Proceso para incluir una unidad de ventilación en un cofre universal.
El proceso es el mismo tanto si disponemos de un cofre ya instalado como
nuevo.
Assembly instructions.
The assembly process is the same for either a newsubrack or another one alre-
ady installed.
Montageanleitung.
Die Installation der Lüftereinheit.
- Retire la tapa del cofre. Para ello gire las llaves (1) de los laterales hacia la
izquierda. Presione en las lengüetas laterales (2) y tire de la tapa.
- Remove the subrack's cover. Turn the lateral keys (1) to the left, press the
lateral flaps (2) and pull the cover.
- Nehmen Sie den Deckel ab. Drehen Sie hierzu den vorderen Schlüssel nach
links (1) drücken Sie die beiden seitlichen Klappen (2) zusammen und ziehen
sie die Abdeckung nach vorne.
- Retire los cuatro tornillos que sujetan uno de los laterales de la tapa.
- Remove the four screws they are fixing one of the lateralsof the cover.
- Entfernen Sie die vier Schrauben welche die Seiten der Abdeckung fixieren
und ziehen Sie das Seitenteil ab.
- Coloque la unidad de ventilación (ref. 5334) en la parte inferior de modo que
los ventiladores y el circuito queden hacia la parte interior del cofre.

the inside part of the subrack.
- Stecken Sie die Lüftungseinheit in den Boden der Gehäuse Abdeckung, die
Ventilatoren und die Platine müssen hierbei nach innen gerichtet werden.

- Vuelva a colocar el lateral de la tapa mediante los cuatro tornillos. Asegúrese
de que todos los elementos de la tapa están bien encajados.
- Put the lateral again using the four screws. Make sure that all the elements
are in the correct position.
- Nehmen Sie das Gehäuse Seitenteil und befestigen Sie es mit den vier
Schrauben. Versichern Sie sich das alle Teile die richtige Position haben.

- Finalmente coloque la tapa sobre la base del cofre, empujando hasta que las
lengüetas laterales queden enganchadas. Gire las llaves hacia la derecha para
bloquear la tapa. Asegúrese de que la unidad quede en la parte inferior del cofre.
- Finally, put the cover over the base of the subrack, pushing it until the lateral
flaps are correctly positioned. Turn the keys to the right to block the cover. Be
sure that the unit is inside the subrack.
- Zum Schluß stecken Sie die Gehäuseabdeckung zurück auf das
Wandgehäuse, drücken Sie bis die seitlichen Klappen eingerastet sind.
Drehen Sie nun die Schlüssel nach rechts um die Gehäuseabdeckung zu
verriegeln. Versichern Sie sich das die Lüftereinheit im Gehäuse ist.
- Una vez finalizado el proceso, conecte la alimentación al módulo mediante el
conector que aparece en la parte inferior del cofre.
- Connect the powering to the module with the connetor in the bottom of the
subrack.
- Verbinden Sie die Lüftereinheit mit dem beiliegendem Netzteil.
Stecken Sie das Netzteil in die Steckdose ein.
La unidad de ventilación es compatible con los cofres ref. 5069 y 5734. Además, también se podrá instalar en las refe-
rencias 5036, 5182, 5183 y 5580.
Ventilation device is compatible with cabinets ref. 5069 and 5734. Furthermore, it could be installed in references 5036,
5182, 5183 and 5580.
Die Belüftungseinheit ist mit dem Gehäuse Ref. 5069 & 5734 kompatibel. Ausserdem kann es in Ref. 5036,5182,5183 &
5580 installiert werden.
- El adaptador de alimentación es el dispositivo de desconexión del equipo. La base de toma de corriente debe estar cerca del
equipo y ser fácilmente accesible .
- Si la temperatura es superior a 30º C aprox., el sistema de ventilación entrará en funcionamiento.
- Se debe revisar al menos una vez al año la limpieza de las aspas y correcto funcionamiento del sistema de ventilación.

The power adaptor is the switch off device of the equipment. The wall power socket should be located near the equipment and
easily accessible .
- If the temperature is higher than 30ºC approximately, the ventilation unit will start to work.
- It is necessary to check at least once a year the cleanliness of the fan and the correct operation of the ventilation system.
