Chapter2. TermsExplanation
Anymobile phone compatible withWCDMAcan see the monitoring area by
dialing video call.
Anymobile phone with SMS function can controlthe remote camera with SMS
command.
Make sure to rememberthe product’spassword andUSIMnumber. Don’t
disclose to others to ensure yourprivacysafety.
1.UserAuthorization Level:
There are two levelsremotecamera userwith differentauthority:
Administrator(Master): Onlyone,masterneedsto store his/hermobile
numberinto the camera first.Otherwise, all the functionsofthe remote
camera are disabled；Onlyone mastermobile numbercan be setin the
remote camera. The camera will send the alarmtomaster’smobile
numberand normalusernumbers setbythe master；Mastershould
clearlyrememberthe password and USIMnumber；Onlymasterhasthe
authorityto change the camera password and the usernumbers,and enjoy
all the service the productprovided.
Normaluser(family):Max 10,normalusers’members have the rightto access to
video call, add the sensorand remote controller,and allowto send SMS
to setthisproduct; normaluser’snumbers are setbythe master.

2.Arming/Automatic alarm
Arming isto make the remote camera in working status. In thisstatus, all
connected wireless sensorare in working.
Underthe arming, if anywireless sensorisactivated, camera will send SMS or
Videocall orvoice call to masterto informalarmimmediately.Ifthe master
doesn’tanswerthe call, it will dialthe nextpresetnumbers until answered. This
process will repeatthree times, then exit dialing mode automaticallyif none of
the presetnumbers answered.
3.Disarming
Disarming isto deactivate the remote camera. All connected wireless sensors are
innon-working status,thecamerawill notalarmautomaticallyunless pressing
the emergencykey.
4.Incoming video call and Talkback
Real-timevideo can be turned on whenmasterornormalusers call the camera,at
thistime,press ”3”keyofphone button, turnon the Livevoice amplifier,can
shouton site.turn offthe amplifier,please press “4”keyofphone button.
5.Setting
All the setto thisproductcan be completed bysending SMS command.
6.Reset
Press and hold the SETkey,and push the ON/OFFkeytoONposition, 5 seconds
later,the camerawill automaticresetafteryou heardtwo “tick..”soundfromthe

buzzer.

Chapter5. Installation
1. Install the USIMcard
Removethe rubbercoverfromthe left side ofcamera. Open the USIMcardslot
bypressing the small dotbeside the USIMcardslotwiththe tipofapencil,and
pop-up the slot.Insertthe USIMcardintothe slotthen pushthe slotback toits
place, getback the rubbercover.
2The usemethodsofbase board orbracket.
2.1 Extend camera base board
Holdthe twosidesofthe cameraand pull the head ofit,and the slotbucklewill
be opened. Stand the headofthe camera nowand move itatanydirection.
2.2 Installthe hostinthe bracket(you can fixthe bracketwithscrewthen install

the host)
Connecttheadaptertoan ACpower,andconnectthemini-USBplugtothe
powerinterface ofthe camera.
The producthasabuilt-inrechargeableLithiumbattery.The camerawill notify
you when the powersupplychanged. Forexample, if the poweradapteris
disconnected orthe ACpoweriscutoff,itwillshow “ACpoweroff”.Ifthe
poweradapterisconnected again, it will show “AC powerrecovered”.
2. Fix base board (bracket)
Fixthe baseboardorbracketon the wall withthe screwsorlocated atsuitable
flatplace, having the camera opposite the monitoring area you need.
Choosethe Installing position:
Forbetterimage quality,avoidthe brightlightirradiateddirectlyinto
the lensofthe camera.
Itissuggested tolocated the cameraatthe place wherecan look
downthe monitoring place withthe minimumangel30°.Topreventto
be stolen, it issuggested thatthe cameraislocated attheplace above
the ground more than 2.2 meters.
nIf3Gnetworkisweak, the systemwillchange toGSMnetworkand
video call prohibited;Therefore, the camerashouldbelocated atthe
place where strong networksignalavailable.
Afterinstallation, tryto dialvideo call with 3Gcell phone to check the
video image, Re-locatetheremotecameraand adjustthe camera’s
angle to getbestimage.

Chapter 6.QuickStart
Tips：AssurethatUSIMdoesn’tactivatethe callertransferring function and in
coming call display,close the PINcode aswell.
1.Poweron/off
Poweron:turnthe powerswitch toupside “On”position. The indicatorlight
will be on continuouslywithred colorfor3-5seconds,then changetoflash
slowly.Afterabout35 seconds,the indicatorlightchangestogreencolorand
flashesslowly(indicatesdisarming status) orgreen colorlighted continuously
(indicatesarming status),which indicatesthatthe camerahasfound the network
and beguntowork. Atthismoment,asound of “tick”can be heardfromthe
camera. Moreinformation ofthe statuspleaserefers toindicatorlightstatus
instruction.
Poweroff: Turn the powerswitch to downside “Off”position.
2. StartRemote camera
Dialavoice call tothe camerabyyourmobile,it automaticdefault yourmobile
numberasauthorized Numberaftergetting through.
Aftersuccessfulstart,yourmobilephone will getareplySMS: “welcometouse
3Gremote camera,the password is1234!”
Atthismoment,yourmobilephone hasbeen setasauthorized Masternumber..
Note:Make sure thatnoauthorized numbersetbefore performing above
operation,if the camera hassetbefore,please delete the old authorized mnumber
orreset(hardware reset/SMSreset)the camera,then setnewauthorized number.
3. Active remote control
Afterstarting, press and holdthe “Set”keyatthe rearboardofthe camerafor2
seconds.The indicatorlightchangestoflashwithorange colorindicating that
the camerahasswitchedtoloadingstatus.Thenpress anykeyofthe remote
controltosendsignaltothecamera, the indicatorlightofthe remotecontrolwill
turnon. Afterreceiving the newremotecontrolsignalsuccessful,a “tick ”can
be heardfromthe camera.Press “Set”keyagaintoexit the loadingstatus.
Otherwise, it will automaticallyexit after30 seconds.

4. Arming
Press“Arming key”directlyon the remote control.
Ifsuccessfulset,a“tick”sound can beheardfromthe cameraand the indicator
lightofthe camera will turn on continuouslywith green color
5.Disarming
Press“Disarming key”directlyon the remote control.
Ifsuccessfulset, a “tick”sound can be heard fromthe camera and the indicator
lightofthe camera will flash in green color.
6. Incoming video call
Masterand normalusers who dialthe camerawith3Gmobilephone canwatch
the monitoring area aftertworinging sound.
Unauthorized access can notgetthrough when dialing.
7．Press the emergencykey to triggeranalarm:
Press the emergencykeyon the remote control, the camera will firstlysend SMS
tomastertoinformSOSandthen dialthe phonesofmasterorusers members
one byone. However,if the 3Gnetworknotavailable, the camerawill dialthe
voice call until getting through.
Chapter 7.Advanced Operation
1.Activateremote camera
(Authority:Master)
When first time using orafterresetting the remote camera, it needsto setthe
masternumberto activate the camera so thatit can automatic send alarm
message to the master.
Mastershould diala voice call to the camera,the camerawill default master
mobile No asa authorizedNo.
Aftersuccess activating the camera, it will replyyou: “Welcome to use remote
camera, the password is1234”.atthistime,you mobile No alreadysetas
authorized No.
Ifthe camera hasbeen activated before, the oldmasternumberwillbe saved in
it ,when you dialagain,the camera willnotgetthrough,oryou can send

following SMS command to the camera:
#master#
Aftersuccess activating the camera, it will replyyou: “Welcometouseremote
camera, the password is1234”
Note:Ifthe camera hasbeenactivated before, the old masternumberwillbe
saved in it,Ifyou tryto activate it again, it will replySMS “Masteralready
exists”.
2. Modify the password
(Authority:Master）
Modifythe password ofthe camera afterpoweron to ensure operation safety.
Onlymastercan change the password. mastercan send following SMS
command to camera to change the password:
#password# oldpassword # newpassword #
The password isa 4-digit number.The default password is1234.Aftersucceed
to change thepassword, the camera willsend SMS to you: “The password has
been successfullychanged. The newpassword is****”.Ifothers send above
SMS command to camera, it will reply “Sorry,you are prohibited to requestthis
command”.
3. Modify the telephone numberofmaster
(Authority:Master）
Onlythe mastercan modifythe telephonenumberofmaster.mastercan send
following SMS command to camera to change the master
“#newmaster#newmastertelephone number#”
Aftersuccessfulset,the oldmasterwill receivethe SMS “The Masternumber
havebeen successfullychanged”,Oldmasternumberdidn’thavethe authorityto
controlthe camera anymore.
4. Add/delete the telephonenumberofnormalusers
Onlythe mastercan add ordelete the telephone numberofnormalusers. Or
others will receive the message “Sorry,you are prohibited to requestthis
command.”
4.1. Add the telephone numberofnormalusers
(Authority:Master）
To bea normaluser’smember, the mastercan send following SMS to the
camera,and store the normaluser’scell phone numberinto the camera.
Maximum10 user’snumbers can be stored.
Add the telephonenumberofnormalusers，the formatasfollowing:
#adduser#normalusers members telephone number#
Aftersuccessfullyset，the camera will reply：“ The usernumber******hasbeen
successfullyadded”.
”Ifyou add more than 10 telephone numbers，the camera will send the following
SMStoyourmobile“The usernumberfull!”.Pleasedeletenumbers beforeyou
add newones. ”Ifyou setthe sametelephonenumberthe secondtime, the

camerawill send the following SMStoyourmobile“usernumberalready
exists .
4.2. Delete the telephone numberofnormalusers：
(Authority:Master）
The mastersend a SMS to the camera and delete certain telephone numberof
users’members
Delete single user’smobile number,the formatisasfollowed：
# deluser#normalusers members telephone number#
Delete all the normalusers members’telephone numbers，the formatisas
followed：# deluser#
Aftersuccessfuldeletion ofphone number，the camera will send the following
SMS“Usernumber********deleted successfully”， orreply“Fail to delete user
number*******”；
Ifthe formatofusers members isincorrectinSMS，the camerawill send the
SMS“The usernumber****** isinvalid, please check and tryagain”.
5. The operation illustration ofwireless remote control
3 keys：Arming, emergency key, Disarming .
When press theArming key,the cameraindicatorwillturnon green, andthe
cameraenterintothe defensestate. Ifthe wireless detectorisactivated by
intrusion the camerawill alarmand dialoutvideo call,voice call,and send
SMS.
When press theEmergencykey,the cameraindicatorwill turntogreenandflash
quickly.The camerawill dialthe masternumberand the emergencynumbers
orderly.Livevoice can beheardbyanswering the calling. Itwillcall masterand
all usernumbers three timestill answered, then exit dialing automatically.
Whenpress theDisarming key,the cameraindicatorwill turngreen andflash
slowly.The camerawill be outofdefensestate.Inthisstate, thecameracan
alarmonlybypressing the Emergencykey.
A “tick ” sound canbeheardfromthe camerabypressing anyremotecontrol
key.
5.1 Add wireless remote control
Press the setkeyon the rearboardand the indicatorlightturnstoflashslowly

withorange color.Thenpress anykeyofthe remotecontrol.When the host
receivesthe newwireless remotecontrolsignal,a “tick ” soundwill be heard
and the indicatorlightwill turngreen for2secondsthen turntoorange, and
flashslowly.Usercancontinue toadd othermoreremotecontrolsatthis
moment.The camerawillautomaticallyexitfromthe loading statusafter15
seconds, orpress the setkeyto exit directly.
Max 5 remote controlscan be added.
5.2 Delete remote control
(Authority:Master, normalusers)
Masterornormalusers can send following SMSto camera:
#delre#
Camerawill reply “All remotecontrolsdeleted successfully”.Ifguestsend
aboveSMScommand tocamera, itwill reply “Sorry,you do nothavethe right
to operate”.
5.3 Arming
(Authority:Master, normalUsers)
Ifthe cameraindicatorlightshowsingreen colorandflashes,it indicatesthat
the defensestatushasbeencanceled(noalarming status).Torecoverthe
defense/arming state, you can do following operation:
Method 1:send following SMS to camera.
Masterand normalusers: #arm#
Method 2:Pressthe “Arming”keyon theremotecontroldirectlyand you can
hear “tick ” sound indicating successfuloperation.
The camerawill replyyou SMS “Arming successfully”,and the indicatorlight
on the camera will turn green and keep on continuously.
5.4 Disarming
(Authority:Master, Users)

Indisarming status,camerawill notalarm(Unless pressthe emergencykeyon
the remote control).
All connected wireless sensors do notwork.
Method 1:send following SMS command to camera:
Masterand normalusers：#disarm#
Method 2:press the keyof “Disarming”on the remotecontrol.Youcan hear
“tick ” sound if operationsuccessful.And receive “Disarming successfully”
SMS. Then the indicatorlightturnsgreen and flashes.
6. Built-InPIRSensorON/Off(Default: OFF)
(Authority:Master, NormalUsers)
Onlybuilt-inPIRsensortoopen and thecameraon theArming status,all the
moving objectsinthedetected distanceofthe PIRsensorwill triggerthe camera
alarm.PIRalarmSMS: “Inside PIRAlarm!!!”
PIRSensorON:
MasterorNormalUsersendfollowing SMS to the camera:
#pir#1#
Aftersetsuccessfully,the camera will replySMS “Inside PIRopen”;
PIRSensorOff(Default “Off”)
MasterorNormalUsersendfollowing SMS to the camera:
#pir#0#
Aftersetsuccessfully, the camera will replySMS “Inside PIRclose”.
7. Wireless sensor
(Authority:Master, normalUsers)
Any315MHz(or433MHz)wireless sensor,such asinfrared motion detector
wireless doormagnet,wireless smoke sensoretc, can besetasalarmsensorof
the camera.
Add wireless sensor:
1）Poweron the wireless sensor.
2）Masterornormalusers sendfollowing SMScommandtocameraand

the camerawillenterintothe statetoadd newwireless sensors:
status:#add sensor#sensorname#
The sensornameshouldbeEnglishorArabicnumber,Max 50 letters.Itis
named byMasterto identifydifferentalarmin the future.
Forexample：#addsensor#door#
Ifthe SMSdoesn’tcontainthe nameofsensor，you can send #addsensor#to
the camera.
Afterreceiving the SMScommand, the camerawillsound “tick ” soundand
the indicatorlightwill flashwithred andgreenalternately.Then sendSMS
“Waiting toadd/learnsensors.Triggerthe sensortosend signalimmediately”
Howtotriggersensortosendsignal?Forexample, forwireless doormagnet,
make it open and closeonce tosend the signaltothe camera. Ifthe sensoradded
successfully,the camerawillsound “tick ” sound, thenexit the learning status,
and reply “Adding sensorsuccessfully”.
Ifthe camera failsto load the sensororno sensorexists,the indicatorlightofthe
camerawill flashwithred and greenalternatelyforaboutone minute, then the
camerawill exit the loading statusautomaticallyandbacktothe previous
arming ordisarming status.
Max 15pcswireless sensorscan be addedtothe remotecamera. Ifreaching its
max number,the camerawillsend SMS: “The sensors arefull.Pleasedeleteold
sensors before add newones.”
Ifthe sensordescription invalid, the camerawillreply “Sensornameinvalid,
please rename the sensor”.
Delete all wireless sensors:
Masterorusers send following SMSto camera:
#delsensor#

Aftersuccessfuldeletion, it will reply “All sensors deleted successfully”
Guestisforbiddentodothisoperation. Ifguestsend aboveSMScommand to
camera, it will reply “Sorry,you do nothave the righttooperate”.
8. Infrared light
(Authority:Master, Normalusers)
Infrared lightenable the camera to have a realtimevideo clearlyin dark night.
Camera can controlthe infrared lightautomatically. However, if AC power
failure and userwantsto close the infrared lightto save the batterypower,
masterornormalusers members can send SMS command to controlthe infrared
light.
Turnoffinfrared light:
Masterornormalusercan Send the following SMS to camera:#ir#0#
Aftersuccessfulset, it will reply “Infrared lightclosed”.
Once turn offthe infrared light, it can’ttake clearvideo in dark night.User
needsto send SMS to start the infrared light.
Turnon infrared light: (default setting)
Masterornormalusercan Send the following SMS to camera:#ir#1#
Aftersuccessfulset, it will reply “Infrared lightactivated ”.
9. Take photos
(Authority:Master,Normalusers)
Afterreceiving SMS command oftaking photos, the camera beginsto capture
images.The imagine quantityisdecided bythe SMS command, max 9 photos.
Send the following SMS to camera：#shot#image quantity#
Systembeginsto take photosaccording to thequantityinthe SMS and store
themin the camera
Aftersetsuccessfully, camera will reply “take a picture successfull”
10. Video recording
(Authority:Master, Normalusers)
Start Video Recording:
Afterreceiving SMS command ofrecording video, the camera beginsto record
video.
Send the following SMS to camera：#record#1#
Aftersucceed setting, camera will reply “setup video record successfull,start
recording”
Stop Video Recording:
Send the following SMS to camera：#record#0#
Aftersucceed setting, camera will reply “video record finish!”

Record videowhentaking a video call：
When wireless sensororinfrared motion detectortriggered, the camera system
will startto dialvideo call orderlyand record it intoTFcard when the video call
answered. Users also cantake outthe TFcard,and read the video documentfrom
computerbyconnecting with the card reader.
11. Automatic alarm
Masterornormalusercan send following SMScommandto setthe automatic
alarmmethod
(Authority:Master, Normalusers)
11.1 Open buzz alarm:
Ifitnecessaryto getthe AlarmLiveVoice, Masterand normalusers send
following SMS: #beep#1#
Aftersuccessfulset, the camera will sound“tick..tick”when automatic alarm.
11.2 Closebuzz alarm(Default):
If itisn’tnecessaryto getthe Live alarmvoice, Masterand normalusers
send SMS: #beep#0#
11.3 Notsend SMS when automatic alarm:

Aftersuccessfulset, camerawill reply “SetalarmwithoutSMS successfully.”
