camera (if you have modified settings, it will

Set up router - The camera supports both 2.4G
WiFi and 5G WiFi. Please set the parameters of the
router before connecting to the Wi-Fi network and
record the SSID and password of your WiFi.
Adding a device
1. Open the Tesla Smart App and choose to create a
new account or log in directly.
2. Click the „+“ sign in the upper right corner to add
the device.
3. Select the product.
4. Enter the WiFi password and confirm.
5. Follow the instructions. Note: please ensure that
the mobile phone and the camera are in the same
WiFi environment.
Download - Tesla Smart is available for both iOS
and Android OS. Search the name „Tesla Smart“ in
App Store or Android Market, or scan the QR-Code
to download the App.

Pan/Tilt - Rotate your camera by sliding on your
smartphone, providing you with good vision.
Video flip - Flip your video stream up or down for
maximum flexibility.
Motion detection - Supports smart motion detecti-
on. The camera will detect movements, and then
send you push notifications and app alerts. You can
set up the motion detection area according to the
environment.
Record - Support 24H continuous recording with
high-capacity SD storage or Cloud storage.
Day & Night - Never miss a moment, even in
complete darkness, with powerful night-vision
technology.
FUNCTIONS

device connection was successful.
In the camera interface, you can open settings by
clicking on the three dots in the upper right corner,
here you can set common functions.

Q: What should I do if the device cannot be pre-
viewed properly?
A: Check whether the network is normal, you can
place the camera close to the router, and if not, it is
recommended to reset the device and add it again.
Q: Why is it still on the list of devices after resetting?
A: The reset device only resets the network con-
figuration of the camera, but cannot change the
configuration on the App, so to remove the camera
it must be deleted on the App.
Q: How do I change the camera network to another
router?
A: First remove and reset the device on the App and
then configure the device again using the App.
Q: Why doesn‘t the device recognize the SD card?
A: It is recommended to remove the SD card and
then put it back in again after a power cut. Confirm
whether the SD card is normally available and the
format is FAT32. Also the TF card can’t be identified
when the internet environment is not satisfactory.
FAQ
Two-way audio - You can communicate with
people around the camera using your App.
Noise detection - Supports noise detection, it can
detect noises caused by accidents.

Q: Why can’t I get the notifications with my cell
phone App?
A: Please confirm that the App has been running on
the phone, and the relevant reminder function has
been opened; Message notification and authority
confirmation in the mobile phone system have been
opened.

Konfigurieren Sie Ihren Router: Die Kamera
unterstützt nur 2.4G WiFi und nicht 5G WiFi. Bevor
Sie eine Verbindung zum Wi-Fi-Netzwerk herstel-
len, nehmen Sie die Router-Einstellungen vor und
notieren Sie die SSID sowie Ihr Wi-Fi-Passwort.
Hinzufügen eines Geräts
1. Öffnen Sie die Tesla Smart App und erstellen Sie
ein neues Konto oder melden Sie sich direkt an.
1. Klicken Sie auf das „+“-Zeichen in der oberen
rechten Ecke, um ein Gerät hinzuzufügen.
2. Wählen Sie das gewünschte Gerät aus.
3. Geben Sie das WiFi-Passwort ein und bestätigen
Sie es.

dann Push-Benachrichtigungen und Warnungen

Zwei-Wege-Audio: Sie können über die App mit
Personen in der Nähe der Kamera kommunizieren.
Geräuscherkennung: Unterstützt intelligente
Geräuscherkennung. Eingebaute Geräuschsenso-
ren können durch Unfälle verursachte Geräusche
erkennen.
F: Was sollte ich tun, wenn das Gerät nicht richtig
angezeigt wird?
A: Überprüfen Sie die Netzwerkverbindung; Sie kö-
nnen die Kamera näher am Router platzieren, wenn
dies nicht möglich ist, wird empfohlen, das Gerät
neu zu starten und erneut hinzuzufügen.
Warum ist die Kamera nach dem Zurücksetzen
immer noch in der Geräteliste?

F: Die Rücksetzfunktion setzt nur die Netzwerk-
konfiguration der Kamera zurück, kann aber die
Konfiguration in der Anwendung nicht ändern. Um
die Kamera aus der Liste zu entfernen, müssen Sie
sie also selbst aus der Liste entfernen.
F: Wie kann ich die Netzwerkkonfiguration der
Kamera auf einen anderen Router ändern?
A: Deinstallieren Sie zunächst das Gerät, setzen Sie
es zurück und konfigurieren Sie es dann mithilfe der
App neu.
F: Warum erkennt das Gerät die SD-Karte nicht?
A: Es wird empfohlen, die SD-Karte zu entfernen
und sie nach dem Ausschalten wieder einzusetzen.
Vergewissern Sie sich, dass die SD-Karte normal
verfügbar und im FAT32-Format ist. Außerdem
kann die TF-Karte nicht erkannt werden, wenn die
Internetumgebung nicht zufriedenstellend ist.
F: Warum kann ich über die mobile App keine
Benachrichtigungen erhalten?
A: Vergewissern Sie sich, dass die App auf Ihrem
Telefon läuft und die entsprechende Erinne-
rungsfunktion aktiviert ist; die Benachrichtigung
über Nachrichten und die Autoritätsbestätigung
sind auf dem Mobiltelefonsystem aktiviert.
