Begin by building the configuration 1 block high. To
establish the configuration footprint.
Align the holes in blocks and connect with 2, 80mm
bolts and 2, 17mm nuts.
Fasten the bolt and nut together but do not
over tighten because you will want to align
and firmly tighten upon final setup.
In the bottom row of blocks install the levelers. Use
the 6mm Allen Key Driver Bit to install the threaded
insert into the bottom holes of the block.
It is important that the threaded insert is
installed as close to perpendicular as possible.
Thread the leveler into the insert. Then thread a
17mm nut onto the top of the leveler.
Connect the Corner Posts to a wall section using the
60mm bolts and the threaded inserts in the post.
Using a box level to check level, adjust the levelers
on the configuration so they are all touching the
floor.
Install the rest of the blocks using the 80mm bolts
and 17mm nuts until the configuration is built.

Install the 96” End Caps using the 60mm bolts.
Using a ladder and an assistant, install the End Caps
and Horizontal Beam Spanners on the top of the unit
using the 60mm bolts.
The Horizontal Beam Spanners will only have
two connection holes at each end.
Once everything is attached, go back and align
components. This may require loosening bolts and
nuts to align. Once adjusted to satisfaction, tighten
hardware to a secure fit.
Your configuration is complete.
If adding Acoustical or Tackable Panels, Acrylic
Inserts, Dry Erase Boards, or TV Mounts, see
individual instructions for installation.
Wall / Floor Anchoring:
Additional support is required for configurations that
are not free standing. Anchoring to the floor, wall,
ceiling, and other furniture will require additional
tools and hardware, not provided by Indiana
Furniture. The installer is responsible for sourcing
hardware and for the installation of support per
building conditions.
