CARATTERISTICHE
Il Rivelatore di gas CD98 è realizzato in conformità alle norme europee EN 50194 (Rivelazione e misurazio-
ne dei gas combustibili e vapori). È Alloggiato in un contenitore di plastica autoestinguente; esso incorpora
un sensore catalitico compensato in temperatura che presenta notevoli vantaggi a confronto dei normali rive-
latori a semiconduttore, come dimostrato dagli utilizzi in ambito industriale. Le principali caratteristiche sono:
Linearità: il segnale prodotto dal sensore è proporzionale alla concentrazione di gas presente nel-
l'ambiente
Selettività: la reazione del sensore avviene solamente in presenza di gas combustibili
Stabilità: la presenza di un compensatore termico interno consente una stabilità di risposta del sen-
sore alla stessa concentrazione di gas col variare della temperatura e dell’umidità
DESCRIZIONE FUNZIONALE
Il Rivelatore CD98 alloggia due morsettiere, una relativa all’ingresso dell’alimentazione a 230 Vac (12
Vac) ed un’altra di uscita dei contatti relè in scambio libero NC/NO/C. Protezione con fusibile sull’ali-
mentazione. Il contatto relè può attivare dispositivi quali le elettrovalvole. Se il relè è eccitato e il dispo-
sitivo in allarme, sarà necessario intervenire manualmente sulla valvola per consentire l’afflusso di gas.
Il Rilevatore CD98 dispone di tre LED per le segnalazioni visive:
Verde (ON): se acceso segnala la presenza di alimentazione al rilevatore
Giallo (FAULT): se acceso segnala un guasto del sensore
Rosso (ALARM): se acceso segnala un allarme; se spento indica il normale funzionamento dell’appa-
recchio. All’accensione del led rosso, saranno eccitati il relè di allarme e il buzzer. Al
rientro della concentrazione di gas entro i normali livelli, il relè di allarme e il buzzer
si disattiveranno.
I Rilevatori segnalano la presenza di gas Metano o G.P.L. con una soglia di allarme pari al 6% del L.I.E.
(Limite Inferiore di Esplosività) e sono tarati in fabbrica.
Si raccomanda la sostituzione del rilevatore dopo i 4 anni di funzionamento
INSTALLAZIONE
Il Rilevatore CD98 è alloggiato in un contenitore di plastica autoestinguente. Per aprirlo occorre premere con-
temporaneamente sulle 2 alette di aggancio e alzare il coperchio (fig.1). In basso a sinistra sono presenti le
morsettiere di alimentazione 230 Vac (12 Vac) e di connessione del relè. Il rilevatore deve essere fissato a
muro tramite due tasselli, presenti nella confezione (fig.2), oppure può essere installato su scatole da incasso
(fig.3). Se il rilevatore è dedicato alla rilevazione di gas Metano, esso dovrà essere installato a 30 cm. dal sof-
fitto in prossimità della fonte di pericolo (fig.4); se invece è dedicato alla rilevazione di gas G.P.L. dovrà esse-
re installato a 30 cm. dal pavimento in prossimità della fonte di pericolo (fig.5). L'allacciamento alla rete elet-
trica deve avvenire esclusivamente con cavi sotto traccia. Assicurarsi che il Rilevatore sia installato lontano
da finestre, ventilatori, e da ostacoli che potrebbero impedire il passaggio dell’aria da monitorare. Evitare di
installare il rilevatore in ambienti molto polverosi, o dove siano presenti sostanze corrosive o dannose al sen-
sore (vedi AVVERTENZE). L'installazione del gas e il dispositivo di arresto devono essere conformi alle pre-
scrizioni di legge nazionali.
COLLEGAMENTI ELETTRICI
Approntare i collegamenti elettrici seguendo lo schema sopra riportato, attenendosi alle normative
vigenti per le installazioni elettriche. Si consiglia di verificare il corretto funzionamento del
rilevatore una volta l’anno utilizzando gli appositi flaconi. Verificare saltuariamente la
taratura del rivelatore tramite l’intervento di tecnici specializzati.
Il Rivelatore CD98 è fornito in due versioni di POWER:
- con alimentazione a 230 Vac con elettrovalvole a 230 Vac
- con alimentazione a 12 Vac con elettrovalvole a 12 V
Nello schema sopra sono riportati i collegamenti elettrici per la versione NO (fig. 6) ed NC (fig. 7)
AVVERTENZE
Evitare l’installazione del Rivelatore CD98 in ambienti dove vi siano utilizzate sostanze corrosive, sili-
coniche o combustibili. Non pulire il Rivelatore CD98 con aerosol: in caso di necessità disalimentare
l’apparecchiatura e utilizzare un panno umido d’acqua per la pulizia della parte esterna del rivelatore.
L’installazione e la manutenzione devono essere effettuate da personale autorizzato e qualificato. Il rive-
latore deve essere verificato, secondo i livelli e le tipologie dell’impianto, ogni sei mesi o ogni anno.
In caso di manomissione dell'apparecchio sono possibili pericoli di scossa o di mal funzionamento.
ATTENZIONE
In caso di allarme:
1. Spegnere le fiamme libere
2. Chiudere l’erogazione del gas (rubinetto) o la bombola (G.P.L.)
3. Non accendere o spegnere le luci
4. Non azionare apparecchi o dispositivi alimentati elettricamente
5. Aprire porte e finestre per aumentare la ventilazione dei locali

Nel caso in cui l’allarme cessi è necessario individuare la causa scatenante e prendere i necessari provvedimenti .
- Nel caso in cui l’allarme persista e non si è in grado di verificare la causa della presenza di gas,
abbandonare l’area e, dall’esterno, avvisare il servizio di emergenza.
- Attenzione alle conclusioni sbagliate che si possono trarre dall'applicazione di metodi di prova
accendigas, vapori infiammabili ecc.
- E' possibile sentire odore di gas prima che l'apparecchio vada in allarme.
GARANZIA
L’apparecchiatura è garantita per un periodo di 24 mesi dalla data di acquisto.
CONDIZIONI: sostituzione gratuita dei componenti riconosciuti difettosi dalla fabbrica.

manomissioni da parte di personale non autorizzato, incuria nell’uso o derivanti da installazioni errate o
improprie e causati da fenomeni estranei al normale funzionamento dell’apparecchio. Non si risponde
di eventuali danni, diretti o indiretti, causati da persone o cose, da avarie del prodotto o conseguenti alla
forzata sospensione di uso dello stesso. Per ogni controversia il foro competente è quello di Padova.

CARACTÉRISTIQUES
Le Révélateur de gaz est réalisé conformément aux règles européennes EN 50194 (Révélation et mesu-
rage des gaz combustibles et vapeurs). Il est logé dans un conteneur en plastique auto extinguible; il
incorpore un capteur catalytique compensé en température qui présente des considérables avantages à
comparaison des normales révélateurs à semi-conducteur, comme montré par les utilises en domaine
industriel. Les principales caractéristiques sont:
LINEARITE: le signal produit par le capteur est proportionnel à la concentration de gaz présent
dans le milieu
SELECTIVITE: la réaction du capteur se produit seulement en présence de gaz combustibles
STABILITE: la présence d'un compensateur thermique interne permit une stabilité de réponse du cap-
teur à la même concentration de gaz avec la variation de la température et de l'humidité.
DESCRIPTION FONCTIONNELLE
Le Révélateur CD98 loge deux barrettes de connexion, une relative à l'entrée de l'alimentation à 230 Vac
(12 Vac) et l’autre de sortie des contacts relé en échange libre NF/NO/C. Protection avec fusible sur l'ali-
mentation. Le contacte relè peut activer des dispositifs comme les électrovalves. Si le relè est excité et
le dispositif est en alarme, l’électrovalve va intervenir et, après avoir vérifié soigneusement les causes
de l’alarme, il sera nécessaire intervenir manuellement sur la valve pour permettre l'afflux de gaz.
Le Révélateur CD98 dispose de trois LED pour les signalisations visuelles :
Vert (ON): si allumé il signale la présence d'alimentation au révélateur
Jaune (FAULT): si allumé il signale une panne du capteur
Rouge (ALARM): si allumé il signale un alarme; si éteint il indique le normal fonctionnement de l’ap-
pareil. À l'allumage du led rouge, ils seront excités le relè d'alarme et le buzzer.
Quand la concentration de gaz est rentrée dans les normaux niveaux, le relè
d'alarme et le buzzer aurons se désactiver.
Les Révélateurs signalent la présence de gaz Méthane ou G.P.L. avec un seuil d'alarme pair au 6% des
L.I.E. (Limite Inférieur d'Explosibilité) et sont tarées en fabrique.
On recommande la substitution du Révélateur CD98 après 4 ans de fonctionnement.
INSTALLATION
Le Révélateur CD98 est logé dans un conteneur en plastique auto extinguible. Pour lui ouvrir, il faut appuyer
simultanément sur toutes les deux les ailettes d’accrochage et lever le couvercle (fig.1). En bas à gauche ils sont
présents les bornes d'alimentation 230 Vac (12 Vac) et de connexion du relè. Le Révélateur doit être fixé à mure
par deux tasseaux, présents dans la confection (fig.2), ou bien peut être installé sur des boîtes de enchâsse
(fig.3). Si le Révélateur est dédié au relèvement du gaz Méthane, il devra être installé à 30 cm. du plafond en
proximité de la source de danger (fig.4); si par contre il est dédié au relèvement du gaz G.P.L. il devra être ins-
tallé à 30 cm. du plancher en proximité de la source de danger (fig.5). Le raccordement au reseau electrique
doit etre fait exclusivement avec cables sous trece. S'assurer que le Révélateur soit installé loin de fenêtres, de
ventilateurs, et d'obstacles qui pourraient empêcher le passage de l'air qui doit être contrôler. Éviter d'installer
le Révélateur en milieux très poussiéreux, ou où se trouve substances corrosives ou nuisibles au capteur (vois
NOTICES). L’installation de gaz et le dispositif d’arret doivent etre en conformite avec la loi national.
LIAISONS ÉLECTRIQUES
Apprêter les liaisons électriques en suivant le schéma sur rapporté, en se conformant aux réglemen-
tations en vigueur pour les installations électriques. On conseille de vérifier le correct
fonctionnement du Révélateur chaque an en utilisant les appropriés flacons. Vérifier, de
temps en temps, le calibrage du Révélateur par l'intervention de technique spécialisés.
La Révélateur CD98 est fournie en deux versions de POWER :
- avec alimentation à 230 Vac avec électrovalve à 230 Vac
- avec alimentation à 12 Vac avec électrovalve à 12 Vac.
Les liaisons électriques sont montrées dans le schéma sur rapporté pour la version NO (photo 6) et NF(photo 7).
NOTICES
Éviter l'installation du Révélateur CD98 en milieux où y soient utilisées des substances corrosives, silico-
niques ou combustibles. Ne pas nettoyer le Révélateur avec aérosol: en cas de nécessité déconnecter l'ap-
pareil et utiliser un tissu humide d'eau pour le nettoyage de la partie extérieure du révélateur. L'installation
et l'entretien doivent être effectués par personnel autorisé et qualifié. Le Révélateur doit être vérifié, en
considérant les niveaux et les typologies de la canalisation, chaque six mois ou tous les ans. In cas d’alte-
ration de l’appareil sont possible risques de chocs ou mal fonctionnement.
ATTENTION
En cas de alarme:
1. Eteindre les flammes libres
2. Fermer la distribution du gaz (robinet) ou la bouteille (G.P.L.)
3. Ne pas allumer ou éteindre les lumières
4. Ne pas actionner des appareils ou des dispositifs alimentés électriquement
5. Ne pas ouvrir portes et fenêtres pour augmenter la ventilation des locaux.
- En cas où l'alarme cesses, il est nécessaire de déterminer la cause déchaînant et de prendre les
nécessaires mesures.
- En cas où l'alarme persiste et on n'est pas en mesure de vérifier la cause de la présence de gaz,
abandonner l'aire et, en tant que l'extérieur, avertir le service d'émergence.
- Attention a des conclusions erronees qui peuvent etre tirees des methodes d’essai allume-gaz,
vapeurs infiammables ecc.
- Il est possible de sentir odeur de gaz avant l’alarme de l’appareil.
GARANTIE
L’appareil est garanti pour une période de 24 mois de date d'achat.
CONDITIONS: substitution gratuite des composantes reconnus défectueux de fabrique. L'appareil devra
parvenir au revendeur ou en alternative directement à TECNOGAS s.r.l. - Viale L. Da Zara – 35020
Albignasego (PD) Italy, en port franc. De la garantie ils sont exclus panne dus à des altérations par person-
nel pas autorisé, incurie dans l’emploie ou dérivant d'installations erronées ou impropres et causées par de
phénomènes étrangers au normal fonctionnement de l’appareil. On ne répond pas d'éventuels dommages,
directs ou indirects, causés par personnes ou par choses, d'avaries du produit ou conséquent à forcée sus-
pension de l’emploie du même. Pour chaque controverse le Tribunal compétent est celui de Padoue.

OPERATING FEATURES
Gas Detector CD98 is realised complying with EN 50194 regulations (Detection and measurement of
combustible gases and vapours). It is contained in a self – extinguishing plastic case and employs a
catalytic sensor compensated in temperature, which allows great advantages compared to normal
semiconductor detectors, as largely verfied in industry. The sensor’s main characteristics are:
Linearity : detected signal is proportional to the concentration of gas in the room
Selectivity: the sensor reacts only in presence of conbustible gases
Stability: the presence of an internal thermic compensator allows a high stability in the reac-
tion of the sensor at the same gas concentration and at temperature and humidity
variations
FUNCTIONAL DESCRIPTION
Gas Detector CD98 houses two terminal boards, one for the 230 Vac (12 Vdc /Vac) feeding input and
the other for relay in free changeover output NC/NO/C. Protection with fuse on the feeder. The relay
contact can activate devices such as solenoid valves. If the relay is energized, the unit is in alarm, the
solenoid valve intervenes and, after an accurate checking on alarm causes, it will be necessary to inter-
vene manually on the valve to allow the gas flow.
Gas Detector CD98 presets three visual signals:
Green (ON): - if lit up it signals that the detector is powered on
Yellow (FAULT): - if STEADY it signals a fault of the detector
Red (ALARM): - if STEADY it signals an alarm; if switched off it indicates the normal operation of
the unit. At the lighting up of the red led, alarm relay and buzzer will be energized.
When the gas concentration of the room drops below the alarm threshold, alarm
relay and buzzer will be deactivated.
The detectors signal the gas concentration (Methane or LPG) with an alarm threshold equal to 6% of
the L.E.L. (Low Explosion Level) and are calibrated in plant.
The detector must be replaced before five years as from the date of installation.
INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
The gas Detector CD98 is contained in a self-extinguishing plastic case. To open it, it is necessary to
push simultaneously on both connecting flap and raise the cover (fig.1). 230 Vac (12 Vcd/Vac) power
supply input and relay connection terminal boards are placed in the lower part of the unit. The detec-
tor should be secured to the wall using the two expansion bolts provided with the unit (fig.2), or it
could be placed on wall boxes (fig.3). If the detector is dedicated to Methane detection, it must be
installed at about 30 centimeters from the ceiling and adjacent to the gas source (fig.4); LPG models
must be installed at about 30 centimeters from the floor and adjacent to the gas source (fig 5). The
connection to power line must be done exclusively by chased cables.
Be sure that the Detector CD98 is not installed near windows, fans, or obstacle that could interfere with
prompt gas detection. Avoid the installation of the detector in dusty rooms, or where corrosive or dan-
gerous substances are present (see WARNINGS). The gas installation and the stop buttom must be
according to national law.
ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS
Make electrical connections following the over diagram, complying with the regulations for electrical
installations. It is recommended to check the correct operating of the detector at least
once a year using the appropriate gas phials. Now and then, check the detector’s calibra-
tion through a qualified service technician.
Detector CD98 is produced in two POWER versions:
- with 230 Vac feeder with 230 Vac solenoid valve
- with 12 Vdc/Vac feeder with 12 V solenoid valve.
Electrical connections are showed on the over diagram in NO (picture 6) and NC (picture 7) version.
WARNINGS
Avoid the fixing of the Detector CD98 in presence of corrosive, silicone or combustible substances. Do
not clean the Detector CD98 with aerosol: when needed, power-off the unit and clear the outside of the
plastic case with a dump cloth in water. Only authorised and qualified personnel must carry out instal-
lation and maintenance.The Detector’s operation must be checked every six months or every year
depending on the plant’s security levels. In case of device tampering it is possible shock danger or bad
working.
WARNING
If the alarm is activated:
1. Extinguish any free flame
2. Close the tap of the gas meter or LPG cylinder
3. Do not switch lights on or off
4. Do not switch on electrical equipments or devices
5. Open doors and windows to increase ventilation
- If the alarm stops, it is necessary to identify the cause and to bring the neccessary measures.
- If the alarm continues and the cause of the gas leak cannot be identified or eliminated, leave the
area and, from outside, call the fire brigade.
- Pay attention to wrong conclusions that could be done from test like gas lighter, flammable exha-
lations etc.
- It is possible to smell gas before the alarm device.
WARRANTY
The unit is guaranteed for a period of 24 months from date of purchase.
CONDITIONS: free replacement of components recognised as defective at the factory. The unit must
be returned postal-paid to the retailer or directly to TECNOGAS s.r.l. - Viale L. Da Zara – 35020
Albignasego (PD) Italy. Warranty does not cover malfunction resulting from tempering by unauthorised
personell, misure, incorrect or improper installation or circumstances not contemplated from normal
equipment use. The manifacturer is not liable for direct or in direct damages resulting from product
malfunction or arising from forced discontinuation of the product use. Venue for any legal disputes is
the Court of Padova.

ТЕХНИЧЕСКИЕ ДАННЫЕ

ХАРАКТЕРИСТИКИ
Газовый детектор CD98 выполнен в соответствии с европейскими нормами EN 50194 (Обнаружение
и измерение горючего газа и паров). Он расположен в самогасящемся пластмассовом корпусе; в него
встроен каталитический сенсор, компенсированный температурой, дающий значительные
преимущества по сравнению с обычными полупроводниковыми детекторами, учитывая их
использование в промышленной сфере. Главными характеристиками являются:
Линейность: сигнал, подающий сенсором пропорционален концентрации газа,
присутствующего в окружающей среде.
Избирательность: сенсор срабатывает лишь в случае присутствия горючих газов
Стабильность: наличие внутреннего термического компенсатора позволяет добиться
стабильности ответной реакции сенсора при такой же концентрацией
газа с изменением температуры и влажности.
ФУНКЦИОНАЛЬНОЕ ОПИСАНИЕ
Детектор CD98 располагает двумя креммниками, один относящийся к входу питания в 230 Vac (12
Vac), а другой к выходу контактов реле в свободном обмене NC/NO/C. Предохранитель на питании.
Контакт реле может активировать такие механизмы как электроклапаны. Если реле возбуждено и
устройство дает сигнал тревоги, необходимо вручную открыть клапан для подачи газа.
Детектор CD98 располагает тремя светодиодными индикаторами для посылки зрительных
сигналов:
Зеленый (ON): если включен, указывает на наличие питания в детекторе
Желтый (FAULT): если включен, указывает на неисправность сенсора
Красный (ALARM): если включен, указывает на сигнал тревоги; если выключен, указывает
на обычный режим работы приборов. При включении красного
светодиодного индикатора, возбуждаются реле сигнала тревоги и
зуммер-прерыватель. При возвращении концентрации газа на
нормальный уровень, реле сигнала тревоги и зуммер-прерыватель
дезактивируются. Датчики указывают на наличие газа Метана или
Жидкого пропана с пределом сигнала тревоги равным 10% L.I.E.
(Нижний Лимит Взрываемости ) и тарированы на фабрике
Рекомендуется замена датчика после 4 лет эксплуатации.
УСТАНОВКА
Датчик CD98 расположен в самогасящемся пластмассовом корпусе. Для его открытия необходимо
отвинтить боковой винт (фигура 1). Внизу с лева расположены креммники питания в 230 Vac (12 Vac)
соединенные с реле. Датчик должен быть зафиксирован на стене посредством двух чопов, находящихся в
упаковке (фигура 2), либо же может быть установлен на встроенных коробках (фигура3). Если датчик
предназначен для обнаружения газа Метана, то он должен быть установлен на расстоянии 30 см. от
потолка не далеко от источника опасности (фигура 4); если же он предназначен для обнаружения жидкого
пропана, то датчик должен быть установлен на расстоянии 30 см. от пола не далеко от источника
опасности (фигура 5). Присоединение к электрической сети должно производиться только с помощью
кабельного канала. Убедитесь, чтобы Датчик CD98 был установлен далеко от окон, вентиляторов и
других препятствий, которые могли бы затруднить проход воздуха. Избегайте установления датчика в
очень пыльных помещениях, либо там, где присутствуют едкие или вредные для сенсора вещества (см.
МЕРЫ ПРЕДОСТОРОЖНОСТИ И РЕКОМЕНДАЦИИ). Установка приборов и оборудования должна
производиться согласно действующим правилам и нормам.
ЭЛЕКТРИЧЕСКОЕ ПОДКЛЮЧЕНИЕ
Подготовьте электрические подключения, следуя нижеприведенной схеме,
придерживаясь действующим нормативным требованиям для электрических
установок. Рекомендуется проверять корректное функционирование датчика раз в год,
используя специальные флаконы (наш арт. 553445). Иногда должна проверяться тарировка
датчика техническими специалистами.
Датчик снабжен в двух версиях POWER:
- с питанием в 230 Vac с электроклапаном в 230 Vac
- с питанием в 12 Vac с электроклапаном в 12 Vac
ВНИМАНИЕ
Избегайте установления датчика CD98 в помещениях, где используются едкие, силиконовые и горючие
вещества. Не чистите Датчик CD98 аэрозолем: при необходимости обесточьте прибор и используйте
влажную (водой) ткань для чистки наружной стороны детектора. Установка и тех. обслуживание
должны осуществляться уполномоченным квалифицированным персоналом. Датчик должен быть
испытан, в зависимости от уровня и типологии оборудования, каждые шесть месяцев, либо раз в год. В
случае вмешательства в работающий прибор, возможна его некорректная работа или удар током.
ВНИМАНИЕ
В случае сигнала тревоги
1. Потушить огонь
2. Закрыть подачу газа (кран) или баллон (жидкий пропан)
3. Не включать и не выключать свет
4. Не включать приборы или аппараты, работающие на электропитании
5. Открыть двери и окна для лучшей вентиляции помещений
- В случае отбоя тревоги, необходимо обнаружить причину и предпринять необходимые меры.
- В случае если сигнал тревоги не прекращается и невозможно обнаружить причину наличия
газа, необходимо покинуть территорию и поставить в известность аварийную службу.
- Проверка работоспособности сигнализатора с помощью газовых зажигалок, дымящих
предметов и др. запрещена.
- Возможно появление запаха газа непосредственно перед срабатыванием сигнализатора.
ГАРАНТИЯ
Прибор гарантирован на 24 месяца, со дня его приобретения. УСЛОВИЯ: бесплатная замена
комплектующих изделий, признанных неисправными фабрикой. Прибор должен быть предъявлен
продавцу, либо напрямую TECNOGAS s.r.l. - Viale L. Da Zara – 35020 Albignasego (PD) Italy, на
условиях порто-франко. Гарантией не покрываются неисправности, вызванные вмешательством
неуполномоченного персонала, небрежностью в эксплуатации либо неисправности, связанные с
неправильной, или неточной установкой, или вызванные эффектами непричастными к обычному
рабочему режиму прибора. Мы не несем ответственности за возможные повреждения,
непосредственные или косвенные, вызванные лицами или предметами, за порчу изделия, либо за
повреждения, возникнувшие в результате форсированной остановки его эксплуатации. Все споры
и разногласия подлежат компетентному суду г. Падуи.

- The guarantee TECNOGAS s.r.l. has a period of months 24 starting from the date of purchase. It will make faith stamp and signature of the Retailer indicated on
the present card.
- During this period are guaranteed all the repairs and/or substitutions that becomes necessary for eventual defects assess of the component or of the making.
- The equipment will have to reach directly by the Retailer or in alternative to TECNOGAS s.r.l. - Viale L. Da Zara – 35020 Albignasego (PD) Italyin free port.
- From the guarantee are excluded the components subject to normal usury.
- From the guarantee are excluded damage caused from tampering from staff without authorisation, carelessness in use or deriving from wrong or improper instal-
lations and caused from strangers symptom to the normal operation of the equipment (lightning, flooding, fires, wrong electrical feedings).
- The guarantee is declined for eventual damages caused from a not corrected installation, for lacked maintenance or entrusted to a not able staff.
- The TECNOGAS s.r.l. does not answer of eventual damages, directed or indirect, caused to persons, animals or things, from equipment damages, from the lacked
observance of the consequent warnings or to the forced suspension of use of the equipment.
- The TECNOGAS s.r.l. reserves the right to bring modifications and/or improvements in the equipment, without the duty to modify that one produced before.
- The guarantee does not comprise the periodic controls, calibrations and/or maintenance of the equipment.
- For every eventual controversy arising hereunder shall be interpreted and resolved in accordance with the Court of Justice of Padua (Italy).
