The Cardio Shop Vibrating Dumbbell/Kettlebell
Please read the manual before using the product

INTRODUCTION
This product helps tone muscles in the legs, buttocks and arms. It
is good for increasing strength and relieving stress.
By following the exercises in the manual, it will help you to
produce fast results with ease. You will be able to burn calories
and enjoy the workout. By using the vibration function, you will
be enhancing the effect of each exercise by up to 70%.
General Safety Instructions
Inspect the product before use to ensure that it is in good
condition. If you notice any defect or missing parts, contact the
supplier.
1. Keep the packaging out of reach of children.
2. If you suffer from any health problems it is advisable
3. to seek advice from a doctor before using the product.
4. The product should not be used by children or disabled
persons without adult supervision.
5. Excessive use may cause the appliance to overheat. If this
occurs allow the product to cool down.
6. Do not use in damp/humid surroundings, and prevent it
from becoming wet. Do not touch with wet hands whilst it
is operating.
7. Wear comfortable clothing when exercising.
8. Unplug the device when the charging process is complete.

11. Store in a dry place.
12. If you notice that the appliance is not working correctly,
do not attempt to repair, dismantle or modify it.
Unauthorized repairs may cause injury, and may nullify
the terms of the warranty. You should contact your
supplier.

COMPONENTS
Take the unit out of its box and make sure that all the pieces are there:

Adapter
BATTERY CHARGING
To make battery charging easier, the Vibration Kettle Bell has a transformer
jack connection socket built into weight housing (1)
Lift the protective cover (E) for the socket, and insert the transformer jack
into the socket. Plug the transformer (2) into the 220V mains supply, and a
red light on the transformer will light up. When the batteries are fully
charged a green light will come on and the transformer can be unplugged
from the mains supply.

START UP
The weight housing comes from the factory with two weights fitted.
To increase or decrease the weight of the VibrationKettleBell,followthe
stepsdetailed
below.
Rest the unit on a flat surface, hold the bottom part (B) with one hand, and
with the other hand rotate the top part (C) anticlockwise.
Increase or decrease the weight for the exercise by removing or adding
weight discs,
which weigh 1kg each.
Place the top part of the unit back on the bottom part, and turn it
clockwise. Tighten securely.
Once you have chosen the weight for the exercise, press the ON/OFF
switch (D) in Fig.3, to activate the vibrate function. Press the switch (D)
again to stop the vibrating.

NOTE:
When you feel the vibration of the unit decreasing, switch the device off
and charge the batteries, following the instructions described in the
preceding paragraph.
ATTENTION:
Make sure that the vibration function is switched off before attempting to
charge the batteries.

EXERCISES
Bearing in mind that exercise programs vary depending on age and
physical condition, it is advisable to consult your doctor given that you
will achieve better results based on his/her advice or suggestions.
Regardless of whether your goal isto become
fitter, control your weight
or for therapeutic use, always remember that your exercise should be
gradual, planned, varied and not too demanding.
Select a suitable exercise by performing sets of 10 to 15 repetitions,
gradually increasing, according to your fitness, the number of sets and
the weight of the
Vibration Kettle Bells.
1. Stand with the Vibration Dumbbell/Kettlebell alongside
your body. Slowly raise your arm toward your chest and
lower it slowly.

2. Squat down on the floor, keep the kettlebell on your shoulder, lift
and lower your arm slowly above your head. Extend the other arm to
keep your balance. Repeat the movement.
3. Stand and lift the arm holding the kettlebell. Bend your body to one
side until you can touch your foot. Return to starting point and
repeat.
4. In a standing position, hold the kettlebell/dumbbell with your arm
bent, and tilt your body to one side. Raise your arm and at the same
time touch the same leg as the raised arm with your free hand.

5. Hold the dumbbell with both hands. Lift one foot and try to bend
down, keeping your foot in the air.
6. Hold the kettlebell/dumbbell with one hand. Bend your legs and
place the machine on the ground. Lift it up to your shoulder. Repeat
the exercise with the other hand.
7. Crouch and hold the kettlebell/dumbbell with one hand between
your legs. Lift it up to chest height, keeping your arm straight. Then
lift it above your head. Repeat the movement remembering to try
and keep the arm straight.
8. Crouch and hold the kettlebell/dumbbell with one hand between
your legs. Lift it up to chest height, keeping your arm straight. Hold
the position for 10 seconds. Repeat with the other hand.

9. Lie on the floor. Hold the vibration dumbbell/kettlebell above your
head with an outstretched arm. Move to a sitting position, then
finally to a kneeling position. Keep your arm outstretched
throughout the exercise.
The Following Exercises Require 2 Vibrating
Dumbbells/Kettlebells.
10. Squat down and place the dumbbells on your shoulders. Stand up
whilst keeping them on your shoulders, then raise your arms above
your head.
11. Bend forward with the vibration bells and arms extended toward the
floor. Bring your arms up to your stomach. Try and keep your leghs
straight.
12. Support your body weight on one of the bells. Repeat the exercise
with the other arm.

Massage
The vibrating dumbbell can also be used as a massage machine. Place the
bottom of the dumbbell on any part of the body and turn on the vibration
mode. Not suitable if you have a pacemaker or heart condition.
Maintenance and Cleaning
A. Make sure the kettlebell/dumbbell is unplugged and cooled down
before cleaning.
B. Clean with a slightly dampened sponge or cloth.
C. Do not immerse in liquid to clean it.
D. Do not use abrasive products or harsh cleaners.
