The maturing or decantation process take place
after the extraction step.
This process allows the impurities in the honey
(pollen grains, etc.) to rise to the surface. To do this, it
is necessary to store the honey in a maturing
machine.
The transparent maturer also makes it possible to
display the honey, in particular during demos.
It can be supplied with lighting or heated base.
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
CAUTION : Before connecting the appliance to the power supply, make sure that the electrical
installation complies with current standards (protection by earth leakage circuit breaker, earth wire,
etc.).
Check the supply voltage.
Before using the unit for the first time, clean the unit to remove any residual chips or filings.
The transparent maturing tank displays the honey while allowing them to settle.
It can be supplied with a base lighting, allowing to emphasize the honey while keeping the bottom of
the tank at temperature.
The device can also be equipped with a heating bottom to maintain the honey in a liquid state.
The maturer is equipped with a 40/49 outlet fitted with a "Perfection" tap.
Do not the device heat for a long time without surveillance (for example over night).

OPERATING PRINCIPLE

Open the lid of the maturing tank and pour the honey into it.
Close the lid.
To collect the honey, place a container under the outlet and open the "Perfection" tap.
Ref. 1138 : transparent maturing tank with base lighting
Connect to the power supply.
Open the lid of the maturing tank and pour the honey into the tank.
Close the lid.
Set the ON/OFF switch (1) to ON to turn on the 20 W bulb (2).
To turn it off, set the switch to OFF.
To collect the honey, place a container under the outlet and open the "Perfection" tap.

WARNING:
This unit is equipped with an energy dosing device. It is not a thermostat, the values serve as a
reference and do not indicate the temperature (the maximum level of use is 2).
Connect to the power supply.
Open the lid of the maturing tank and pour the honey into it.
Close the lid.
Set the energy meter to position 2 maximum.
The heat signal lights up to indicate when heating.
To collect the honey, place a container under the outlet and open the "Perfection" tap.

MAINTENANCE
CAUTION : Disconnect the machine from the power supply before servicing.
Protect electrical appliances when cleaning.
Clean with hot water.
The maturing tank is a seasonal equipment but must operate regularly throughout the
year (at least a few seconds per month when empty).
Store preferably in a dry room.
Replacing the bulb (Ref. 1138) :
Turn the appliance upside down.
Remove the metal circlip used to hold the bulb and then remove the bulb.
Install a new bulb.
Replace the circlip on the new bulb.
"Perfection" tap adjustment:
The "Perfection" tap has a hexagonal screw for precise adjustment. This screw is used
to adjust the pressure exerted by the seal on the honey outlet. The higher the pressure,
the less chance of leakage, but the harder the valve will be to handle. It is up to the
customer to determine the right balance.
