Using the Wave Roller™
1. To turn on the Wave Roller, rmly press and hold the
power button for 1-2 seconds.
2. Wave Roller will start on the lowest of ve settings.
To increase speed, short press the plus button until
desired speed is active.
3. Place the device under the treatment area gradually
applying light to moderate pressure as needed.
4. To turn o the Wave Roller, rmly press and hold the
power button until the device turns o.
Your Wave Roller is smart device enabled with
Bluetooth connectivity, designed to pair seamlessly
with the Theragun app. When you download the app,
you’ll be guided through a step-by-step setup and
shown how to pair your device.

Charging the Wave Roller™
1. After turning o the device, plug the
power adapter into the charging port.
2. The LED light on the power button will
flash until fully charged.
3. Charging is complete when the LED light
on the power button is solid green.
4. Battery level is continuously displayed on
the LED light of the power button when
the device is on. To view battery level
when the device is o, briefly press the
power button and the LED battery light
will flash to indicate the battery level.

Verwenden des Wave Roller™
1. Schalten Sie den Wave Roller durch festes Drücken des
Einschaltknopfs für 1–2 Sekunden ein.
2. Der Wave Roller startet mit der niedrigsten der fünf Einstellungen.
Um die Geschwindigkeit zu erhöhen, drücken Sie kurz den Plus-
Knopf, bis die gewünschte Geschwindigkeit aktiviert ist.
3. Positionieren Sie das Gerät unter den Behandlungsbereich und
wenden Sie je nach Bedarf stufenweise leichten bis mittleren
Druck an.
4. Um den Wave Roller auszuschalten, halten Sie den Einschaltknopf
solange fest gedrückt, bis sich das Gerät ausschaltet.
Ihr Wave Roller ist ein smartes Gerät, das sich über
Bluetooth mit der Theragun-App verbinden lässt.
Laden Sie die App herunter und richten Sie sie Schritt
für Schritt ein. Anschließend verbinden Sie Ihr Gerät.

1. Nachdem Sie das Gerät ausgeschaltet

1. Pour allumer le Wave Roller, appuyer fermement sur le
bouton marche pendant 1à2 secondes.
2. Au démarrage, le Wave Roller propose toujours la vitesse
la plus basse des cinq. Pour augmenter la vitesse, appuyer
brièvement sur le bouton «+» jusqu’à l’activation de la
vitesse souhaitée.
3. Placer l’appareil sous la zone à traiter en appliquant de
façon progressive une pression de légère à modérée, selon
les besoins.
4. Pour arrêter le Wave Roller, appuyer fermement sur le
bouton marche pendant plusieurs secondes jusqu’à ce que
l’appareil s’éteigne.
Votre Wave Roller est un appareil intelligent
avec connectivité Bluetooth qui est conçu
pour fonctionner de manière synchronisé avec
l’application mobile Theragun. Une fois l’application
téléchargée, vous pourrez procéder à l’installation
guidée étape par étape, ce qui vous permettra de
synchroniser votre appareil.

Charger le Wave Roller™
1. Une fois le dispositif éteint, brancher
l’adaptateur à la station de recharge.
2. Le voyant LED sur le bouton marche
clignotera jusqu’au chargement complet
de la batterie.
3. La batterie est complètement chargée

marche est vert et ne clignote plus.
4. Le niveau de la batterie est indiqué
en permanence sur le voyant LED du
bouton marche lorsque le appareil est
allumé. Pour voir le niveau de la batterie

brièvement sur le bouton marche, puis le
voyant LED clignotera tout en indiquant
le niveau de la batterie.

Uso di Wave Roller™

Utilización del Wave Roller™

Gebruiksaanwijzing Wave Roller™
1. Om de Wave Roller aan te zetten, houd de aan-uitknop 1-2

De Wave Roller™opladen
1. Nadat u het apparaat heeft
