MACHINE CONTROLS AND INSTRUMENTS DESCRIPTIONS
1. Recovery Tank –Stores extracted water. Tank will
hinge open to access internal components.
2. Recovery Tank Dome –Recovery tank intake.
Dome is also used to connect floor tool vacuum
hose.
3. Clean Water Tank –Stores 28 gallons of clean
water for cleaning.
4. Water Fill Port –Port used to fill clean water tank.
5. Prespray Wand –Tool used to prespray carpet
before operating machine in Deep Clean mode.
6. Prespray Wand Solution Hose –Used with
prespray wand. Two 25’hoses supplied.
7. Prespray Wand Holder –Holds spray wand in
place when not in use.
8. Clean Water Filter –Filters clean water to prevent
possible solution system clogs.
9. Spray Bars –Detachable for easy maintenance.
10. Roller Bumper –Protects walls while cleaning.
11. Spotting Trowel –Tool used to blot out spots.
(Optional)
12. Spotting Trowel Storing Straps –Holds spotting
trowel in place when not in use.
13. Power Cord Pigtail –Extension cord connection.
14. Solution Tank Gallon Marker Tube –Shows
amount of gallons in clean water tank. Also used
to drain clean water tank.
15. Vacuum Pickup Head –Floor recovery intake.
16. Brush Housing –Houses rotating brush.
17. Brush Height Adjustment Knob –Adjusts
amount of brush pressure to floor.
18. Floor Tool Coupler –Solution hose connector for
floor tool.
19. Brush Pressure Meter –Indicates amount of
brush pressure.
20. Clean/Rinse Mode Switch –”CLEAN”mode
directs solution to deep and light clean spray bars.
”RINSE”mode directs clean water to rinse out
light clean spray bar. This switch works in
conjunction with the Deep & Light Clean switches.
21. Pump Switch –Turns on pump. Twist grips must
be turned to activate spray.
22. Vacuum Switch –Turns on vacuum motor.
23. Deep/Light Clean Mode –Deep clean mode
directs water to deep clean spray bar. Light clean
mode directs water and injects cleaning solution to
light clean spray bar.
24. Reverse Release Lever –Allows machine to be
pulled backwards when lever is disengaged.
25. Prespray Mode –Directs solution to spray wand
for prespraying carpet.
26. Brush Lift Lever –Lifts vacuum/brush assembly
for transporting. Lowers vacuum/brush assembly
for cleaning.
27. Twist Grips –Starts and stops drive and solution
spray.
28. On–Off Key switch –Controls power to machine.
29. Hour Meter –Indicates amount of hours of
operation on machine.
30. Circuit Breakers –Breakers are resetable
electrical circuit protection devices.
31. Drain Hose –Drains recovery tank.
32. Spray Wand Coupler –Solution hose connector
for spray wand.
33. Foam Control Button –Feeds foam control
solution to recovery tank when foam begins to
buildup in recovery tank.
34. Bottle Support Rack –Holds cleaning solution
bottles in place when cleaning.
35. Prespray Bottle –Cleaning Solution used for
Deep Clean mode. (Sold separately)
36. Cleaning Solution Bottle –Used to hold Light
Clean mode Solution.
37. Foam Control Bottle –Used to hold ”Foam
Control”solution.
38. Control Grip Height Adjustment levers –
Enables you to lower and raise control grips for a
comfortable operating height.
