previously skinned crystallized honey, the
mixing of liquid honeys and the production of
creamy honey by seeding and directed
crystallization.
Thanks to its electric heating system, the device
liquefies the honey to facilitate mixing.
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
CAUTION : Before connecting the appliance to the power supply, make sure that the electrical
installation complies with current standards (protection by earth leakage circuit breaker, earth
wire, etc.).
Check the supply voltage.
Before using the unit for the first time, clean it to remove any residual chips or filings.
Use edible oil to fill the oil bath (not included, to be ordered separately). Never use water: risk of
damage to the immersed heaters (1).

OPERATING PRINCIPLE
Entirely made of stainless steel, the double tank mixer consists of an Archimedes' screw (2) which
stirs the honey in an ascending or descending direction and ensures a remelting and a homogeneous
mixing of the product in a minimum of time.
The heating of the apparatus is ensured by an immersed heater (1) controlled by an electronic
temperature regulator (3).
The appliance is equipped with a safety contact, located under the crossbar, to stop the rotation of
the screw when the stainless steel lid (4) is opened.
The mixer also has a flat sloped base allowing the honey to flow completely through an outlet 40/49
located at the bottom of the appliance.
