5. Startup and Operation
Screw the antenna rodonto the antenna base.
Note
Please note that the number and quality of stations
received may vary depending on the position of the
antenna and local conditions.
5.1 Powering the antenna with the bandpass lter
and the power supply (g. 1)
•Connect the bandpass lter to the antenna input of the
set-top box or digital TV.
•Connect the coaxial cable from the antenna to the
bandpass lter (‘ANT’ connection).
•Connect it to the DC input of power inserter; and plug
the AC end to an AC Outlet. (Please note that use only
supplied power adaptor.)
•Switch on the TV (and the set-top box, if present).
•Check the reception quality.Ifthe reception quality is not
good, adjust the position or angle of the antenna.
•Switch the antenna off using the on/off switch on the
power cable if it is not in use.

5.2 Powering the antenna directly with the digital
TV (g. 2)
•Connect the coaxial cable from the antenna directly to
the TV or set-top box.
•Ensurethat the power supply of the set-top box or digital
TV is switched on
•Check the reception quality.Ifthe reception quality is not
good, adjust the position or angle of the antenna.
Note
Powering the antenna directly from the set-top box or
digital TV requires asupply voltage of 5V.

Only clean this product with aslightly damp, lint-free cloth
and do not use aggressive cleaning agents.

5. Mise en service et fonctionnement
Vissez la tige d’antenne sur son socle.
Remarque
Veuillez noter que le nombred‘émetteurs reçus et leur
qualité de réception sont susceptibles de dépendredela
position de l‘antenne et de la conguration des lieux.
5.1 Alimentation électrique de l’antenne via le boî-
tier d’alimentation et le bloc secteur (g. 1)
•Branchez le boîtier d’alimentation àl’entréed’antenne du
décodeur (“set top box” ou du téléviseur numérique).
•Branchez le câble coaxial d‘antenne au boîtier d’alimen-
tation (port “ANT”).
•Insérez la che dans l‘entrée CC de l‘injecteur d‘alimen-
tation ;insérez la che CA dans une prise de courant CA
(utilisez exclusivement l’adaptateur secteur fourni avec
l’antenne).
•Allumez le téléviseur (ou le décodeur et le téléviseur).
•Vériez la qualité de réception. Si la qualité de réception
n’est pas bonne, changez la position de l’antenne ou
placez l’antenne sous un autreangle.
•Mettez l‘antenne hors tension àl‘aide de l‘interrupteur du
cordon d‘alimentation lorsque vous ne l‘utilisez pas.

5.2 Alimentation électrique directe de l’antenne via
le téléviseur numérique (g. 2)
•Branchez directement le câble coaxial de l‘antenne au
téléviseur ou “set top box”.
•Assurez-vous que l’alimentation électrique du décodeur
(“set top box” ou du téléviseur numérique) est bien
activée.
•Vériez la qualité de réception. Si la qualité de réception
n’est pas bonne, changez la position de l’antenne ou
placez l’antenne sous un autreangle.
Remarque
Une tension d’alimentation de 5Vest nécessairepour
alimenter l’antenne directement via le décodeur (set top
box) ou le téléviseur numérique.
6. Soins et entretien
Nettoyez la balance uniquement àl’aide d’un chiffon non
breux légèrement humide ;évitez tout détergent agressif.

5. Inbetriebnahme und Betrieb
Schrauben Sie den Antennenstab auf den Antennensockel.
Hinweis
Bitte beachten Sie dass die Anzahl und Qualität der
empfangenen Sender von der Position der Antenne und
örtlichen Gegebenheiten abhängen kann.
5.1 Stromversorgung der Antenne über die Einspeis-
weiche und Netzteil (Pic. 1)
•Schließen Sie die Einspeisweiche an den Antennenein-
gang der Set-Top-Box (oder des Digitalfernsehers) an.
•Verbinden Sie das an der Antenne angeschlossene Koaxi-
alkabel mit der Einspeisweiche (Anschluss „ANT“)
•Schließen Sie das Netzteil an den DC-Eingang der Einspei-
seweiche an, und stecken Sie das Netzteil in eine Steckdo-
se. (Bitte verwenden Sie nur das mitgelieferte Netzteil.)
•Schalten Sie den Fernseher ein (oder Set-Top-Box und
Fernseher)
•Prüfen Sie die Empfangsqualität. Wenn Sie keine gute
Empfangsqualität bekommen, ändern Sie die Position
der Antenne oder platzieren Sie die Antenne in einem
anderen Winkel.

•Schalten Sie die Antenne über den Ein-/Ausschalter am
Netzkabel aus, wenn diese nicht benötigt wird.
5.2 Direkte Stromversorgung der Antenne über den
Digitalfernseher (Pic. 2)
•Verbinden Sie das an der Antenne angeschlossene
Koaxialkabel direkt mit dem Fernseher oder Set-Top-Box.
•Stellen Sie sicher,dass die Stromversorgung der Set-Top-
Box (oder dem Digitalfernseher) eingeschaltet ist.
•Prüfen Sie die Empfangsqualität. Wenn Sie keine gute
Empfangsqualität bekommen, ändern Sie die Position
der Antenne oder platzieren Sie die Antenne in einem
anderen Winkel.
Hinweis
Für die direkte Stromversorgung der Antenne über
die Set-Top-Box bzw.des Digitalfernsehers wirdeine
Speisespannung von 5V benötigt.
6. Wartung und Pege
Reinigen Sie dieses Produkt nur mit einem fusselfreien,
leicht feuchten Tuch und verwenden Sie keine aggressiven
Reiniger.

5. Puesta en marcha yfuncionamiento
Atornille la varilla de la antena al zócalo de la antena.
Nota
Recuerde que el númeroylacalidad de las emisoras
recibidas puede depender de la posición de la antena y
de las condiciones locales.
5.1 Alimentación de corriente de la antena mediante
el conmutador de alimentación ylafuente de
alimentación (g. 1)
•Conecte el conmutador de alimentación alaentrada de
antena de la Set-Top-Box (o del televisor digital).
•Conecte el cable coaxial conectado alaantena con el
conmutador de alimentación (conexión «ANT»)
•Conéctelo en la entrada DC del conector de encendido y
enchufe el extremo AC aunsalida AC.(Recuerde que sólo
se debe utilizar el adaptador de encendido suministrado)
•Encienda el televisor (o la combinación del Set-Top-Box y
el televisor)
•Compruebe la calidad de la recepción. Si no recibe buena
calidad, modique la posición de la antena ocoloque la
antena en otroángulo.
•Cuando no vaya autilizar la antena, desconéctela
mediante el interruptor on/off del cable de corriente.

5.2 Alimentación de corriente de la antena directa-
mente mediante el televisor digital (g. 2)
•Conecte el cable coaxial conectado alaantena directa-
mente con el televisor oSet-Top-Box.
•Asegúrese de que la alimentación de corriente de la Set-
Top-Box (o del televisor digital) está conecta.
•Compruebe la calidad de la recepción. Si no recibe bue-
na calidad, modique la posición de la antena ocoloque
la antena en otroángulo.
Nota
Para la alimentación de corriente de la antena
directamente mediante la Set-Top-Box oeltelevisor
digital se requiereuna tensión de alimentación de 5V.
6. Mantenimiento ycuidado
Limpie este producto sólo con un paño ligeramente

5.1 Spanningsvoorziening van de antenne via de

•Sluit de voedingsverdeler aan op de antenne-ingang van
de set-top-box (of van het digitale televisietoestel).
•Verbind de coax-kabel die op de antenne is aangesloten
met de voedingsverdeler (aansluitpunt „ANT“)
•Sluit deze aan op de DC-ingang van de power-inserter en
sluit het AC-einde op een AC-uitgang aan. (Attentie:
uitsluitend de meegeleverde voedingsadapter gebruiken.)
•Schakel het televisietoestel in (of set-top-box en televi-
sietoestel)
•Controleer de ontvangstkwaliteit. Indien ugeen goede
ontvangstkwaliteit heeft, dan wzigt udeplaats van de
antenne of plaatst de antenne in een anderehoek.
•Schakel de antenne, als hniet wordt gebruikt, via de
aan-/uit-schakelaar op de voedingskabel uit.

5.2 Directe spanningsvoorziening van de antenne
via het digitale televisietoestel (afb. 2)
•Verbind de coax-kabel die op de antenne is aangesloten
direct met het televisietoestel of set-top-box.
•Let erop dat de spanningsvoorziening van de set-top-box
(of het digitale televisietoestel) is ingeschakeld.
•Controleer de ontvangstkwaliteit. Indien ugeen goede
ontvangstkwaliteit heeft, dan wzigt udeplaats van de
antenne of plaatst de antenne in een anderehoek.
Aanwijzing
Voor de directe spanningsvoorziening van de antenne via
