse anders sal die toestel die selfbesker-
ming staat betree na vyf siklusse se aaneen werk,
die flikkerlig sal blou flits en die skakelaar knop-
pie sal nie werk nie,maar na ongeveer 5 minute
sal die toestel die bystandfase ingaan en jy kan
weer daarmee werk.
7. Wanneer die melkskuimer nie in werking is nie,
ontkoppel dit van die muursok .
Skuiming sonder verwarming
1. Volg die stappe 1 – 4 in die afdeling onder
“Skuiming en verhitting”.
2. Druk die skalelaar knoppie drie maal agter-
mekaar binne 2 sekondes en die wysliggie sal
blou begin flits, die skuimingspaan sal draai vir
die skuiming van melk apart, maar die verhit-
tingselement sal nie warm word nie. Die toestel
sal outomaties ophou draai na werking,die
wysliggie sal rooi wys en totdat die die toestel
van die kragtoevoer ontkoppel word.
Let wel: Gedurende die werking kan jy die
toestel afskakel deur die skakelaar
een keer te druk.
3. Sodra die toestel ophou werk, skink die
verskuimde melk by die tuit uit en geniet
dit. PASOP! ‘n Minimum van 3 minute moet
toegelaat word tussen 2 aanhoudende siklusse
ander sal die toestel die selfbeskermings staat
outomaties binnegaan as dit vir 5 siklusse
aanmekaar werk, sal die werkliggie flits en die
aanskakelaar sal nie werk nie,maar na 5 minute
sal die toestel die bystands fase in gaan en dit
sal weer normaalweg funksioneer.
4. Skakel altyd die melkskuimer af as dit nie in
werking is nie en trek die prop uit die kragsok.
Verhitting sonder skuiming:
1. Plaas die toestel op ‘n plat oppervlakte .
2. Kies die spaan benodig vir jou taak. Maak die

deksel oop, sit die mengskag tot op die bodem
van die fles.
3. Maak die fles vol melk (Om ‘n goeie resultaat te
verseker, word aanbeveel dat die begin temper-
atuur net 10-150 is) en plaas die deksel weer op.
LET WEL: Die maksimum hoeveelheid melk wat
bygevoeg kan word is 200ml, om te verhoed dat
melk oorloop na die skuimproses.
4. Plaas die fles op die kragbasis en sluit dit aan by
die kragsok. Die flikkerlig sal rooi skyn.
5. Druk die skakelaarknoppie twee keer binne 2
sekondes en die flikkerlig sal blou word. Dan sal
die toestel begin werk. Sodra die temperatuur
van die melk 58 -780 bereik het, sal die verhitting-
selement ophou warm word en die mengspaan
sal outomaties ophou draai; die flikkerlig sal weer
rooi wees tot die toestel ontkoppel is
van die kragtoevoer.
LET WEL: Die rotasie van die mengspaan is
slegs om melk nie te laat vassit nie – nie vir skuim
nie. Dit sal nie die melk laat skuim nie.
6. As die toestel ophou werk het, skink die warm
melk uit en geniet dit. WAARSKUWING:’n
Minimum van 3 minute se rus moet tussen twee
aanhoudende siklusse gehandhaaf word of die
toestel sal outomaties in die selfbeskermingstaat
gaan na dit vir 5 siklusse aaneen gewerk het en
die flikkerlig blou flicker en die skakelaar sal nie
werk nie, maar na 5 minute sal die toestel in die

7. Sluit altyd die toestel af en ontkoppel dit van die
kragtoevoer as dit nie in gebruik is nie.
SKOONMAAK EN ONDERHOUD:
1. Ontkoppel altyd die toestel van die kragtoevoer
en laat dit koud word voor jy dit skoonmaak.
WAARSKUWING: Moet nooit die fles of basis
onder water dompel of toelaat dat nattigheid
naby dié dele kom nie. LET WEL: Voor enige
gebruik, was die fles deeglik uit.
2. Was die deksel met ‘n sagte reiniger . Die deksel
is nie veilig vir ‘n skottelgoedwasser nie.
3. Spoel dit deeglik uit en droog dit af. Verwyder die
skuim of mengerspaan en was hulle goed met
warm water.
4. Was die binneste fles met ‘n reiniger en water, en
vee droog af met ‘n sagte doek.
5. Vee die buitenste fles met ‘n sagte klam doek of
reiniger uit, moenie ‘n bytende reiniger gebruik
nie. LET WEL: Moet nooit ‘n vretende chemiese,
metaal of skuurmiddels gebruik om die buitekant
van die toestel skoon te maak nie om glans
verlies te vermy.

First Year – 1 Year Retail Warranty:
Should defects due to faulty parts or workmanship
develop, under normal domestic use, within 12
months from the original date of purchase please
return the product to the store from where it was
purchased for a refund or replacement.
Second Year – 1 Year Extended Warranty
Taurus takes pride in their product quality and
therefore offer an extended 12 month warranty
over and above the 1 Year Retail Warranty. Should
defects due to faulty material or workmanship
develop, under normal domestic use, after the 12
month period and within 24 months from the origi-
nal date of purchase, please return the product
postage pre-paid to Taurus for repair. Taurus will re-
pair the product free of charge and return it to you
directly. Taurus will replace a product with a similar
product in the same or better condition, if the
repair cannot be conducted for whatever reason.
NB: The 1 Year Extended Warranty is only valid
for customers who have registered their warranty
online at www.taurusappliances.co.za within the
first year after making their purchase. See overleaf
for details and instructions.
Before returning your product, check the
following:
• Your household mains supply socket is in good
condition, working and switched on.
• The mains supply circuit is not overloaded (White
trip switch on your DB board is off).
• You have read the trouble shooting guide in your
Instructions for Use.
• All accessories and parts are present.
The following conditions apply:
1. Please ensure you retain your receipt as this must be
presented when making a claim under the terms of the
guarantee. It is impossible to determine the guarantee
period without proof of purchase, so please keep this in
a safe place. (NB. Your guarantee can be scanned onto
the Taurus web site for safe storage – see reverse side
for details.)
2. If a refund or exchange is required the product must
be complete with all accessories, parts and packaging.
Missing parts will render the guarantee void.
3. Upon receipt of your appliance, check it for any trans-
port damage to ensure it is safe for use. Return it to the
store as soon as possible for exchange if damaged.
The guarantee is void if products are damaged after
use, so please do not use the damaged product.
4. Your product is designed for normal domestic house-
hold use. Failure to read and comply with the instruc-
tions for use, cleaning and maintenance will render
your guarantee void, so please read these instructions
carefully to ensure your safety, and to get the most
effective use from the product. (e.g. not removing lime
scale; water deposits; insect infestation, and/or burnt
products)
5. Any abuse, negligent, improper or accidental use
or care will render the guarantee void and Creative
Housewares (Pty) Ltd will not be liable for any loss or
damage.
6. Any attempted repair, or replacement of unauthorised
parts will render the guarantee void, so please contact
an authorised service centre or service agent for any
service or repair requirements.
7. NB: The guarantee on replaced products will be from
the original date of purchase and not from when the
date replacement was made.
8. All repairs carry a 3 month guarantee even if this falls
outside of the 2 year guarantee period.
9. Taurus will attempt to conduct repairs within reasonable
time in line with industry standards but cannot be held
responsible or liable for any circumstances not under
our control.
Repairs Out of the Warranty Period
If service or repair becomes necessary outside the
warranty period, this service is still available however all
transport/postage, spares and labour costs will be for the
customers’ account. All chargeable repairs will require
the customers’ written acceptance of the quote. Once
the go-ahead has been received Taurus will undertake to
conduct the repair within a reasonable time and maintain
the condition of the product as received. All repairs are
guaranteed for 3 months from the date of the repair.

you will need to either scan and upload, or fax through your
receipt to us.
4. All instructions on how to load your products are available
inside your profile.
5. Please note that you must check that your receipt has been
uploaded correctly. Creative Housewares cannot be held
responsible for faxes or files not received.

Dankie vir die aankoop van ‘n Taurus produk. Taurus waarborg dat u
produk deeglik geïnspekteer en getoets word voordat dit versend word en
is vry van meganiese en elektriese gebreke en voldoen aan die toepaslike
veiligheidstandaarde. Met elke Taurus produk wat gekoop word kry u 'n 2 jaar
waarborg soos uiteengesit in die terme en voorwaardes hieronder.
Eerste Jaar - 1 Jaar Kleinhandelswaarborg:
Indien defekte as gevolg van foutiewe onderdele of
vakmanskap binne 12 maande onder normale huis-
houdelike gebruik ontwikkel, binne die 12
maande vanaf die oorspronklike datum van aankoop,
neem asseblief die produk na die winkel van waar dit
gekoop is vir 'n terugbetaling of vervanging.
Tweede Jaar - 1 Jaar Uitgebreide Waarborg
Taurus is trots op die kwaliteit van die produk en
bied dus 'n uitgebreide 12 maande waarborg bo en
behalwe die 1 Jaar kleinhandelswaarborg. Indien
defekte as gevolg van foutiewe materiaal of vakmans-
kap ontwikkel, onder normale huishoudelike gebruik,
na die 12 maande tydperk en binne 24 maande vanaf
die oorspronklike datum van aankoop, stuur die
produk terug met posgeld betaal na Taurus vir herstel.
Taurus sal die produk gratis herstel en dit direk aan
u terugstuur. Taurus sal die produk vervang met 'n
soortgelyke produk in dieselfde of beter toestand,
as die herstel nie uitgevoer kan word vir watter rede
ookal nie.
NB: Die 1 Jaar Uitgebreide waarborg is slegs geldig
vir kliënte wat hul waarborg geregistreer het op ons
webtuiste by www.taurusappliances.co.za binne die
eerste jaar nadat hulle dit aangekoop het
Sien keersy vir besonderhede en instruksies.
Voordat u die produk terug stuur, maak seker
van die volgende:
• U huishoudelike geleidingsok is in 'n goeie toestand,
werk en aangeskakel is,
• Die geleidingsok is nie oorlaai nie (Wit uitskop
skakelaar op u DB bord af is),
• U het die moeilikheid steuringsgids gelees in u
instruksies vir gebruik,
• Alle bykomstighede en dele teenwoordig is.
Die volgende voorwaardes geld:
1. Maak seker dat u kwitansie behoue is, dit moet aangebied
word wanneer 'n eis gemaak word onder die voorwaardes
van die waarborg. Dit is onmoontlik om die waarborg
tydperk te bepaal sonder die bewys van aankoop, so hou
dit asseblief in 'n veilige plek. (NB. U waarborg kan opges-
kandeer word na die Taurus webtuiste vir veilige bewaring
- sien keersy vir meer inligting.)
2. Indien 'n terugbetaling of omruiling van die produk nodig is
moet die produk volledig wees met al die bykomstighede,
onderdele en verpakking. Toebehore wat weg is sal die
waarborg nietig maak.
3. Met ontvangs van u toestel, gaan dit na vir enige vervoer
skade om te verseker dat dit veilig is vir gebruik. Stuur dit
so gou as moontlik terug na die winkel om die beska-
digde toestel te vervang. Die waarborg is nietig indien
die beskadigde produk gebruik word na die tyd, so
moet asseblief nie die beskadigde produk gebruik nie.
4. U produk is ontwerp vir normale huishoudelike
gebruik. Deur te versuim om die instruksies te lees en
te voldoen aan die terme van gebruik, die skoonmaak
en instandhouding van die produk maak u waarborg
ongeldig, so lees asseblief hierdie instruksies versigtig
om u veiligheid te verseker, en om die beste uit die
gebruik van die produk te kry. (bv nie die verwydering
van kalk skaal; water neerslag; insek besmetting, en /
of verbrande produkte)
5. Enige misbruik, nalatige, onbehoorlike of toevallige
beskadiging of sorg van die produk word die waarborg
nietig en Creative Housewears (Pty) Ltd, sal nie
aanspreeklik wees vir enige verlies of skade nie.
6. Enige poging tot herstel, of vervanging met
ongemagtigde onderdele sal die waarborg nietig maak,
so kontak 'n gemagtigde dienssentrum of diensagent
vir enige diens of herstelwerk.
7. NB: Die waarborg op die vervangingsproduk sal by die
oorspronklike datum van aankoop bly en nie van die
datum wanneer dit vervang is nie.
8. Alle herstelwerk dra 'n 3 maande waarborg selfs al val
dit buite die 2-jaar waarborg tydperk.
9. Taurus sal probeer om die herstelwerk te doen binne 'n
redelike tyd in lyn met die industrie standaarde, maar
kan nie verantwoordelik gehou word of aanspreeklik
wees vir enige omstandighede nie onder ons beheer
nie.
Herstelwerk buite die waarborg tydperk
As diens of herstelwerk benodig word buite die waarborg
tydperk, is hierdie diens steeds beskikbaar, maar is alle
vervoer / posgeld, onderdele en arbeidskoste op die
kliënte se onkoste. Alle betaalbare herstelwerk sal skrifte-
like aanvaarding van die kwotasie vereis van die kliënt. So-
dra Taurus die groen lig ontvang sal ons onderneem om
die herstel binne 'n redelike tyd en in dieselfde toestand
te hou as wat die produk ontvang is. Alle herstelwerk is
gewaarborg vir 3 maande vanaf die datum van die herstel.

bare vakansiedae uitgesluit. Let asseblief ook daarop
dat die maatskappy gewoonlik gesluit is vir 2 weke ge-
durende Kersfees en Nuwejaar.
Stuur asseblief alle produkte vir herstel met posgeld
vooruit betaal aan een van die dienssentrums wat op die
agterkant van hierdie bladsy verskyn.

Hoekom moet u die waarborg moet registreer?
Ons by Taurus is trots om premium gehalte toestelle op die mark te bring, en as 'n verbintenis tot die vlak van
gehalte bied ons 'n 2 jaar waarborg (1 Jaar Kleinhandel + 1 Jaar Uitgebreide) op al ons produkte. Ons hoor
dikwels dat ons kliënte hul kwitansies verloor en kan dus nie meer eis as hulle 'n probleem het nie. Om voordeel te
trek van die 1 Jaar Uitgebreide waarborg sal u nodig hê om u waarborg aanlyn te registreer binne die eerste jaar
van aankoop om 'n geldige eis te maak. Nou kan u die produk aanlyn registreer, laai u waarborg en hoef u nooit te
bekommer dat u die kwitansie sal verloor nie en die voordeel van u 2-jaar waarborg geniet.

1. Die aanlyn waarborg stelsel is 'n veilige stoor fasiliteit vir u

2. U sal gevra word om op die Taurus webtuiste te registreer. U
sal 'n gebruikersnaam en wagwoord ontvang. Dit sal u toegang
gee tot u profiel.
3. Van u profiel u sal in staat wees om produkte te laai wat u
gekoop het. Om u waarborg suksesvol te registreer sal u nodig
hê om of te skandeer en oplaai, of faks u strokie deur na ons.
4. Alle instruksies oor hoe om u produkte te laai is beskikbaar
binne in u profiel.
5. Let daarop dat u moet seker maak dat u kwitansie korrek op-
gelaai is. Creative Housewares kan nie verantwoordelik gehou
word vir fakse of lêers nie ontvang nie.
