The maturing or decantation process take place
after the extraction step.
This process allows the impurities in the honey
(pollen grains, etc.) to rise to the surface. To do this, it
is necessary to store the honey in a maturing
machine.
The transparent maturer also makes it possible to
display the honey, in particular during demos.
It can be supplied with lighting or heated base.
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
CAUTION : Before connecting the appliance to the power supply, make sure that the electrical
installation complies with current standards (protection by earth leakage circuit breaker, earth wire,
etc.).
Check the supply voltage.
Before using the unit for the first time, clean the unit to remove any residual chips or filings.
The transparent maturing tank displays the honey while allowing them to settle.
It can be supplied with a base lighting, allowing to emphasize the honey while keeping the bottom of
the tank at temperature.
The device can also be equipped with a heating bottom to maintain the honey in a liquid state.
The maturer is equipped with a 40/49 outlet fitted with a "Perfection" tap.
Do not the device heat for a long time without surveillance (for example over night).
