mains supply socket, 230-240V. Plug this AC power pack supply plug into the DC input socket at
the rear of the transmitter unit and ensure that when power is supplied that the power LED indicator
on the front of the transmitter is illuminated.

Place the Wireless Speakers in the desired location. Plug the 12VDC 500mA AC power packs supplied for each
into a suitable mains supply socket, 230-240V. Plug the AC power pack supply plug into the DC input socket at
the rear of each speaker. Alternatively you may use 6 x 1.5V batteries in each speaker if desired.
Connect the transmitter audio input lead into a suitable audio output jack (use one of the supplied adaptors if
required). Set the volume level on the audio source to a low level at first and begin to play music from the audio
source. (EG: CD player, Radio and TV etc…).
Turn on the speakers one at a time and adjust the tune control until a clear signal is received. Turn the first
speaker off temporarily if required in order to hear the second speaker more clearly.

TROUBLE SHOOTING
NO SOUND:
- Ensure that the all AC power packs are correctly inserted into the AC wall outlet and that the power is on.
- Ensure that the speaker ON/OFF button is set to the ON position
- Speaker batteries may be low (if being used)
- Adjust the volume control dial on the speaker(s) to turn up the volume
- Check the audio source that is supplying the signal for transmission (Is it “playing ”)
5

TROUBLE SHOOTING (Cont.)
DISTORTED:
- Ensure that the transmitters green stereo indicator light is on
- Change the position of the channel control located on the rear of the transmitter. Retune the
headphones TUNE CONTROL dial to re-establish a clear connection
- The speaker batteries may be too low, turn off the speakers and replace the batteries and then
switch the speakers back to the on position.
- The speakers may be too far away from the transmitter.
- The input signal from the audio source may be too low, increase the output volume of the source
device if possible and retry.
WORKS FOR A FEW MINUTES THEN STOPS:
- Ensure that the audio source being supplied to the input of the transmitter is of sufficient volume /
voltage.
- The Volume output (Headphones only) needs to be high (Approximately ½ of max volume) to
ensure that the voltage of the sinal is high compared to any noise on the line
- The transmitter unit begins in a “sensitive” mode to ensure easy tuning and good strong signal then
switches automatically to a “High Quality” mode after a couple of minutes. If the input voltage
(Stereo, VCR, DVD etc…) is not high enough when using the headphone outlet it will loose the
signal and switch off so you will hear static.
- The optional included RCA adaptor may experience a similar problem if the RCA output signal is
too low, this cannot be corrected as the RCA signal volume is not controlled by the volume of the
source.
