REGLA GENERAL DE SEGURIDAD
PARA TRABAJAR EN CONDICIONES SEGURAS CON ESTA HERRAMIENTA, ES
IMPERATIVO A LEER CUIDADOSAMENTE LAS INSTRUCCIONES DE USO Y
SEGUIR LAS REGLAS QUE CONTIENE. SI NO RESPETA LA INFORMACIÓN
ESCRITA EN EL MANUAL DE INSTRUCCIONES, LA GARANTÍA SERÁ
CANCELADA.
1. Seguridad del área de trabajo
a. Mantenga el área de trabajo limpia y bien iluminada. Las áreas desordenadas u
oscuras pueden provocar accidentes.
b. Mantenga a los niños y curiosos alejados mientras utiliza el cortador de cable
hidráulico. Las distracciones pueden hacer que usted pierda el control.
c. No deje la herramienta en acidez, alcalina o en gas o líquido corrosivo y no
operar o almacenar la herramienta en altas temperaturas para evitar corrosión de
la la herramienta o envejecimiento de la junta de estanqueidad.
2. Seguridad personal
d. Manténgase alertas, observe lo que estáis haciendo y use el sentido común
cuando utilice la herramienta. No utilice la herramienta si estáis cansados o
bajo la influencia de drogas, alcohol o medicamentos. Un momento de
distracción al operar herramientas hidráulicas puede producir lesiones

vestimenta y guantes alejados de las piezas móviles. La ropa suelta, joyería o
el pelo largo pueden quedar atrapados en las piezas móviles.

g. No fuerce la herramienta. Utilice la herramienta eléctrica correcta para su
aplicación. La herramienta eléctrica correcta hará el trabajo mejor y más seguro
a la velocidad de que fue diseñada.
h. Guarde las herramientas eléctricas fuera del alcance de los niños y no permita
prensar a personas no familiarizadas con la herramienta hidráulica. Esta
herramienta es peligrosa en manos de personas inexpertas.
i. Mantenga las herramientas mecánicas. Verifique la alineación o atoramiento
de las piezas móviles, rotura de piezas y cualquier otra condición que pueda
afectar el funcionamiento de la herramienta de crimpado hidráulica. Si está
dañada, repara la herramienta de crimpado hidráulica antes de usarla. Muchos
accidentes se deben al mantenimiento deficiente de las herramientas eléctricas.

CÓMO CAMBIAR EL ACEITE (Ejemplo para KCH-240)
El polvo o aire dentro de la herramienta puede dañar el equipo de sellado de modo de
causar la herramienta perder la función. Asegúrese de que el petróleo está claro y
sin polvo que entra en el aceite cuando estáis cambiando el aceite. Espere un poco y
agota por completo el aceite fuera del tubo de aceite antes de insertar el tapón de
aceite.
Por favor, bloquea el mango para evitar que el aire entra en el sistema hidráulico
cuando estáis cambiando el aceite.
Por favor, use guantes de goma para evitar la piel tocando el aceite directamente, si
los tocáis en descuido, por favor, lave la piel con agua y jabón en oportuno. Con el
fin de proteger el medio ambiente por favor drene el aceite usado al centro de
tratamiento, donde fue aprobado por el gobierno.

MANTENIMIENTO Y SERVICIO
El equipo dañado puede fallar, provocando lesiones personales graves. No utilice el
equipo dañado. Si detecta ruidos o vibraciones anormales, solucione el problema
antes del uso posterior.
1. ANTES DE CADA USO, inspecciona el estado general de la herramienta.
Verifique si hay tornillos sueltos, alineación o atoramiento de las piezas móviles, piezas
agrietadas o rotas y cualquier otra condición que pueda afectar su funcionamiento seguro.
2. DESPUÉS DEL USO, presiona el nivel de liberación para activar el pistón
hasta el final, limpie las superficies externas de la herramienta con un paño
limpio y húmedo, mancha el óxido impidiendo el aceite en la superficie
metálica de la herramienta y el molde para evitar oxidado. Guarde la
herramienta en un ambiente seco.
3. Pre-moliendo, Después de un largo tiempo de corte la hoja se roma,
entonces usted puede utilizar un molinillo para pulir la superficie de afilado.
4. El servicio de la herramienta sólo debe ser realizado por un técnico de servicio
calificado.
5. con el fin de prolongar la vida de la herramienta. por favor cambie el aceite por año.
Asegúrese de que el aceite esta filtrado por 120 redes de acoplamiento o sobre colador de
30 µm. Mientras tanto, evita el polvo en la taza de aceite.
6. Si la herramienta no se utiliza durante mucho tiempo, por favor, asegúrese de que el
pistón está en su posición original. Borre la herramienta y pinte con el aceite antioxidante
tanto la herramienta como la hoja. Póngalos de nuevo en la caja y guarde la herramienta
en un lugar seco.
7. El equipo de sellado dentro de la herramienta será erosionado en algún grado después
de usarlo. Cuando el aceite se escapa mucho, por favor póngase en contacto con el
distribuidor para sustituir el equipo de sellado a tiempo.

INSTRUCCIONES DE OPERACIÓN
Por favor revisarlo cuidadosamente antes de operar. Asegúrese de que la herramienta está
completa y no tiene ninguna pieza dañada.
Por favor, no golpee ninguna parte de la herramienta, lo contrario
es peligroso para el operador.
1. Abre la cabeza y ponga un cable.
Cuando el pistón se retraiga completamente, saque el pestillo para abrir la cabeza, ponga el
cable en la cabeza, cierre la cabeza y bloquearla, inserte el pestillo en su totalidad en la
herramienta. Si el cable esta corto, se puede poner en la cabeza sin abrirla. Por favor,
consulte la siguiente ilustración.
La herramienta no está aislada, por favor no la utilice en el
conductor activo para evitar que ocurren daños.
2. Comience a cortar.
Presione hacia abajo el mango y abre la hebilla para soltar el mango, mantenga bombeando
hasta que se corta el material. Presione la palanca de retracción para liberar la presión
manualmente. Cuando el pistón y la hoja abajo recogen totalmente, significa que hemos
terminado un ciclo de corte. Realice el mismo procedimiento para el siguiente corte.

Prohibir el corte de acero refrigerados o alambre de piano
No ponga sus dedos en la cabeza de la herramienta durante el
funcionamiento. Sus dedos podrían quedar atrapados muy
seriamente.
3. Después del corte
Si la herramienta no se utiliza durante mucho tiempo, por favor, asegúrese de que el pistón
queda en su posición de partida, y cuente los accesorios. Aclare la herramienta y pinte el
aceite antioxidante tanto a la herramienta como a los accesorios. La herramienta va a
parar automáticamente después de cortar el material para evitar cualquier accidente.

1. Work area safety
a. Keep work area clean and well lit. Cluttered or dark areas invite accidents.
b. Keep children and bystanders away while operating the hydraulic cable cutter.
Distractions can cause you to lose control.
c. Do not leave the tool in acidity, alkaline or other corrosive gas or liquid and do
not operate or stock the tool in high temperature to avoid the tool corrosive or
the seal gasket ageing.
2. Personal safety
d. Stay alert, watch what you are doing and use common sense when operating the
tool. Do not use the tool while you are tired or under the influence of drugs,
alcohol or medication.. A moment of inattention while operating hydraulic tools
may result in serious personal injury.
e. Use safety equipment. Always wear eye protection. Safety equipment such as
dust mask, non-skid shoes, hard hat, or hearing protection used for appropriate
conditions will reduced personal injuries.
f. Dress properly. Do not wear loose clothing or jewelry. Keep your hair，clothing
and gloves away from moving parts. Loose clothes jewelry or long hair can be
caught in moving parts.
g. Do not force the tool. Use the correct power tool for your application .The
correct power tool will do the job better and safer at the rate for which it was
designed.
h. Store idle power tools out of the reach of children and do not allow persons
unfamiliar with the hydraulic crimping tool. This tool is dangerous in the hands
of untrained users.
i. Maintain power tools. Check for misalignment or binding of moving parts,
breakage of parts and any other condition that may affect the Hydraulic crimping
tool operation. If damaged, have the Hydraulic crimping tool repaired before use.
Many accidents are caused by poorly maintained power tools.
j. Use the Hydraulic Cable Cutter accessories and tool bits etc., in accordance with
these instructions and in the manner intended for the particular type of tool,
taking into account the working conditions and the work to be performed. Use of
the Hydraulic Cable Cutter for operations different from those intended could
result in a hazardous situation.
3. Service
Have your Hydraulic Cable Cutter serviced by a qualified service technician using
only identical replacement parts. This will ensure that the safety of the Hydraulic
Cable Cutter Kit is maintained.

7. During cutting process, make sure the lock latch completely closed for locking the
cutting head.
8. Do not adjust the pressure at mind, if there is less/no pressure, please deliver the tool
to distributor/ manufacture for inspection and repairing
9. The warnings, precautions, and instructions discussed in this instruction manual
cannot cover all possible conditions and situations that may occur. It must be
understood by the operator that common sense and caution are factors which cannot
be built into this product, but must be supplied by the operator.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS.
Please check carefully before operating. Make sure the tool is complete and has no damage
part.
Please do not knock any part of the tool, otherwise it is dangerous
for operator.
1. Open head and put into cable.
When the piston was fully retract, pull out the latch to open the head, put cable into head,
then close the head and lock it, insert the latch wholly into the tool. If the cable is short, it
can be put into head without opening it. Please see the illustration below.
The tool is not insulated, please do not use it on the live conductor
to avoid injury occurring.
2. Begin to cut.
Press down the handle and open the buckle to release the handle, keep pumping until the
material was cut. Press the retract lever to release the pressure manually. When the piston
and down blade retract fully, it means we have finished one cycle of cutting. Do the same
procedure for the next cutting. Please see the illustration below.
Do not put your fingers into the head of the tool during operating.
Your fingers could be pinched very severely.
3. AFTER CUTTING
If the tool is not used for a long time, please make sure the piston stay on its starting

MAINTENANCE AND SERVICING
Damaged equipment can fail, causing serious personal injury. do not use damaged
equipment. If abnormal noise or vibration occurs, have the problem corrected before
further use.
1. BEFORE EACH USE, inspect the general condition of the tool. Check for loose
screws, misalignment or binding of moving parts, cracked or broken parts, and any other
condition that may affect its safe operation.
2. AFTER USE, depress the release level to activate the piston to the end, clean
external surfaces of the tool with clean, moist, smear the rust preventing oil on the metal
surface of the tool and the dies to avoid rusty. Store the tool in the dry environment.
3. Service to the tool should only be done by a qualified Service Technician.
4. in order to prolong the life of the tool please change the oil per year. Make sure the
oil filtered by 120 mesh net or over 30µm strainer. Meantime avoid the dusty into the oil
cup.
5. Pre-grinding, After a long time cutting, the blade will blunt, then you can use a
grinder to polish the surface to sharp.
HOW TO CHANGE THE OIL( Example for THS-150)
The dust or air inside the tool will damage the sealing kit so caused the tool lose
function. Make sure the oil is clear and no dust entering into oil when changing oil.
Wait for a while and exhaust the oil completely out of the oil tube before inserting the
oil plug.
Please lock the handle to avoid the air entering into hydraulic system when changing
oil.
Please wear the rubber gloves to avoid skin touching the oil directly, if touches it in
careless, please wash the skin by soap water in timely. In order to protect the
environment please drain the waste oil to the treatment center where was approved by
government.
5. If the tool not used for a long time, please make sure the piston stay on its original
position, Clear up the tool and paint the rustproof oil both to the tool and the die. Put them
back to box and store the tool in a dry surrounding.
6. The Sealing kit inside the tool will be abraded in some degree after using, when the oil
leaking a lot, please contact the distributor to replace the Sealing kit in timely.
