I. Introduction
Thank you for choosing TELIKOU Wireless intercom product.
1.1 Main station panel switch and connector setting

Switch Power Power switch
Indicator Power LED Power indicator. Power on, indicator on,
Power off ,indicator off.
4-wire LED Four wire audio switch indicator. Audio on,
Indicator on, Audio off, indicator off.
2-wire LED Two wire audio switch indicator.
CH1/2/3/4 talk with LED 1. Channel switch indicator.On means turn
on, Off means turn off.
2. the channel switch is off, when the main
station detect the beltpack Mic is on, the
indicator flashes fast( 1s on, 1s off)
Mic LED Main station headset Mic switch indicator,
Mic on, light on; audio off, light off,
VOX LED Voice control function on, LED on. Voice
Control function off, LED off.
Aux.Audio In LED Auxiliary input switch indicator. Audio off,
Light off; audio on, light on.

and XLR-4). Pin1.Pin2: balance

Code LED 1. Low battery, red light on.
2. matching code, green Light flash continuously.
3.Matching successfully, green light on.
4. Matching unsuccessfully or can’t be
online, green light is off.
MIC LED 1. Beltpack mic switch indication light.
Audio on, light on; audio off, light off,
2 when.beltpack mic is off and detect the
corresponding main station channel mic is
on, the beltpack MIC indication light flash
fast.
3. When turn on the Mic, the MIC LED
flash fast.
Function setting VOX Voice control function,On: turn on the VOX,
Off: turn off the Vox
Switch Dyn headset mic select switch.Dynamic select
on, Electret select off.

earphone are balanced signal)

1.3 Explaination
Flash fast 1S ON, 1S OFF
Flash 2S ON,2S OFF
Long flash 1S ON,3S OFF,or 3S ON,1S OFF
2.MDS-400 main station
2.1 Talk operation
Turn on main staion, then turn on beltpack,when they connect, the main staion channel
and beltpack indication light flash(2S ON,2S OFF), when the indication light is on, the beltpack and
main station connect successfully and enter the ready mode.
Main station call
In the ready mode, press the main station Mic button, the Mic light is on,then press the main
station channel button,the channel indication light is on,then the corresponding beltpack Mic LED
flash fast and indicate the beltpack a call in, the beltpack change to listen mode automatically.
Press the beltpack Mic again, after the MIC light from flash to on,then the beltpack can full duplex
talk. That is ,the beltpack can listen and talk at same time.
Beltpack Call
In the ready mode,press beltpack Mic,the beltpack Mic LED is on.If the main station channel is
off, the channel indication light flash fast and indicate the beltpack call,press the channel button
with the flash light, the flash light is on, main station enter monitoring status. If press the main
staion Mic button( Mic LED on), then enter full duplex talk.The main staion can talk point to
point ,also can point to multipoint.
When beltpack call the main staion, the main staion don’t respond in one minute,beltpack finish
calling automatically.
In two mode, the audio from main staion connector involve in working too.
2.2 VOX function
When VOX turn on, the VOX light is on, the main station enter voice control function.When
main staion Mic level is over the preset module,will turn on the Mic input audio channel and Mic
indication light; If the main station control circuit doesn’t detect the level or the level lower than
preset module in ten seconds ,will turn off Mic input audio channel and the Mic indication light.

2.3 Volume adjustment
Turn up or turn down the headset volume as the clock direction.
2.4 Connector
2-wire intercom connector
When 4-wire channel is on, press the “intercom”button,the main station will turn on 2 wire
connector and turn off the 4-wire connector. meanwhile the 2 wire indication light is on. Then the
main station and 2-wire equipment can full duplex talk by the 2 wire connector at the rear panel.
Connector definition: loop through XLR-3 connector.
Pin 1: Common Pin 2:null Pin 3: Audio
Audio Level: 1Vpp
4-wire intercom connector
When 2-wire channel is on, press the “intercom”button,the main station will turn on 4 wire
connector and turn off the 2-wire connector. meanwhile 4 wire indication light is on. Then the main
station and 4-wire equipment can full duplex talk by the 4 wire connector at the rear panel. Main
station turned on, 4-wire intercom connector is default on.
4-wire intercom line connector pin setting:
Pin1 Pin4: Audio in (P1 to GND)
Pin2 Pin3: Audio out(P3 to GND)
Audio Level: undetermined
Aux. audio input connector
Press “Aux. Audio In”button will turn on the “Aux. Audio In”channel and indication light. Press
“Aux.Audio In”button again will turn the channel and light off. When “Aux. Audio In”is on, the main
station can hear the audio signal inputted from this channel. The signal level is adjusted by the
auxiliary audio potentiometer. XLR-3 female connector, balance input.
Pin 1: Common Pin 2: Audio + Pin 3: Audio –
Audio level: 1Vpp
Aux.audio ouput connector
All audio signal from main station output from the auxiliary connector. Turn the auxiliary
output level adjustment button can adjust the output level. XLR-3 male, balance out.
Pin 1: Common Pin 2: Audio + Pin 3: Audio –
Audio level: 1Vpp
2.5 Mic gain
Turn MIC gain can change headset MIC amplifying circuit gain. So as to suit various Mic.
New main station and beltpack have matched code, but sometimes need delete code and
match code again, or the system can’t talk normally.
2.6 Delete code and Match code

Press”Aux. Audio In”and turn on main station, release the”Aux. Audio In”button until the 4
wire indication light flash one second, then main station enter code deleting /code matching module.
Delete code operation
After entering deleting code and matching code module, if any channel(CH1,CH2,CH3,CH4 )
light, indicates the channel keep primary matching code information,be sure to delete code before
matching code. Which channel need delete code,press the channel button.If want to clear 4
channel code once, press intercom button.
Clearing code only operate in the main staion and doesn’t matter with beltpacks.
1# and 2# beltpack match code
After entering code clearing/ code matching mode, press “Aux. Audio in”button,CH1 indication
light flash continuously(if 1#beltpack finish matching code, the CH2 indication light will flash
continuously). Then press 1# beltpack “down”button and turn on the beltpack, the beltpack working
indication light flash continuously, indicate matching code is proceeding. Matching code succeed,
the light of main station and beltpack is on not flash continuously.( if failed, LED is off). If go on
matching code for 2# beltpack,press “Aux.audio In”again,CH2 flash continuously, refer to the
above operation, match code to 2# beltpack, Matching code succeed, the light of main station and
2# beltpack change from flash to on.
3# and 4# beltpack match code
After entering code clearing/code matching, press“VOX”button, CH3 indication light flash
continuously( if 3# beltpack finish matching code,CH4 will flash continuously), the matching code is
same as 1#,2# beltpack. 3# beltpack succeed in matching code, press VOX button then proceed 4#
beltpack matching code.
After matching code successfully,the channel light and beltpack work light is on,then turn off
the main staion and beltpack, restarting is ok.
BK-2400 BELTPACK
3.1 Low power and work indication light
Low power and work indication light is double color LED light, low power is red, work indication
light is green.
Matching code
For details, pls read 2.6 item.

BK-2400 use 3 AA size normal or chargable battery, when the battery voltage is low 3.45V, low

power indication is red, remind you exchange the battery in time.
MIC button and MIC LED
Turn on the Mic, the green indication light is on, indicate beltpack and main station is on ready
status.
Press beltpack”MIC”button will turn on the audio channel and MIC LED, press again will turn off
audio channel and MIC LED.
When belt pack detected the corresponding channel on main station is turned on. MIC LED will
flash fast, indicate the main station is calling.
3.3 Function setting
Open beltpack battery cover and take out battery, can see a double-digit dipper,they are VOX
and MIC gain setting switch.
VOX setting
When it is been set as ON, MIC button can be controlled by voice. When beltpack Mic level is
over the preset module,will turn on the Mic audio channel and Mic indication light; If the beltpack
control circuit doesn’t detect any signal or the signal level lower than preset module in ten
seconds ,will turn off Mic audio channel and the Mic indication light.
Turn off the VOX when the VOX dipper is set as OFF..
Mic select
Set the Dyn to “ON”position when use Dynamic headset mic. Set Dyn to “OFF”position when
use Electric mic.
Volume adjustment
When talking, press“▲”/ “▼”can form 8 level audio control, to adjust the headset
volume. Restart the beltpack, the volume default with the middle level ( the 4th level). When
adjusted to the maximum or minimum, the headset can hear double low sound.
4. Note
2.4GHz digital wirless signal is weak on penetration, so the beltpack and main station should
be on sight. If use across the wall, put the antenna where the beltpack can see.
When code matching, 1#, 2# beltpack can interchange, 3#, 4# beltpack can interchange, but
1# ,2# beltpacks can’t interchange with 3#, 4# beltpacks.
The main station antenna is divided into A,B group,every group has 2 pieces,the same group
antenna can interchange. But A,B group antenna frequency and SMA socket are different,so A.B
can’t interchange. 1.2 channel correspond to B group antenna, 3,4 channel correspond to A group
channel.
When beltpack battery voltage low to some level, even if the low power indication light isn’t
on,the system sensitive will low.
