Questo manuale è parte integrante del vostro
apparecchio e deve essere letto con attenzione
perché fornisce importanti indicazioni ed avvertenze
sulla sicurezza, l’uso e la manutenzione del vostro apparecchio.

• Dopo aver tolto l’imballaggio assicurarsi dell’integrità
dell’apparecchio. In caso di dubbio non utilizzarlo e rivolgersi al

• Non lasciare gli elementi dell’imballaggio (sacchetti in plastica,
polistirolo espanso, chiodi, ecc.) alla portata di bambini o persone con
capacità mentali ridotte in quanto potenziali fonti di pericolo.

tensione di funzionamento dell’apparecchio corrisponda a quella

L’apparecchio è destinato esclusivamente ad uso domestico per
la preparazione di acqua calda.
Non versare alcun altro tipo di liquido o alimento solido
all'inteno della caraffa.
• L’apparecchio può essere utilizzato solo dopo aver letto e compreso
tutte le istruzioni e prescrizioni di sicurezza contenute nel presente
manuale.
• L’apparecchio può essere utilizzato da minori sopra gli 8 anni e/o da
persone con capacità fisiche, sensoriali o mentali ridotte, solo se
debitamente istruiti sull'uso sicuro dell'apparecchio e sotto la diretta
supervisione di una persona adulta e responsabile della loro
sicurezza.
• Questo apparecchio non è un giocattolo e, pertanto, non si deve
mai giocare con l'apparecchio.
• Le operazioni di pulizia e manutenzione non devono mai essere
effettuate da minori e/o da persone con capacità fisiche, sensoriali o
mentali ridotte

• Se il cavo di alimentazione è danneggiato non utilizzate
l'apparecchio; il cavo non deve mai essere sostituito dall'utente

- non usare l’apparecchio a piedi nudi e con mani o piedi bagnati
- non usare l’apparecchio al di fuori dell’ambiente domestico
- non lasciare l’apparecchio esposto ad agenti atmosferici (sole,
pioggia, ecc.)
- non tirare mai il cavo di alimentazione o l’apparecchio stesso per
scollegare la spina dalla presa di corrente
- non immergere mai l’apparecchio in acqua o in altri liquidi.
• Non lavare il prodotto in lavastoviglie.
• Tenete lontano l'apparecchio da gas o sostanze facilmente
infiammabili.
• Non porre l’apparecchio o il cavo di alimentazione in prossimità o
sopra a fornelli elettrici o a gas caldi.
• L’apparecchio non deve mai essere collegato e messo in funzione
con un timer o un sistema di accensione a distanza separato.
• Questo apparecchio è conforme alle norme di sicurezza europee in
vigore applicabili.
Qualsiasi installazione non conforme a quanto specificato può
compromettere la vostra sicurezza e fa decadere la garanzia.
• Al termine del ciclo di vita rendere inoperante l’apparecchio
tagliandone il cavo di alimentazione dopo avere scollegato la spina
dalla presa di corrente. Per lo smaltimento attenersi alle norme in
vigore nel proprio luogo di residenza

• Non riempire il bollitore oltre il livello massimo.
• Spegnere sempre il bollitore prima di rimuoverlo dalla base
d’alimentazione.
• Non fare funzionare il bollitore senza acqua.
• Dopo ogni utilizzo, svuotare sempre il bollitore dall’acqua rimasta al
suo interno.
• Staccare la spina dalla presa di corrente e attendere che
l'apparecchio si raffreddi prima di effettuare qualsiasi operazione di
pulizia e/o manutenzione.
RISCHIO SCOTTATURE
• Durante il funzionamento la caraffa in vetro raggiunge temperature
elevate. Per sollevare il bollitore utilizzare unicamente la maniglia.
PROTEGGI L'AMBIENTE!
Questo apparecchio contiene numerosi materiali riutilizzabili
o riciclabili. Al termine del ciclo di vita, rendere inoperante
l’apparecchio scollegando prima la spina dalla presa di corrente e poi
tagliando il cavo di alimentazione. Per lo smaltimento attenersi alle
norme in vigore nel proprio luogo di residenza.

Importante!
Tutte le operazioni di montaggio, smontaggio e pulizia devono
essere effettuate ad apparecchio spento, freddo e con la spina
scollegata dalla presa di corrente.
1 - PRIMA DELL'USO
• Rimuovere imballaggi, etichette e quant'altro è stato messo a protezione del
vostro apparecchio, e riporli in un posto sicuro lontano dalla portata di bambini.
• Leggere tutto il presente manuale perché contiene informazioni importanti per
la sicurezza nonché il modo per garantire al vostro apparecchio una vita lunga
e proficua.
• Prima di utilizzare il bollitore per la prima volta, riempirlo d’acqua fino al livello
massimo (8), portare a ebollizione, quindi svuotare.
• NON METTERE mai l'apparecchio direttamente sotto il rubinetto per il
riempimento della caraffa (7)!
2 – CONSIGLI PER L’USO
Rispettare le quantità indicate di seguito al fine di consentire il corretto
funzionamento del bollitore evitando surriscaldamenti e tracimazioni dʼacqua
durante il funzionamento.

3 – RISCALDAMENTO DELL’ACQUA
• Prima di riempire la caraffa (7), rimuoverla sempre dalla base (11) e assicurarsi
che la spina del cavo di alimentazione (12) sia scollegata dalla presa di corrente.
• Aprire il coperchio (1) premendo l’apposito tasto (3) e riempire la caraffa (7) di
acqua fresca, facendo attenzione a rispettare le indicazioni di livello massimo (8)
e minimo (9) presenti sulla finestra trasparente della caraffa (7).
• Chiudere il coperchio (1) premendo verso il basso fino a udire uno scatto e
assicurarsi che sia chiuso correttamente.

• Posizionare la base (11) su una superficie piana e stabile.
• Posizionare la caraffa (7) sulla base (11), inserire la spina nella presa della
corrente e portare il tasto di accensione/spegnimento (4) sulla posizione 1.
L’indicatore luminoso a LED (10) presente sul fondo della caraffa (7) si accende
illuminando la finestra trasparente.
• L’apparecchio si spegnerà automaticamente quando l’acqua avrà raggiunto
l’ebollizione. L’indicatore luminoso a LED (10) si spegne e il tasto di
accensione/spegnimento (4) tornerà automaticamente nella posizione 0.
• Qualora fosse necessario spegnere l’apparecchio prima che l’acqua abbia
raggiunto l’ebollizione, è necessario portare manualmente il tasto (4) sulla
posizione 0.
• Rimuovere sempre la caraffa (7) dalla base (11) prima di versare l’acqua calda.
Versare l’acqua calda mantenendo il coperchio (1) chiuso.
4 – PULIZIA E MANUTENZIONE
ATTENZIONE!
Staccare la spina dalla presa di corrente e attendere che l'apparecchio
si raffreddi prima di effettuare qualsiasi operazione di pulizia e/o manutenzione.
CONSIGLI: La pulizia dell’apparecchio risulterà più facile se viene
eseguita subito dopo l’uso.
Per la pulizia delle superfici esterne dell’apparecchio, utilizzare un panno morbido
inumidito e asciugare accuratamente. Per pulire la parte interna della caraffa,
utilizzare un panno morbido inumidito o una spugnetta non abrasiva.
Per pulire il filtro (2), aprire il coperchio (4) e rimuoverlo dall’apparecchio, quindi
sciacquarlo sotto l’acqua corrente e lasciarlo asciugare completamente prima di
rimontarlo.

IMPORTANTE!
• Non immergere mai la caraffa (7) o la base (11) in acqua o in altre sostanze
liquide e non metterli sotto l’acqua corrente.
• Non utilizzare prodotti chimici o sostanze abrasive.
• Aspettare sempre che l’apparecchio sia asciutto prima di riporlo
5 – RIMOZIONE CALCARE
Rimuovere il calcare regolarmente per mantenere l’apparecchio in piena
efficienza il più a lungo possibile.

utilizzo dell’apparecchio.
Indicativamente, in caso di acqua non particolarmente dura, eseguire la pulizia
almeno una volta ogni 6 mesi, altrimenti almeno una volta ogni 3 mesi.
Se si nota un aumento del rumore prodotto dall’apparecchio durante l’ebollizione
dell’acqua o se l’apparecchio si spegne prima che l’acqua abbia raggiunto il
bollore, occorre procedere con la pulizia.
Utilizzare esclusivamente un agente anticalcare adatto per apparecchi che sono a
contatto con alimenti e seguire le istruzioni indicate.
Dopo aver eseguito la pulizia, risciacquare accuratamente l’interno della caraffa
(7) con acqua pulita ed eseguire uno o due cicli di bollitura dell’acqua.
NOTA: Non utilizzare mai l’aceto come agente anticalcare.

• Use the kettle only with the power base contained in the sales
package. In the event of a malfunction, contact an authorized service

• Do not use the kettle if the lid is not closed properly.
• Do not use the kettle if the handle has come loose.
• Do not fill the kettle beyond the maximum level.
• Always turn off the kettle before removing it from the power base.
• Do not operate the kettle without water.
• After each use, always empty the kettle of any water left inside.
• Remove the plug from the socket and wait for the appliance to cool
down before carrying out any cleaning and / or maintenance
operations.
RISK OF BURNS
• The glass jar reaches high temperatures during operation. To lif the
kettle, use the handle only.
PROTECT THE ENVIRONMENT!
This appliance contains several reusable or recyclable
materials. At the end of its life cycle, make the appliance
unusable by disconnecting first it from mains and then, cutting off the
power cord. For the disposal of the appliance follow the regulations

IMPORTANT!
All assembly, disassembly and cleaning operations must be
carried out when the appliance is switched off, cooled and
with the plug disconnected from the socket.
1 – BEFORE USE
• Remove packaging materials, labels, bags and anything else has employed in
order to protect the appliance and place them in a safe place far from reach of
children.
• Read this instruction manual completely because it contains important safety
prescriptions and also the way to grant to your product a long and useful lifespan.
• Before using the kettle for the first time, fill it with water up to the maximum level
(8), bring to boil, then empty.
• Never place the appliance directly under the tap to fill the jar
(7)!
2 – SUGGETIONS FOR USE
Follow the quantities below indicated in order to allow the correct functioning of the
kettle avoiding overheating and overflowing of water during operation.

3 – WATER HEATING
• Before filling the jar (7), always remove it from base (11) and make sure the
power cord plug is disconnected from the power socket.
• Open the lid (1) by pressing button (3) and fill the tank with fresh water, being
careful to observe the indications of maximum (8) and minimum (9) levels on the
jar (7) transparent window.
• Close the lid (1) by pressing it downwards until a click is heard and make sure it
is closed correctly.
• Put the base (11) on a flat and stable surface.
• Put the jar (7) onto the base (11), insert the plug into the power socket and set
the ON/OFF push button (4) to position 1. The LED indicator light (10) placed on
jar bottom will turn on lighting up the transparent window.
• The appliance will switch off automatically when the water is boiling. The LED
indicator light (10) will turn off and the ON/OFF push button (4) will come back to
position 0 automatically.
• If the appliance needs to be switched off before the water has boiled, bring the
push button (4) manually to position 0 (off).
• Always remove the jar (7) from the base (11) before pouring out hot water. Pour
out hot water keeping lid (1) closed.
4 – CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
ATTENTION!
Before carrying out any cleaning and/or maintenance operations,
disconnect the plug from the power outlet and wait until the
appliance has cooled off.
SUGGESTIONS: The appliance cleaning will be easier if it is carried
out immediately after use.
To cl e a n th e out e r su rf ac e s of the appliance, use a soft damp cloth and dry
thoroughly. To clean the jug inner part, use a soft damp cloth or a non-abrasive pad.
To cl ea n fi l te r (2), open the lid (1) and remove the filter (2) from the appliance, then
rinse it under running water and dry it thoroughly before fitting it back onto the jug.

IMPORTANT!
• Never immerse the jar (7) or the base (11) in water or other liquid substances
and never put it under running water.
• Never use abrasive or chemical products.
• Make sure the appliance is completely dry before putting it away
5– DESCALING
Regularly descale the appliance in order to ensure kettle optimal performance as
long as possible.
Tak e care of water hardness in your area and how often the appliance is used.
Approximately, in case water is not particularly hard, descaling must be carried
out at least once every 6 months, otherwise at least once every 3 months.
If you notice an increase of noise produced by the appliance while water is
boiling, or if the appliance switches off before water has boiled, descaling must be
carried out.
Only use a descaling agent suitable for appliances which come in contact with
food and follow the instructions provided.
After descaling, rinse the jar (7) inner part thoroughly with clean water and carry
out one or two water boiling cycles.
NOTE: Never use vinegar as descaling agent
