Thanks for choosing our NV series conference cameras. Please read this manual carefully before using the product.
1.Foreword
·To avoid damage from stress, violent vibration, soaking during transportation, storage and installation.
·Take care of each components of camera during installation, and install camera at where is affordable enough, to avoid drop
or scratches of camera case.
·Handle the camera parts gently, do not squeeze the camera units hard. Please do not touch the camera lens by hand
directly to avoid the lens scratched and image quality affected.
·Do not apply excessive voltage. (Use only the specified voltage) Otherwise, you may get an electric shock or a fire occur.
·Do not aim the camera at the sun or the other high luminous objects,otherwise it may cause image blurring or lens flare,
even cause permanent damage to the camera.
·Do not clean camera with active chemical or corrosive detergents, and remove dust or dirt on the surface of the lens with a
blower (Commercially available)
·Do not disassemble any camera components, in case of abnormal operation; contact your authorized dealer or the store
where you purchased the product.

3.Installation instructions
(1)Surface Installation
Put the camera on the desk flatly, and make sure the camera in level. If want to put the camera on oblique surface, please
make sure the angle of inclination less than 15 degree for ensure camera pan and tilt working in normal operation.

(1)Remote Control Launch Window.
(2)【POWER】Standby Button, pressing it, camera goes into Standby Mode;
pressing again, camera goes Power ON.
(3)【PT/Reset 】Camera Pan/Tilt reset Function same with⑨（ PT/RESET）
(4)【CAMERA SELECT】Choose the camera number that needed to control,
to correspond the dial-up code on the back of camera.

Refer to the dial-up at the back of camera and choose camera
address number that you want to control（1-3）。
(2)Camera Direction Control
★Note: Press direction key to move the camera.Press the direction key when you need to change the angle. If you
want to move the camera slowly, just click the direction key; If you want to move the camera fast at a large scale,
just long-press the button.

★Attentions for Remote Control
1.If remote control doesn't work, please replace batteries.
2.If there is an object between remote control and specialized remote control sensor, the camera will not work. Please
make sure the remote control is aimed at the sensor which in front of the camera when controlling it.
3.L/R SET and Menu keys are not applicable for this model.
4.Fast zoom key, slow zoom key, manual and auto focus keys not applicable for fixed focus model.

★Note: you can setup 9 presets at most by the remote control.
(2) Call Preset: Press the NUMBER （1-9）directly to call the reserved preset.
★Note: It won’t work if there’s no preset reserved in the corresponded number.
(3) Remove Preset: Press 【RESET】, then press one of the
number （1-9）to remove a preset that correspond to the
NUMBER.

Troubleshooting
Maintenance Services
Before request service to serviceman, it can according to below methods to remove failures, if still can’t be solved,
please contact us for help.
Q:The video of camera cannot be displayed on the screen.
A:Please check the connection between power cable,video cable, camera and monitor, fix the connector on each end.
Q:It’s unable to Pan, Tilt and zoom camera.
A:Because menu was displayed on monitor. Please re-operate after exit menu.
Q:Why the camera rotates for about 10 seconds after power on.
A:This is the normal self-test of the camera.
Q:Poor Image quality while using in church or other low-light conditions.
A:Press menu (ON/OFF) to adjust backlight effect. equiange the church lighting properly
Q:Remote control is not working or insensitive
A:①Not work, please replace batteries.
②Not sensitive: Choose the correct “IR select” number to meets camera. Control the camera within 15m .Remove the
obstacles .Aim at the sensor which is in front of the camera when controlling it.
Q:USB interface is not identifiable.
A:Please check USB cable and extension cable are well connected or not. If yes, change to another USB interface and try to
connect again.
Q:It was not been controlled via RS-232/RS-485 when camera connect to PC.
A:Make sure it is a correct connection between camera and PC. (Reference to RS-485 and RS-232 Pins distribution in page 5.)
Q:Why no wall mount brackets?
A: Camera comes with ceiling mount, wall mount or tripod brackets needs to buy separately.
Q: Does this camera has built-in mic?
A: No, our cameras comes with no built-in mic.
Q:Can we control the camera only by the remote control?
A: We can control the camera by remote control. Keyboard controller (joystick), and software.
All products purchased from our company are guaranteed to keep in good repair for 18 months If there are any quality problems
during the guarantee period, we will maintain for free.
Under any of the following warranty, elated maintenance costs will be collected:
1.Product was not normal used.
2.Fire, electric shock, outside object collapse or other natural disasters causes make the equipment damage.
3.Unauthorized repair, misuse, abuse and change.

1.Vorwort
1.Die technischen Parameter der Kamera
(1)Installieren Sie eine Videokonferenzkamera bei der Installation in einer Position, die nachhaltig genug ist, um jede
Komponente leicht zu halten, und vermeiden Sie direkten Handkontakt mit dem HD-Farbkameraobjektiv, um das Objektiv
nicht mit einem Handabdruck zu verwischen.
(2)Setzen Sie sich in dieser Saison weder Regen noch Feuchtigkeit aus.Verwenden Sie es nicht unter Bedingungen, die
die begrenzten Spezifikationen für Temperatur, Luftfeuchtigkeit oder Stromversorgung überschreiten.
(3)Öffnen Sie das Gehäuse nicht, um die Gefahr eines Stromschlags zu vermeiden. Nur qualifizierte Techniker können
die Installation und Wartung durchführen.
(4)Wischen Sie die Linse des Geräts beim Reinigen mit einem trockenen, weichen Tuch ab. Wenn der Schmutz
schwerwiegend ist, wischen Sie sie vorsichtig mit einem neutralen Reinigungsmittel ab. Verwenden Sie keine starken
oder ätzenden Reinigungsmittel, um Kratzer auf der Linse und Beeinträchtigungen des Bildeffekts zu vermeiden.
(5)Richten Sie die Kamera niemals auf ein helles Objekt, da dies sensorschäden in der Linse verursachen kann.
(6)Achten Sie besonders darauf, die Komponenten der Bewegungsstruktur nicht hart zu drücken, um zu vermeiden,
dass die Konferenzkamera ausfällt.
(7)Die montierte Halterung sollte mehr als das Dreifache des Gesamtgewichts der HD-Konferenzkamera standhalten
können.

Beschreibung der Fernbedienungstaste
Halten Sie die Kamera horizontal, wenn sie auf einer flachen Oberfläche montiert ist. Wenn die Kamera auf einer schrägen
Oberfläche platziert werden muss, ob Desktop oder Decke montiert, stellen Sie sicher, dass der Neigungswinkel der
Kamera nicht größer als 15 Grad ist, um sicherzustellen, dass die Kamera horizontal und vertikal richtig rotiert.

eingeschaltet, wenn die Standby-Taste erneut gedrückt wird.

4.【CAMERA SELECT】Wählen Sie die zu steuernde Kameranummer aus, die
der Einwahl am unteren Rand der Kamera entspricht.
5.【POSITION】Der Schlüsselbereich ist der Betriebsschlüsselbereich von
Preset, mit【PRESET】,【RESET】und【Nummernschlüssel】
6.【UP】Befestigungsschlüssel für die Kamera vorne

8.【PAN -TILT】Die Kamera dreht die Steuertaste, drückt die Taste und dreht sich

★Vorsichtsmaßnahmen für die Verwendung der Fernbedienung
(1)Wenn die Fernbedienung nicht richtig funktioniert, versuchen Sie, die Batterie zu ersetzen.
(2)Wenn sich ein Objekt zwischen der Fernbedienung und dem Fernbedienungssensor auf der
Kamera befindet, funktioniert die Kamera nicht ordnungsgemäß. Daher sollte bei Verwendung der
Fernbedienung die Fernbedienung direkt auf die Vorderseite des Kamera-Fernbedienungssensors gerichtet werden.
(3)Einige Funktionen dieser Fernbedienung（Taste 【L/R SET】und 【MENU】auf der Abbildung）sind für solche
Modelle nicht anwendbar.
(4)Die Schnellmultiplikationstaste, die langsam multiplizierte Taste und die manuellen und automatischen
Zoomtasten sind nicht für Weitwinkelmodelle mit festem Fokus geeignet.
Wählen Sie entsprechend der Einwahl am unteren Rand der Kamera
die Kamera-Adressnummer（1-3) aus, die Sie steuern möchten.

Schnelle und langsame Geschwindigkeitsänderungsfunktionen
können durch Drücken einer der vier 【ZOOM】-Tasten erreicht werden.
1.Preset speichern: Drücken Sie zuerst die Taste 【PRESET】und
dann eine der Zahlentasten (1-9), und speichern Sie dann eine
Preset, die der Zahlentaste entspricht.
2.Preset aufrufen: Drücken Sie die Zifferntaste (1-9) direkt, um
das gespeicherte Preset aufzurufen.
★Hinweis: Wenn der Nummernschlüssel die Voreinstellung nicht speichert, ist sie ungültig

(4)Während des Transports und der Lagerung ist es notwendig, starken Druck, starke Vibrationen und Schäden am Produkt
durch Regeneinweichen zu verhindern. Schäden, die durch diesen Typ verursacht werden, fallen nicht unter die kostenlose Garantie.
(5)Dieses Produkt muss in einer separaten Verpackung und in den Originalverpackungsmaterialien versendet werden.
Wenn das Produkt beschädigt ist oder nicht im Originalverpackungsmodus aufgrund der Verwendung von
Verpackungsmethoden versendet wird, die nach der Montage nicht unabhängig sind. Die oben genannten bestimmungen fallen
nicht unter die kostenlose Garantie.
(6)Dem Benutzer ist es untersagt, die Maschine ohne Erlaubnis zu entfernen. Für Produkte, die vom Benutzer entfernt und
repariert wurden, ist es nicht durch die kostenlose Garantie abgedeckt. Für fehlerhafte Produkte, die über die Garantiezeit
hinausgehen, führt das Unternehmen gebührenpflichtige Wartungsleistungen durch, die dauerhaft gültig sind.
(7)Für Produkte, die während der Garantiezeit repariert werden, füllen Sie bitte das Formular zur Produktgarantie korrekt aus.
Beschreiben Sie das Fehlerphänomen im Detail, und stellen Sie ein Original oder eine Kopie der Verkaufsrechnung bereit.
(8)Der Hersteller übernimmt kein Risiko und übernimmt keine Haftung für Schäden oder Verluste, die sich aus der besonderen

1.Parámetros técnicos de la cámara
(1)Al instalar la cámara de videoconferencia, por favor instálela en una posición con suficiente capacidad de carga y manipule
cada componente con cuidado. Evite tocar la lente de la cámara a color de alta definición directamente con la mano, para
evitar que la lente se vuelva borrosa con las huellas dactilares.
(2)Este producto solo se puede utilizar dentro del rango especificado para evitar daños al producto o cualquier producto
conectado con él. No deje que la máquina se exponga a la lluvia o la humedad;No lo use más allá del límite de temperatura,
humedad o especificación de potencia.
(3)Para evitar el riesgo de descarga eléctrica, no abra la carcasa. Solo técnicos calificados pueden realizar la
instalación y el mantenimiento
(4)Cuando limpie la lente, utilice un paño suave y seco para limpiar. Cuando la suciedad sea grave, límpiela suavemente con
detergente neutro para evitar rayar la lente y afectar el efecto de la imagen. No use detergente fuerte o corrosivo.
(5)Nunca apunte la cámara a un objeto de luz intensa, o se dañará el dispositivo de inducción del objetivo en la lente.
(6)Debe tenerse especial cuidado y manipularse con cuidado. Por favor no apriete las partes estructurales del movimiento
para evitar el fallo de la cámara de conferencia.
