condition to use.
●Check for any wear and tear and if any damage is present do not use the item.
●Do not attempt to repair any damage to the Home Exercise Pilates Ring.
●Before use it is advised to always do a short warm up such as a short jog, stretches or
complete a light set of exercises.
●The Home Exercise Pilates Ring is designed as an exercise aid and must always be used
with the correct technique.
●Always check with your doctor before starting any exercise program.
●Do not try to compress the Home Exercise Pilates Ring with your head or neck.
●Do not use the Home Exercise Pilates Ring or the exercises shown as a replacement
for any exercise, treatment, dietry regime or rehabiliation which has specically been
prescribed by a doctor.
●If you have an discomfort or unusual pain whist using the Home Exercise Pilates Ring or
when following the exercises provided please stop immediately.

2.1 Diagonal Ring - Low
1. Stand with your feet on the oor shoulder width apart.
2. Hold the Home Exercise Pilates Ring at chest height in front of you with your palms at
against the handles and facing each other.
3. Hold your head high with your chin parallel to the oor and facing forward.
4. Lower your arms diagonal down below the shoulder, keeping your arms straight.
5. Pulse the Home Exercise Pilates Ring 8–10 times then release.
6. Repeat for 2-3 Sets.
2.2 Diagonal Ring - Middle
1. Stand with your feet on the oor shoulder width apart.
2. Hold the Home Exercise Pilates Ring at chest height in front of you with your palms at
against the handles and facing each other.
3. Hold your head high with your chin parallel to the oor and facing forward.
4. Pulse the Home Exercise Pilates Ring 8–10 times then release.
5. Repeat for 2-3 Sets.
2.3 Diagonal Ring - High
1. Stand with your feet on the oor shoulder width apart.
2. Hold the Home Exercise Pilates Ring at chest height in front of you with your palms at
against the handles and facing each other.
3. Hold your head high with your chin parallel to the oor and facing forward.
4. Raise your arms diagonal up above the shoulder, keeping your arms straight. You should
still be able to see the pilates ring and your biceps should be infront of your face not by
your ears.
5. Pulse the Home Exercise Pilates Ring 8–10 times then release.
6. Repeat for 2-3 Sets.

2.4 Halo Ring
1. Stand with your feet on the oor shoulder width apart.
2. Hold the Home Exercise Pilates Ring above your head with it parallel to the ceiling.
3. Hold your head high with your chin parallel to the oor and facing forward.
4. Bend your elbows to lower the Home Exercise Pilates Ring until it is just above your head
(like a halo)
5. Pulse the Home Exercise Pilates Ring 8–10 times then release.
6. Repeat for 2-3 Sets.
2.5 Bicep Exercise
1. Stand with your feet on the oor shoulder width apart.
2. Place one side of the Home Exercise Pilates Ring on your shoulder just next to the joint.
3. Make sure the pilates ring is vertical and place your palm at on top of the ring.
4. Pulse the Home Exercise Pilates Ring 8–10 times then release.
5. Repeat for 2-3 Sets on each arm.
