DESCRIZIONE
/ DESCRIPTION
Il generatore di ozono UltraOzone Sanitization Machine di Tecnosystemi, garantisce una sanificazione e una
disinfezione radicale di un ambiente e deve essere utilizzato da personale qualificato.
PRIMA DI UTILIZZARE IL GENERATORE DI OZONO È INDISPENSABILE LEGGERE ATTENTAMENTE
LE SEGUENTI INFORMAZIONI.
COS’È L’OZONO?
L’ozono è una molecola costituita da 3 atomi di ossigeno (O3) ed è presente in natura come un gas dall’odore
pungente.
L’ozono inattiva i virus ed elimina batteri, spore, fungine, muffe, germi e parassiti che non sono visibili ad
occhio nudo ma insidiano gli ambienti in cui viviamo. Essendo un gas più pesante dell’aria penetra facilmente
nelle cavità dove si annidano insetti e roditori rendendo il loro ambiente inospitale. Saturando un ambiente
con l’ozono si eliminano anche acari, pulci, zecche,
pidocchi, tarme, zanzare ed altri insetti che possono trovarsi negli ambienti in cui viviamo.
L’ozono può essere dannoso ad ALTE CONCENTRAZIONI.
• Il generatore di ozono non deve essere lasciato alla portata di persone che potrebbero farne un uso non
corretto.
• Leggere attentamente le istruzioni.
• Non respirare direttamente dalla griglia di fuori-uscita dell’ozono, in quanto la concentrazione in quei
punti è estremamente elevata.
L’ESPOSIZIONE PROLUNGATA AD ALTI LIVELLI, superiori a circa 10 ppm, produce nausea , mal di testa,
vomito e perdita dei sensi. (vd. tabella pag. 5)
L’ozono è un potente agente ossidante, ma è anche tossico per esseri umani ed organismi viventi, perciò
un’esposizione irresponsabile all’ozono deve essere evitata.

of an environment and must be used by qualified personnel.
BEFORE USING THE OZONE GENERATOR IT IS ESSENTIAL TO READ
THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION CAREFULLY.
WHAT IS OZONE?
Ozone is a molecule consisting of 3 oxygen atoms (O3) and is present in nature as a gas with a pungent odour.
Ozone inactivates viruses and eliminates bacteria, spores, fungi, moulds, germs and parasites that are not visible to
the naked eye but which threaten the environments in which we live. Being a heavier gas than air, it easily penetrates
the cavities where insects and rodents nest, making their environment inhospitable. Saturating an environment with
ozone also eliminates mites, fleas and ticks,
lice, moths, mosquitoes and other insects that can be found in the environments in which we live.

Ozone can be harmful at HIGH CONCENTRATIONS.
THE OZONE GENERATOR MUST NOT BE LEFT WITHIN THE REACH OF PERSONS WHO COULD MISUSE IT.
READ THE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY.
DO NOT BREATHE DIRECTLY FROM THE OZONE RELEASE GRID AS THE CONCENTRATION THERE IS EXTREMELY HIGH.
PROLONGED EXPOSURE TO HIGH LEVELS, ABOVE ABOUT 10 PPM, results in nausea, headache, vomiting and
unconsciousness. (see table page 5)
OZONE IS A POWERFUL OXIDISING AGENT but it is also toxic to humans and living organisms, so irresponsible
exposure to ozone must be avoided.

L’ozono è stato riconosciuto dal Ministero della Salute (Protocollo n. 24482 Del 31 luglio 1996 -
Dipartimento della Sanità Pubblica Veterinaria della Sicurezza Alimentare e della Nutrizione) presidio
naturale per la sterilizzazione degli ambienti contaminati da batteri, virus, spore, ecc...E infestati da acari,
insetti ecc.
La FDA (Food & Drugs Administration), l’USDA (U.S. Department of Agricolture) e l’EPA (Environmental
Protection Agency) hanno approvato l’Ozono come agente antimicrobico “GRAS”, l’USDA ed il National Organic
Program l’hanno approvato anche quale principio attivo per la sanitizzazione di superfici (plastiche e inox).
Ozone has been recognised by the Ministry of Health (Protocol no. 24482 of 31 July 1996 - Department of
Veterinary Public Health of Food Safety and Nutrition) as a natural safeguard for the sterilisation of environments
contaminated by bacteria, viruses, spores, etc.and infested by mites, insects, etc.
The FDA (Food & Drugs Administration), the USDA (U.S. Department of Agriculture) and the EPA (Environmental
Protection Agency) have approved Ozone as an antimicrobial agent “GRAS”. The USDA and the National Organic
Program have also approved it as an active ingredient for surface sanitisation (plastics and stainless steel).

MAXIMUM OZONE EXPOSURE LIMITS
• 8 hours daily / 5 days weekly (continuous exposure limit) 0.1 ppm.
• For short exposures (15 min.) the maximum concentration can reach 0.3 ppm.

Non verificare la fuoriuscita di ozono inalando direttamente l’ozono che fuoriesce dall’apparecchiatura.
L’inalazione per un breve periodo di alte concentrazioni di ozono o l’inalazione per lunghi periodi di basse
concentrazioni di ozono possono essere altamente dannosi.

Ozone has an annoying odour and begins to be perceived by the human sense of smell when it is present in
the air at between 0.02 ppm and 0.05 ppm.
ATTENTION!
PEOPLE WITH OLFACTORY PROBLEMS MUST NOT USE THIS PRODUCT
Do not check for ozone leakage by directly inhaling the ozone as it leaves the equipment. Short-term
inhalation of high ozone concentrations or inhalation for long periods of low ozone concentrations can be
highly dangerous.

ATTENTION: FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS MAY RESULT IN A RISK OF DAMAGE TO
PERSONS OR PROPERTY.
• L’uso di un qualsiasi apparecchio connesso all’impianto elettrico, comporta l’osservanza di alcune norme
fondamentali di sicurezza: non toccare l’apparecchiatura con mani o piedi bagnati o umidi; non staccare
o inserire la spina nella presa con le mani bagnate.
• La miscela di ossigeno e ozono è infiammabile e può creare esplosioni . Quando si esegue una disinfezione
assicurarsi che non ci siano fonti di innesco (braci, fiamme, resistenze elettriche).
• L’ozono è molto aggressivo per gli acciai non inossidabili, gomme e Nylon: l’uso continuativo potrebbe
danneggiarli superficialmente.(vd. tabella pag. 5)
• Non tirare il cavo di alimentazione per staccare la spina dalla presa.
• Non lasciare il generatore esposto agli agenti atmosferici. (Grado di protezione IP 20)
• Non permettere che il generatore di ozono venga utilizzato da bambini.
• In caso di guasto o di cattivo funzionamento, spegnere l’apparecchiatura e non manometterla. Per
qualsiasi intervento rivolgersi al servizio tecnico di assistenza o ad un tecnico autorizzato.
• Durante la produzione di ozono non devono essere presenti uomini, animali e piante.
• The use of any appliance connected to the electrical system requires compliance with a number of basic safety
standards: do not touch the appliance with wet or damp hands or feet; do not unplug or insert the plug into the
socket with wet hands.
• The mixture of oxygen and ozone is flammable and can create explosions . When performing disinfection make
sure that there are no sources of ignition (embers, flames, electrical resistors).
• Ozone is very aggressive for non-stainless steels, rubbers and Nylon: continuous use could damage them
superficially(see table page 5)
• Do not pull the power cord to disconnect the plug from the socket.
• Do not leave the generator exposed to atmospheric agents. (IP 20 degree of protection)
• Do not allow the ozone generator to be used by children.
• In case of failure or malfunction, turn off the equipment and do not tamper with it. Contact the technical support
service or an authorised technician for any intervention.
• No humans, animals or plants should be present during ozone production.

Ozone is not a polluting gas but is dangerous to human health. Keep the generator out of the reach
of children or personnel who may harm themselves or others due to improper use of the machine.
If during disinfection animals are found, even for a small period of time inside the room, contact the
veterinarian immediately.
If during disinfection people accidentally enter the room and show signs of discomfort, urgently contact
the medical personnel.
Carefully operate the generator and avoid it falling or heavy knocks to it.
Never clean the generator without first removing the power cord.
Use dry cloths to clean the generator. Do not use water jets.
The ozone generator ensures 6,000 hours of work, beyond which treatment may lose effectiveness.
AVVERTENZE

L’ozono non è un gas inquinante ma è pericoloso per la salute umana. Tenere il generatore fuori
dalla portata dei bambini o da personale che può recare danno a sé stesso o ad altri per un cattivo
uso della macchina.
Se durante la disinfezione animali dovessero trovarsi, anche per un piccolo periodo all’interno della
stanza, contattare il veterinario immediatamente.
Se durante la disinfezione persone dovessero entrare accidentalmente nella stanza e dovessero
presentare segni di malessere, contattare urgentemente il personale medico.
Maneggiare con cura il generatore ed evitare che subisca cadute o forti urti.
Non pulire mai il generatore senza avere prima tolto il cavo di alimentazione.
Utilizzare per la pulizia del generatore panni asciutti. Non utilizzare getti d’acqua.
Il generatore di ozono assicura 6.000 ore di lavoro, oltre le quali il trattamento può perdere efficacia.

Ambient air is pushed through two electrodes a few tenths of a mm apart. Through high voltage discharges some
O2oxygen molecules are separated and remain in the free state (O) and are then recombined with other oxygen
molecules so that ozone is generated (O+O2=O3). This process generates heat that the fan of the machine removes.
UTILIZZO DEL GENERATORE DI OZONO
/ USING THE OZONE GENERATOR
Place the equipment inside the room to be sanitised, possibly in the centre of the room, making sure that there is no
impediment to the passage of air either in or out. A free space of at least 50 cm around the entire perimeter of
the machine is recommended.
Ensure that all doors (other than those connecting the compartments of the room to be sanitised) and all windows are
closed. Air conditioners and fan coils, if present, can remain switched on only in ventilation mode and at minimum
speed for the sanitising of filters. It will only be effective if cleaning has been carried out beforehand. It is advisable
to keep the doors of wardrobes open before starting sanitisation as fabrics are possible vehicles of moths or
bacteria.
PRINCIPIO DI FUNZIONAMENTO
/ OPERATING PRINCIPLE
Posizionare l’apparecchiatura all’interno dell’ambiente da sanificare, possibilmente al centro del locale,
assicurandosi che non ci sia nessun impedimento per il passaggio dell’aria né in entrata né in uscita. Si
consiglia uno spazio libero di almeno 50 cm su tutto il perimetro della macchina.
Assicurarsi che tutte le porte ( a parte quelle di collegamento fra i vani del locale da sanificare ) e tutte le finestre
siano chiuse. Climatizzatori e fan-coil, se presenti, possono rimanere accesi in sola ventilazione ed a velocità
minima per la sanificazione dei filtri. La stessa sarà efficace solo se è stata effettuata prima una pulizia. È
consigliato tenere aperte le ante degli armadi guardaroba prima di iniziare la sanificazione essendo i
tessuti possibili veicoli di tarme o batteri.
L’aria dell’ambiente viene spinta attraverso due elettrodi distanti fra loro pochi decimi di mm, tramite delle
scariche ad alta tensione alcune molecole di ossigeno O2vengono separate e rimangono allo stato libero
(O) per poi ricombinarsi con altre molecole di ossigeno in modo tale che si generi l’ozono (O+O2=O3). Questo
processo genera calore che il ventilatore della macchina asporta.

• Collegare il generatore di ozono alla rete elettrica domestica tramite il cavo di alimentazione in dotazione
e la presa 1
• Regolare il tempo per la sanificazione ruotando in senso orario la manopola 3.Attenzione: non ruotare
in senso antiorario il timer per evitare di danneggiarlo. Il tempo va calcolato secondo la seguente tabella:
ASSICURARSI CHE NON CI SIANO PERSONE, ANIMALI DOMESTICI E PIANTE ALL’INTERNO
DELL’AREA DA SANIFICARE E CHE NESSUNO POSSA ENTRARVI ACCIDENTALMENTE
FINTANTO CHE IL PROCESSO DI DISINFEZIONE SIA ULTIMATO.
ASSICURARSI CHE NON CI SIANO FIAMME ACCESE, BRACI O RESISTENZE DI SCALDABAGNO
O DI FAN-COIL ELETTRICI ACCESI PRIMA DI INIZIARE LA SANIFICAZIONE.
• Connect the ozone generator to the home mains via the supplied power cord and socket 1
• Adjust the time for sanitisation by turning the knob clockwise 3.Attention: Do not turn the timer
anticlockwise to avoid damaging it. The time should be calculated according to the following table:
MAKE SURE THAT THERE ARE NO PERSONS, PETS AND PLANTS INSIDE THE AREA TO BE SANITISED
AND THAT NO-ONE CAN ACCIDENTALLY ENTER IT UNTIL THE DISINFECTION PROCESS IS COMPLETED.
MAKE SURE THERE ARE NO LIT FLAMES, EMBERS OR ELECTRIC WATER HEATER OR FAN COIL
RESISTORS ON BEFORE STARTING SANITISATION.

• Turn on the generator using the switch 2.
N.B: Impostare un tempo superiore a quanto indicato in tabella non equivale ad un effetto del trattamento
più efficace, in quanto la mancanza di ossigeno non permette la produzione di ozono.
APPENA SI È ACCESO IL GENERATORE DI OZONO LASCIARE IMMEDIATAMENTE LA STANZA E CHIUDERE
LA PORTA. PRESIDIARE L’AREA O UTILIZZARE INDICATORI VISIVI PER IMPEDIRE TASSATIVAMENTE CHE
ALCUNA PERSONA POSSA ACCEDERVI .
Il generatore dispone di un timer di auto spegnimento: si spegnerà automaticamente raggiunto il tempo
impostato.
Quando l’ apparecchiatura si spegne, l’ozono prodotto si trasformerà in ossigeno. Questo processo chimico
ha durata di circa 30 minuti ca. nei quali nessuno deve entrare nella stanza: calcolare preventivamente
questo tempo.
Prima di soggiornare nella stanza, arieggiare il locale per almeno quindici minuti e se non ci fosse questa
possibilità attendere ancora 90 minuti prima di soggiornare. Si consiglia, in ogni caso, di controllare la
concentrazione dell’ozono nell’ ambiente tramite appropriato strumento di misura (non compreso nell’
acquisto del generatore).
N.B: Setting a time greater than that indicated in the table does not result in a more effective treatment effect as
the absence of oxygen prevents ozone production.
AS SOON AS THE OZONE GENERATOR HAS BEEN TURNED ON, LEAVE THE ROOM IMMEDIATELY AND
CLOSE THE DOOR. SUPERVISE THE AREA OR USE VISUAL INDICATORS TO STRICTLY PREVENT ANYONE
FROM ACCESSING IT .
The generator has an auto shutdown timer: it will automatically shut down once the set time has been reached.
When the equipment turns off, the ozone produced will turn into oxygen. This chemical process lasts approximately
30 minutes, in which no-one must enter the room:calculate this time beforehand.
Before using the room, ventilate it for at least fifteen minutes and if this is not possible wait another 90
minutes before use. In any case, it is advisable to control the concentration of ozone in the environment by
means of an appropriate measuring instrument (not included in the purchase of the generator).

Alla fine della sua vita utile il prodotto non deve essere smaltito insieme ai rifiuti urbani. Può essere
consegnato presso gli appositi centri di raccolta differenziata predisposti dalle amministrazioni
comunali, oppure presso i rivenditori che forniscono questo servizio. Per rimarcare l’obbligo di smaltire
separatamente gli elettrodomestici, sul prodotto è riportato il marchio del contenitore di spazzatura
mobile barrato.
At the end of its useful life, the product must not be disposed of with household waste. It can be deposited at
a dedicated recycling centre run by local councils, or at retailers who provide such a service. To highlight the
requirement to dispose of household electrical items separately, there is a crossed-out waste paper basket
symbol on the product.
La garanzia ha durata di 1 (uno) anno a decorrere dalla data di consegna indicata sul d.d.t (bolla). E’ prevista altresì
l’estensione d’ufficio, a titolo gratuito, per il secondo anno (due anni complessivi di garanzia) con decorrenza sempre
dalla data indicata nel d.d.t di consegna (bolla).
L’azienda fornitrice garantisce la qualità dei materiali impiegati e la corretta realizzazione dei componenti. La garanzia
copre difetti di materiale e di fabbricazione e si intende relativa alla fornitura dei pezzi in sostituzione di qualsiasi
componente che presenti difetti, senza che possa venir reclamata alcuna indennità, interesse o richiesta di danni.
La garanzia non copre la sostituzione dei componenti che risultano danneggiati per:
• trasporto non idoneo;
• installazione non conforme a quanto specificato in questo manuale di installazione uso e manutenzione;
• la non osservanza delle specifiche tecniche di prodotto;
• quant’altro non riconducibile a vizi originari del materiale o di produzione a condizione che il reclamo del cliente

discrezione, a sostituire o riparare ciascun prodotto o le parti di questo che presentino vizi o difetti.
The warranty is valid for 2 (two) years from the delivery date indicated on the delivery note / waybill.
The supplier company guarantees the quality of the materials used and the correct construction of the components. The
warranty covers defects in materials and manufacturing defects and refers to the supply of spare parts of any components
featuring defects, without any compensation, interest or claim for damages.
The warranty does not cover the replacement of components damaged due to:
incorrect transportation;
installation not compliant with that specified in this installation, use and maintenance manual;
non-observance of product technical specifications;
Anything else that is not linked to original faults of the material or production provided that the customer complaint is covered
by the guarantee and a claim is made within the time limit and in the way requested by the supplier, the same supplier will
commit, at their own discretion, to replace or repair any product or part of product showing signs of faults or defects.
