shipped

Instructions
To optimize the performance
of
this product, please read these operating instructions carefully to familiarize
you with the basic opera

ons
of
this unit. These instructions contain important safety information regarding
the use and maintenance
of
this unit. Please keep thismanual with the unit, for future reference.

between this device and a wall.

not attempt to operate this unit,

non-use, disconnect the units main power.
• Always mount this unit

safe and stable matter.
• Power-supply cords should
be
routed
so
that they are not likely to

walked on

pinched by items

against them, paying particular attention to the point they exit from the unit.
• Cleaning unit should
be
cleaned only as recommended
by
the
manufacturer.

Set
UP
Power Supply: Before plugging your unit in,
be
sure the source voltage In your area matches the voltage
required for your every suit. Every unit is available in 100v
and
240v version. Because line voltage may
vary from venue to venue, you should
be
sure your
un
it voltage matches the wall ouUet voltage before
attempting tooperate you
unil
OMX Linking: To ensure proper OMX data transmission, when using several DMX units try to use the
shortest cable path possible.The order In which units
are
connected in a OMX line does not influence
the
OMX addressing. For example; a unit assigned a OMX address
of
1 may
be
placed anywhere in a DMX
line,
at
the beginning,
at
the end,
or
anywhere in the middle. When a unit
is
assigned a OMX address
of
1,
the
OMX
controller knows to send DATA assigned to address 1 to that unit,
no
matter where
it
is located
in
the
OMX chain.
Operating
Instructions
Operating Modes: You can use the
fix1ure
by 4 ways:
• Auto Mode-The unitwill automatically chase through the different colors.
• OMX control mode -This function will allow you to control each individual units traits with a standard
OMX 512 controller.
• Master-slave mode-One unitwill work as the master
in
the
one
of
the above three modes, other units
in the chain will work in synchronization towards the master.
• Sound control.- The unitwill react to sound, chasing through the built-in programs.
OMX Mode: Operating through a OMX controller give the user the freedom to create their own Programs
tailored to their own
ind
ividual needs. This function alsoallows you to use your units as spotlights.
1. This function will allow you to control each Individual unit's traits with a standard OMX 512 controller.
2. The fix1ure has 3/10/13 three channel modes to operate. Please see "OMX Values and Functions" for
the OMX traits.
3. To run your unit in OMX mode, plug in the unit via the XLR connections to any standard OMX controller.
Setyour desired OMX address following the setup specifications that come with your OMX controller.
Touch
Buttons
There are four touch buttons under the LED display: Menu,

Down, Enter. Normally, the LED will display the current
OMX
address code
of
the
fi
xture. At this time, presses up and
dowr
to choose the functions you want. @@@@

Operation
Menu: LED screen with four touch buttons: MENU, UP, DOWN and ENTER.
Press MENU to return to the upper menu; Press UP or DOWN to scroll into the menu options or to adjust
the values. Press ENTER to confirm.
After power on and initialization, it will show the status before last power off. Then, the unit is ready for
setting and working. Please see the following table for setting information.

Cleaning
Due to
fog
residue. smoke, and dust cleaning the internal and external optical lenses
must
be carried out
pe
riodically
to
optimize light output.
1.
Use normal
glass
cleaner and a softcloth
to
wipe
off
the
outside casing.
2. Clean theexternal optics with glasscleaner and a soft cloth every
20
days.
3. Always
be
sure
to
dry all parts completely before plugging the unit back in.
Cleaning frequen
cy
depends
on
the environment in which the u
nit
operates (i.e. smoke. fog residue, dust,
dew).
Trouble
Shooting
listed
below are a
few
common problems the
user
may encounter. with solutions.
Unit
not
responding
to
OMX:
1. Check that the OMX cablesare connected properly
and
are
wired correcUy (pin 3
is
"
hot
";
on
some
other OMX devices pin 5 may be "hot"). Also, check that all cables are connected to the right connectors;
it
does matterwhich
way
the inputs and outputs are connected.
Unit does
not
respond
to
sound:
1. Quiet
or
high pitched soundswill
not
activate the unit.
If
problemsare
not
resolved, contact
