• Das Produkt ist ausschließlich für den oben beschriebenen Einsatzbereich geeignet.
Vorsicht!
Verletzungsgefahr:
• Halten Sie das Gerät und die Batterien außerhalb der Reichweite von Kindern.
• Kleinteile können von Kindern (unter drei Jahren) verschluckt werden.
• Batterien enthalten gesundheitsschädliche Säuren und können bei Verschlucken lebensgefährlich sein. Wurde eine Batterie
verschluckt, kann dies innerhalb von 2 Stunden zu schweren inneren Verätzungen und zum Tode führen. Wenn Sie vermu-
ten, eine Batterie könnte verschluckt oder anderweitig in den Körper gelangt sein, nehmen Sie sofort medizinische Hilfe in
Anspruch.
• Batterien nicht ins Feuer werfen, kurzschließen, auseinandernehmen oder aufladen. Explosionsgefahr!
• Um ein Auslaufen der Batterien zu vermeiden, sollten schwache Batterien möglichst schnell ausgetauscht werden.
• Achten Sie auf die richtige Polarität beim Einlegen der Batterien. Verwenden Sie nie gleichzeitig alte und neue Batterien
oder Batterien unterschiedlichen Typs. Entfernen Sie die Batterien, wenn Sie das Gerät längere Zeit nicht verwenden.
• Sollte eine Batterie ausgelaufen sein, vermeiden Sie Kontakt mit Haut, Augen und Schleimhäuten. Spülen Sie ggf. umge-
hend die betroffenen Stellen mit Wasser und suchen Sie einen Arzt auf.
Wichtige Hinweise zur Produktsicherheit!
• Das eigenmächtige Reparieren, Umbauen oder Verändern des Gerätes ist nicht gestattet.

• Setzen Sie das Gerät keinen extremen Temperaturen, Vibrationen und Erschütterungen aus.
• Belasten Sie die Waage nicht mit mehr als 5199 g. Benutzen Sie die Waage nicht als Ablagefläche.
• Reinigen Sie das Gerät mit einem weichen, leicht feuchten Tuch. Keine Scheuer- oder Lösungsmittel verwenden! Nicht in
der Spülmaschine reinigen.
• Das Gerät ist nur für den Betrieb in Innenräumen geeignet. Vor Feuchtigkeit schützen!
• Die Genauigkeit der Waage kann durch starke elektromagnetische Felder (z.B. Mobiltelefone) beeinträchtigt werden.
• Die Waage ist nicht für den gewerblichen Einsatz vorgesehen.

5. Inbetriebnahme
• Öffnen Sie das Batteriefach auf der Rückseite mit einem passenden Schraubenzieher (in Pfeilrichtung OPEN). Entfernen Sie
die Batterieunterbrechungsstreifen. Schrauben Sie den Batteriefachdeckel wieder sorgfältig zu.
• Schalten Sie die Waage mit der ON/OFF Taste aus.
6. Benutzung der Waage
• Stellen Sie die Waage auf eine glatte, feste Unterlage.
• Zum Einschalten der Waage auf die ON/OFF Taste drücken.
• Die Hintergrundbeleuchtung geht an und im Display erscheint „HI” und „g” (Voreinstellung).
• Drücken Sie die ON/OFF Taste, solange "HI" angezeigt wird, können Sie die Maßeinheit wechseln.
• Die Reihenfolge ist wie folgt: g ➝ml ➝lb:oz ➝fl’oz. Um die Eingabe zu bestätigen, warten Sie kurz.
• Sobald „0” (bzw. „0.00”) im Display erscheint, kann man mit dem Wiegevorgang beginnen.
• Stellen Sie das Wiegegut in die Mitte der Wiegefläche.
• Es erscheint das gemessene Gewicht in g (Voreinstellung) oder in der von Ihnen eingestellten Gewichtseinheit.
• Die Displaybeleuchtung schaltet sich automatisch aus, wenn länger als 30 Sekunden keine Taste gedrückt wird. Benutzen
Sie das Gerät oder drücken Sie die ON/OFF Taste, schaltet sich die Beleuchtung wieder an.
• Die Waage schaltet sich ganz aus, wenn länger als 3 Minuten keine Taste gedrückt wird.
6.1 Tara/Zuwiegefunktion
• Sollten Sie ein Gefäß zum Wiegen benutzen, stellen Sie das leere Gefäß bitte zuerst auf die Wiegefläche und schalten dann
die Waage an. Ist die Waage bereits eingeschaltet, drücken Sie die TARE Taste, um die Anzeige auf „0” zurückzustellen.

• Möchten Sie mehrere Zutaten in das gleiche Gefäß zuwiegen, lassen Sie das Gefäß auf der Wiegefläche stehen und drücken
Sie für jede weitere Zutat einfach die TARE Taste. Die Anzeige springt auf „0” und man kann die neue Menge problemlos
abwiegen.
• Das Startgewicht sollte 950 g (2,10 lb) nicht überschreiten.
7. Batteriewechsel
• Öffnen Sie das Batteriefach auf der Rückseite mit einem passenden Schraubenzieher (in Pfeilrichtung OPEN). Legen Sie
zwei neue CR2032 Knopfzellen-Batterien mit dem „+”-Pol nach oben ein. Schrauben Sie den Batteriefachdeckel wieder
sorgfältig zu.

Reduzieren Sie die Entstehung von Abfällen aus Batterien, indem Sie Batterien mit längerer Lebensdauer oder

• This product is exclusively intended for the range of application described above.
Caution!
Risk of injury!
• Keep this device and the batteries out of reach of children.
• Small parts can be swallowed by children (under three years old).
• Batteries contain harmful acids and may be hazardous if swallowed. If a battery is swallowed, this can lead to serious inter-
nal burns and death within two hours. If you suspect a battery could have been swallowed or otherwise caught in the body,
seek medical help immediately.
• Batteries must not be thrown into a fire, short-circuited, taken apart or recharged. Risk of explosion!
• Low batteries should be changed as soon as possible to prevent damage caused by leaking. Make sure the polarities are
correct. Never use a combination of old and new batteries together, nor batteries of different types. Remove the batteries if
the device will not be used for an extended period of time. Avoid contact with skin, eyes and mucous membranes when
handling leaking batteries. In case of contact, immediately rinse the affected areas with water and consult a doctor.

• Do not overload the scale (max. 5199 g). Do not use the scale as storage space.

• The device is suitable for indoor use only. Protect it from moisture!
• Strong electromagnetic fields (e.g. cell phones) may impair the accuracy of the scale.
• The scale is not intended to be used for commercial purposes.

5. Getting started
• Open the battery compartment at the back with a suitable screwdriver (in direction of the arrow OPEN) Remove the battery
insulation strips. Carefully screw the battery cover back in place.
• Press the ON/OFF button to switch off the scale.
6. Use of the scale
• Place the scale on a flat solid surface.
• In order to switch on the scale, press the ON/OFF button.
• The backlight turns on and “HI” and “g” (default) appears on the display.
• By pressing the ON/OFF button, as long as “HI” is indicated on the display, the measuring unit can be changed.
• The sequence is shown as follows: g ➝ml ➝lb:oz ➝fl’oz. Wait a few seconds to confirm the setting.
• As soon as “0” (or “0.00”) appears on the display you can start weighing.
• Place the item to be weighed in the centre of the weighing platform.
• Your measured weight will be displayed in g (default) or in the weighting unit you have set.
• If no button is pressed within 30 seconds, the backlight switches off automatically. If you use the device or press the
ON/OFF button, the backlight switches on again.
• If no button is pressed within 3 minutes, the scale switches off completely.
6.1 Tare function
• If you are using a bowl for measuring, put the bowl on the platform first and then turn on the scale. If the scale is already in
use, press the TARE button to reset the display to “0”.
• If you want to measure more than one ingredient in the same bowl, press the TARE button before you put the new ingre-
dient into the bowl. The display always goes back to “0” and you can continue the measuring process without problems.
• The initial weight should not exceed 950 g (2.10 lb).

7. Battery replacement
• Open the battery compartment at the back with a suitable screwdriver (in direction of the arrow OPEN) Insert two new
CR2032 button cell batteries, +pole above. Carefully screw the battery cover back in place.

5. Mise en service
• Ouvrez le compartiment à piles sur le dos avec un tournevis adapté dans le sens de la flèche (OPEN). Enlevez les films de
protection des piles. Revissez le couvercle avec soin.
• Éteignez la balance à l’aide de la touche ON/OFF.
6. Utilisation de la balance
• Placez la balance sur une surface plate et immobile.
• Pour l’allumer, appuyez sur la touche ON/OFF.
• L'éclairage de fond est activé et « HI » et « g » (par défaut) apparaissent sur l'écran.
• Appuyez sur la touche ON/OFF pendant que « HI » est affiché, vous pouvez changer d'unité de mesure.
• L’ordre est le suivant : g ➝ml ➝lb:oz ➝fl’oz. Pour confirmer le réglage, patientez quelques secondes.
• Lorsque « 0 » (ou « 0.00 ») apparaît sur l'écran, vous pouvez commencer la pesée.
• Placez l'objet à peser au centre de la surface.
• Le poids mesuré est affiché en g (par défaut) ou dans l'unité de poids que vous avez définie.
• Si aucune touche n’est pressée pendant 30 secondes, l'éclairage de fond s'éteindra automatiquement. Si vous utilisez l'ap-
pareil ou si vous appuyez sur la touche ON/OFF, l'éclairage s'allume.
• La balance s'éteint complètement si aucune touche n'est appuyée pendant plus de 3 minutes.
6.1 Fonction tara
• Si vous utilisez un récipient pour peser, placez en premier lieu le récipient vide sur la surface de pesage puis mettez la
balance en marche. Si la balance est déjà en marche, pressez la touche TARE afin de remettre l'affichage à « 0 ».

• Si vous désirez peser plusieurs ingrédients dans le même récipient, laissez le récipient sur la surface de pesage et pressez la
touche TARE après chaque ingrédient. L'affichage repasse à « 0 », et vous pouvez facilement peser la nouvelle quantité ajoutée.
• Le poids initial ne doit pas dépasser 950 g (2,10 lb).
7. Remplacement des piles
• Ouvrez le compartiment à piles sur le dos avec un tournevis adapté dans le sens de la flèche (OPEN). Insérez deux nouvel-
les piles de type CR2032, polarité + vers le haut. Revissez le couvercle avec soin.

5. Messa in funzione
• Aprire il vano batteria sul retro con un cacciavite adatto (in direzione della freccia OPEN). Rimuovere le strisce d’interruzio-
ne dalla batteria. Riavvitare accuratamente il coperchio del vano batteria
• Spegnete la bilancia con il tasto ON/OFF.
6. Utilizzo della bilancia
• Appoggiare la bilancia su una superficie liscia e stabile.
• Per attivare la bilancia, premere il tasto ON/OFF.
• La retroilluminazione si accende e il display mostra “HI” e “g” (impostazione predefinita).
• Premere il tasto ON/OFF, mentre viene visualizzato “HI”, è possibile cambiare l'unità di misura.
• L'ordine è il seguente: g ➝ml ➝lb:oz ➝fl’oz. Per confermare la selezione, aspettate un momento.
• Sul display compare “0” (o “0.00”). La bilancia è pronta per l'operazione di pesatura.
• Porre il prodotto da pesare al centro della superficie.
• Il vostro peso misurato viene visualizzato in g (impostazione predefinita) o nell'unità di peso impostato.
• La illuminazione si spegne automaticamente quando non si preme alcun tasto per più di 30 secondi. Se si utilizza il dispo-
sitivo o si preme il tasto ON/OFF, l'illuminazione si riaccende.
• La bilancia si spegne completamente quando non si preme alcun tasto per più di 3 minuti.
6.1 Funzione tara
• Qualora si debba impiegare un contenitore per la pesatura, prima porre il contenitore vuoto sulla superficie di pesatura,
quindi accendere la bilancia. Se la bilancia è già accesa, premere il tasto TARE per riportare a “0” la visualizzazione.

• Se si desidera pesare più ingredienti nello stesso contenitore, lasciare il contenitore sulla superficie di pesatura e premere

sibile pesare senza problemi la quantità successiva.
• Il peso iniziale non dovrebbe superare i 950 g (2,10 lb).

5. Inbedrijfstelling
• Open het batterijvak aan de achterkant met behulp van een schroevendraaier in de pijlrichting (OPEN). Verwijder de batter-
ijstrips. Schroef het batterijdeksel weer zorgvuldig vast.
• Schakel de weegschaal met de ON/OFF toets uit.
6. Gebruik van de weegschaal
• Plaats de weegschaal op een gladde, stevige ondergrond.
• Om de weegschaal in te schakelen, druk op de ON/OFF toets.
• De achtergrondverlichting gaat aan en op het display verschijnt „HI” en „g” (standaardinstelling).
• Door de ON/OFF toets te drukken kunt u, zolang „HI” wordt weergegeven, de maateenheid wijzigen.
• De volgorde is als volgt: g ➝ml ➝lb:oz ➝fl’oz. Om de instelling te bevestigen, wacht een paar seconden.
• Zodra „0” (of „0.00”) op het display verschijnt, kunt u het weegproces starten.
• Plaats het weeggoed in het midden van het weegvlak.
• Het gewicht in g (standaard) of in de door u ingestelde gewichtseenheid verschijnt.
• De displayverlichting gaat automatisch uit als er langer dan 30 seconden geen toets wordt ingedrukt. Wanneer u het toestel
gebruikt of op de ON/OFF toets drukt, gaat de verlichting weer aan.
• De weegschaal gaat volledig uit als er langer dan 3 minuten geen toets wordt ingedrukt.
6.1 TARA functie/tarreren
• Indien u bij het wegen een kom gebruikt, plaats dan de lege kom eerst op het weegvlak en zet de weegschaal dan pas aan.
Staat de weegschaal al aan, druk dan op de TARE toets om de indicatie terug op „0” te zetten.

• Wenst u meerdere ingrediënten in dezelfde kom te wegen, laat de kom dan op het weegvlak staan en druk voor ieder nieuw
ingrediënt gewoon op de TARE toets. De indicatie springt op „0” en u kunt de nieuwe hoeveelheid eenvoudig afwegen.
• Het startgewicht mag niet hoger zijn dan 950 g (2,10 lb).
7. Batterijwissel
• Maak het batterijvak open aan de achterkant met behulp van een schroevendraaier in de pijlrichting (OPEN) Plaats er twee
nieuwe CR2032 knoopcel-batterijen in, +pool naar boven. Schroef het batterijdeksel weer zorgvuldig vast.

Afvoeren van batterijen
Batterijen en accu's mogen niet met het huisvuil worden weggegooid. Zij bevatten schadelijke stoffen zoals zware
metalen die schadelijk kunnen zijn voor het milieu en de gezondheid indien zij op onjuiste wijze worden afgevoerd
en waardevolle grondstoffen als ijzer, zink, mangaan of nikkel die kunnen worden teruggewonnen.
Als consument bent u wettelijk verplicht om gebruikte batterijen en accu's bij uw verkoper in te leveren of naar de
daarvoor bestemde inleverpunten volgens de nationale of lokale bepalingen te brengen om een milieuvriendelijk
afvoeren te garanderen. Inleveren is gratis. Adressen van geschikte inleverpunten kunnen worden opgevraagd bij
uw stad of gemeente.
De benamingen van de zware metalen zijn: Cd=cadmium, Hg=kwik, Pb=lood
Verminder afval van batterijen door batterijen met een langere levensduur of geschikte oplaadbare batterijen te
gebruiken. Vermijd milieuvervuiling en laat batterijen of elektrische en elektronische apparatuur met batterijen niet
achteloos rondslingeren. De gescheiden inzameling en recycling van batterijen en accu’s leveren een belangrijke
bijdrage tot de ontlasting van het milieu en het voorkomen van gevaren voor de gezondheid.

5. Puesta en marcha
• Abra el compartimento de las pilas en la parte posterior con un destornillador adecuado (en la dirección de la flecha OPEN)
Quite las tiras de interrupción de las pilas. Vuelva a atornillar con cuidado la tapa del compartimento de las pilas.
• Apague la báscula pulsando la tecla ON/OFF.
6. Uso de la báscula
• Coloque la báscula en una superficie plana y sólida.
• Pulse la tecla ON/OFF para activar la báscula.
• La iluminación se enciende y la pantalla muestra “HI” y “g"”(nivel preseleccionado).
• Vuelva a pulsar la tecla ON/OFF, mientras se muestre “HI”, puede cambiar la unidad de medida.
• La sucesión se indica como sigue: g ➝ml ➝lb:oz ➝fl’oz. Para confirmar la entrada espere unos segundos.
• Cuando “0” (o “0.00”) aparece en la pantalla, la báscula está lista para funcionar.
• Coloque el ingrediente que va a pesar en el centro de la superficie de pesaje.
• El peso medido se muestra en g (nivel preseleccionado) o en la unidad de peso que haya establecido.
• La iluminación de la pantalla se apaga automáticamente si no se pulsa ninguna tecla durante más de 30 segundos. Si se
utiliza el aparato o se pulsa la tecla ON/OFF, la iluminación se vuelve a encender.
• La báscula se apaga completamente si no se pulsa ninguna tecla durante más de 3 segundos.
6.1 Función de pesaje TARA
• Si utiliza un recipiente para pesar, coloque primero el recipiente vacío en la superficie de pesaje y luego encienda la báscu-
la. Si la báscula ya está encendida pulse la tecla TARE para restablecer la pantalla a “0”.

• Si desea pesar varios ingredientes en el mismo recipiente, deje el recipiente en la superficie y pulse la tecla TARE, para
cada nuevo ingrediente. El indicador salta a “0” y puede pesar fácilmente la nueva cantidad.
• El peso inicial no debe superar los 950 g (2,10 lb).
7. Cambio de las pilas
• Abra el compartimento de las pilas en la parte posterior con un destornillador adecuado (en la dirección de la flecha OPEN)
Introduzca dos pilas de botón nuevas CR2032, polo + hacia arriba. Vuelva a atornillar con cuidado la tapa del comparti-
mento de las pilas.
