WARNING:
- Failure to follow these warnings and assembly instructions could result in serious injury or death.
- Read all instructions before assembling crib. Keep instructions for future use.
-The minimum age for use of the toddler bed shall be no less than 15 months, and the maximum
weight shall not be greater than 50 lb (22 kg).
WARNING:
-Infants can suffocate on soft bedding. Never add a pillow or comforter. Never place additional
padding under an infant.
-To reduce the risk of SIDS, pediatricians recommend healthy infants be placed on their backs to
sleep, unless otherwise advised by your physician.
Strangulation Hazard:
- Strings can cause strangulation! DO NOT place items with a string, cord or ribbon around a child’s
neck, such as hood strings or pacifier cords. DO NOT suspend strings over crib or toddler bed, or
attach strings to toys for any reason.
-To help prevent strangulation, tighten all fasteners. A child can trap parts of the body or clothing on
loose fasteners.
- DO NOT place crib or toddler bed near windows where cords from blinds or drapes may strangle a
child.
Fall Hazard:
- When child is able to pull to standing position, set mattress to lowest position and remove bumper
pads, large toys and other objects that could serve as steps for climbing out.
-When child is able to climb out or reaches the height of 35 inches (90 cm), the crib shall no longer be
used and the child should be placed in a youth or regular bed.

!CAUTION: ANY MATTRESS USED IN THIS
CRIB MUST BE AT LEAST 27-1/4 INCHES (69
cm) BY 51-5/8 INCHES (131 cm) WITH A
THICKNESS NOT EXCEEDING 6 INCHES (15cm).
- Check this product for damaged hardware, loose joints, missing parts or sharp edges before
and after assembly and frequently during use. Securely tighten loose bolts and other fasten
ers. DO NOT use crib if any parts are missing, damaged, or broken.
Contact The Land of Nod® for replacement parts and instructional literature if needed.
DO NOT substitute parts.
-If refinishing, use a non-toxic finish specified for children’s products.
- Never use plastic shipping bags or other plastic film as mattress covers because they can
cause suffocation.
- Infants can suffocate in gaps between crib sides and a mattress that is too small.
- Periodically check to see that all bolts are securely tightened.
- To clean crib: wipe with clean soft cloth dampened with mild cleanser and water. Rinse with
clean water using a soft cloth, and dry thoroughly.
- Follow warnings on all products in a crib.
- When a vaporizer is in use, always aim vapor steam away from crib as well as away from any
other wood furniture.

assembly, place the contents on a carpeted or padded area
to protect them from damage. Please follow the assembly
instructions closely. Improper assembly can result in
personal or property damage.
Note: 2 adults are required to safely assemble this product.

Using an Allen wrench, unfasten 4 large connecting bolts, 4 lock washers, 4 wood dowels, and remove base frame
from crib assembly. Set base frame and hardware aside until further instructions.
Using an Allen wrench, unfasten 2 small bolts and 2 small connecting bolts from front side panel and unslot from
support brackets of end panels to remove front side panel from crib assembly. Store front side panel.

Note: Please loosen the bolts
secured to mattress support panel
before removing rail panel.

Slide toddler rail panel over support bracket, being sure to fit dowels of toddler rail panel into corresponding holes of
each end panel. Secure toddler rail panel to support bracket with 1 small bolt as shown. Attach bottom of toddler rail
panels to end panels with 2 small connecting bolts, 2 lock washers and 2 brackets. At this point, fully tighen all fasteners
in toddler bed.
Carefully positon toddler bed assembly upright as shown. Using an Allen wrench, set mattress support panel to
lowest setting for conversion to toddler bed. Only loosely secure using 4 large bolts. Attach the support bracket on
the left end panel to the position as illustrated, and fully tighten small bolt to secure. Remove the small bolt and
support bracket from the right end panel and set aside for storage.

NOTE: Check to make
sure bottom panel sits
above the cleat of the
toddler rail panel

Insert 4 wood dowels into bottom of toddler bed assembly as shown, and fit into corresponding holes of base frame.
Secure base frame to toddler bed assembly with 4 large connecting bolts and 4 lock washers as shown, using an Allen
wrench. Carefully, position toddler bed upright. Set aside any remaining hardware and store for conversion back to crib.
Assembly is now complete.
NOTE: Please remove plastic
wrapping from toddler rail slats
prior to using toddler bed
