GeneraL WarninG
These instructions contain many WARNINGS. Read and
understand all of the WARNINGS. Failure to assemble and
use this accessory correctly may lead to serious personal
injury or death to your passenger.
• ThisCarSeatAdapterisdesignedtotaChariot
Chinook child carrier.
• FortheCarSeatAdaptertobeproperlysecuredall
four quick release clips must be fully closed and the
seat strap must be buckled over the car seat. Failure
to fully close the clips and buckle the seat strap
could result in the Car Seat or the Car Seat Adapter
separating from the carrier.

for use on a DouBLe carrier
A. With a #3 Phillips screw driver remove the screws from
the front support clips. (See Image 1)
B. Place the front support clips on the spacers and place
the spacers on the car seat adapter. (See Image 2)
C. Attach the spacers and front support clips to the Car
Seat Adapter with two screws using #3 Phillips screw
driver. (See Image 3)
D. Repeat this for both front support clips.

A. Engage the parking brake on the child carrier.
B. Open all of the clips on the Car Seat Adapter.
(See Image 1)
C. Hook both of the accessory clips onto the Accessory
Cross Bar and swing the Car Seat Adapter down and
forward until the front support clips come to rest on
the upper frame. (See Image 2)
D. Close all of the clips on the Car Seat Adapter.
(See Image 3)
E. Verify that the Car Seat Adapter is securely attached to
the carrier by giving it a sharp pull away from the carrier.
F. Unfold the Car Seat Adapter. (See Image 3)
G. To remove the Car Seat Adapter, open all four clips
and lift the adapter off of the carrier.
H. To fold the carrier with the Car Seat Adapter on it,
fold the Car Seat Adapter, buckle the seat strap and
then fold the carrier. (See Image 4)
WARNING
Always verify that the Car Seat Adapter is
securely attached to the carrier, especially
after transporting the carrier in a vehicle
and folding it.

A. Engage the parking brake on the carrier. Insert the
car seat (See Image 1) with the occupant facing
toward the handlebar. The car seat should be angled
according to the car seat manufacturer’s instructions.
B. Buckle the seat strap over the car seat and pull the
strap tight. (See Image 2)
C. Verify that the car seat is securely attached to the
carrier by gently lifting up on the car seat handle.
D. To remove the car seat from the carrier, apply the
parking brake, unbuckle the seat strap, and lift the
car seat up out of the car seat adapter.
WARNING
If the car seat cannot sit at the right angle, the
car seat does not t the adapter and cannot
be used with the Car Seat Adapter.
WARNING
Your child should always be facing you when
using the Car Seat Adapter. Never place a
car seat in the Car Seat Adapter with the child
facing forwards on the carrier.
Never leave the carrier unattended when a
child is in a car seat attached to the carrier
When using the Car Seat Adapter always
secure the child in the car seat with the car
seats manufacturer’s seatbelt.

Ne laissez jamais la remorque sans
surveillance lorsqu'un enfant se trouve dans
un siège auto attaché à la remorque.
Lors de l'utilisation de l'adaptateur pour siège
auto, attachez toujours votre enfant au siège à
l'aide de la ceinture du fabricant des sièges auto.

und ist somit nicht dafür geeignet.
WARN UNG
Bei Verwendung des Auto-Kindersitz-
Adapters muss das Kind immer in Ihre
Richtung schauen. Befestigen Sie den
Auto-Kindersitz auf keinen Fall so am
Auto-Kindersitz-Adapter, dass das Kind im
Kindertransporter nach vorn schaut.
Lassen Sie den Kindertransporter niemals
unbeaufsichtigt, wenn ein Kind in dem am
Transporter befestigten Auto-Kindersitz sitzt.
Schnallen Sie das Kind im Auto-Kindersitz
stets mit dem Sicherheitsgurt des Auto-
Kindersitzherstellers an, wenn Sie den
Auto-Kindersitz-Adapter verwenden.
