Retractable Blinds
• Always operate blinds from centre
• If retractable from one side the blind will retract unevenly
• Retractable blinds may be difficult to operate in windy conditions
(you may need to apply pressure to the centre of the mesh to help
the blind up).
Electronic Blinds
• Avoid operation in high winds
• Always supervise electronic blinds when in operation
• Motorised blinds will not operate in a power outrage (there is no
manual overide)
• Do not try and alter pre set selections on remote
• Use selection button to select which blind to operate (If help is
required, contact your installer)
Maintenance
• As blinds have been rolled up for transport, they will need to be left
down for 48 hours to allow material to settle (unless high winds are
predicted)
• Blinds must be fully retracted into pelmet in severe weather
(not doing so will void warranty)
• Use silicone lubricant to lubricate track if you find sticky or as
required (never use oil based lubricants)
• Use soapy water and a hose to clean blinds
• Do not use chemicals on or near blinds
• Keep blinds clean for best life
