Normas de Seguridad
Debe cumplir las siguientes normas de seguridad cuando utilice este dispositivo eléctrico:
1. Lea completamente el manual antes de usar el aparato.
2. No tocar las supercies calientes. Use guantes o aislantes de calor.
3. No introduzca en agua u otros líquidos ninguna parte del aparato. No seguir esta indicación puede provocar
un cortocircuito.
4 . Este aparato ha sido diseñado para usar exclusivamente por personas adultas en plena disposición de sus
facultades. Mantenga alejado el aparato del alcance de los niños.
5. Desenchufe el aparato cuando no lo este usando y cuando vaya a limpiarlo. Espere a que se enfríe antes de
tocar o extraer cualquiera de sus componentes.
6. Nunca utilice el aparato si tiene el cable dañado, si ha sufrido una avería o aprecia cualquier daño en el. Acuda
al servicio técnico más cercano para reparar el aparato antes de volver a utilizarlo.
7. Utilizar accesorios no ociales o no recomendados por el fabricante puede producir daños en el aparato y
graves lesiones en el usuario.
8. Este aparato esta diseñado exclusivamente para uso domestico dentro del hogar.
9. No deje el cable sobre supercies calientes o cerca de objetos alados.
10. No use el aparato cerca de aparatos con gas, hornos o similares.
11. Ensamble completamente el aparato antes de conectar el cable a la corriente. Para desconectar, gire el
interruptor a la posición OFF y después retire el cable del enchufe.
12. No exceda la capacidad de la jarra con alimentos ni inserte objetos metálicos en su interior. No seguir esta
indicación puede causar fuego o cortocircuitos.
13. No cubra el aparato ni lo deje cerca de material inamable, por ejemplo telas o cortinas, mientras este
funcionando. Podría causar un incendio.
14. No limpie el aparato con utensilios o estropajos metálicos. Podrían causar cortocircuitos al tocar los
componentes eléctricos del aparato.
15. Se debe tener mucho cuidado cuando se utilicen recipientes de materiales que no sean metal o vidrio.
16. No deposite dentro del aparato materiales de tipo plástico, papel o similares.

Antes de usar
• Limpie todos los componentes del aparato antes de usarlo por primera vez.
• Extraiga el cable de corriente de la base del aparato y conéctelo a la corriente.
Ensamblar la Jarra
1. Colocar la junta de sellado (4) sobre la pieza de la cuchilla (5).
2. Colocar la cuchilla con la junta de sellado en la base de la jarra (6).
3. Insertar la pieza ensamblada en la base de la jarra y apretar.
4. Asegure el montaje la jarra (3) en la base del aparato girando hasta quedar encajada.
5. Colocar el vaso medidor (1) en la tapa (2).
6. Asegurar la tapa en la jarra presionando hacia abajo.

Colocación de la Jarra
1. Comprobar que la batidora este apagada (Interruptor ajustado en posición “0”).
2. Colocar la jarra ensamblada (9) en la base de motor (7) y presione hasta quedar asegurada.
Modo de Empleo
1. Colocar los alimentos a procesar en la jarra.
2. Colocar la tapa en la jarra y asegurar el cierre. Colocar el vaso medidor en el oricio de la tapa y girar para
cerrar.
3. Encender el aparato:
Ajuste de velocidad Uso
1 (Lento) para líquidos
2 (Rápido) para alimentos sólidos – para mezclar líquidos y alimentos sólidos
P (Pulsos) para picar hielo, impulsos cortos y fuertes de la cuchilla
(El interruptor no queda jado permanente en la posición “P”. Debe mantener presionado “P” o pulsar
repetidamente para que haga su función).
4. El tiempo máximo de funcionamiento es 1 minuto. Tras cada minuto de funcionamiento debe dejar al menos
3 minutos de descanso al aparato para que se enfríe. Puede repetir este proceso un máximo de 3 veces. Una vez
realice este proceso 3 veces hay que dejar enfriar el aparato hasta que alcance la temperatura ambiente.
Cuando termine de usar el aparato, coloque el interruptor en la posición “0” y retire el enchufe de la corriente.
Para extraer la jarra simplemente tire hacia arriba sujetando la base motor. No hay que girar la jarra para
extraerla.
Recomendaciones
• Para obtener los mejores resultados al triturar ingredientes sólidos, deposite porciones pequeñas una a una
en la jarra en lugar de una gran cantidad de una sola vez.
• Para procesar ingredientes sólidos, cortarlos en trozos pequeños de 2 a 3 cm.
• Cuando vaya a mezclar ingredientes empiece agregando pequeñas cantidades de liquido. Gradualmente vaya
añadiendo más liquido a través de la abertura de la tapa.
• Colocar siempre las manos en la parte superior del aparato cuando este funcionando.
• Extreme las precauciones cuando procese líquidos calientes.
• Cuando procese ingredientes sólidos muy duros o líquidos muy espesos es recomendable emplear el modo
de impulsos del aparato para prevenir que la cuchilla se atasque.
Base Motor
Nunca sumergir la base en agua u otros líquidos. Limpiar empleando solo un paño húmedo.
Limpieza
Vaciar la jarra y rellenar de agua. Colocar la jarra sobre la base motor y activar varias veces el funcionamiento.
Vaciar la jarra y enjuagar hasta eliminar los restos de suciedad.
Limpieza de componentes
Vericar que la jarra este vacía antes de desmontar. Tenga cuidado al manejar la cuchilla. Todas las piezas
desmontables son aptas para lavavajillas.

Important Safeguards
When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed, including the following:
1. Read all instructions before operating.
2. Do not touch hot surfaces. Use handles or knobs.
3. To protect against electrical shock, do not immerse cord, plug or appliance itself in water or other liquids.

mental capabilities , or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction
concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety. Children should be supervised to ensure
that they do not play with the appliance.
5. Unplug from outlet when not in use and before cleaning. Allow to cool before putting on or taking o parts.
6. Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug or aer the appliance malfunctions or has been
damaged in any manner. Return the appliance to the nearest authorized service facility for examination, repair
or adjustment.

11. Always attach plug to appliance rst, then plug cord into wall outlet. To disconnect, turn any control to OFF
position, then remove plug from wall outlet.
12. Oversized foods or metal utensils must not be inserted in the appliance as they may cause a re or risk of
electrical shock.
13. A re may occur if the appliance is covered or touching ammable material including curtains, draperies,
walls and the like when in operation.
14. Do not clean with metal scouring pads. Pieces can break o the pad and touch electrical parts, involving a
risk of electrical shock.
15. Extreme caution should be exercised when using containers constructed of other material other than metal
or glass.
16. Do not store any materials other than manufacturers recommended accessories in this unit when not in use.
17. Do not place any of the following materials inside the unit: Paper, cardboard, plastic and the like.

THIS PRODUCT IS FOR HOUSEHOLD USE ONLY!
Before rst use
• All parts of the blender are to be thoroughly cleaned before being used for the rst time. (see Section:
Cleaning).
• Take out the required length of cable from the cable tidy on the base of the blender and connect the device to
the mains supply.
Assembling the Glass Jar
1. Put the rubber sealing ring (4) on the inner edge of the blade unit (5).
2. Put the blade unit with sealing ring into the cup base (6).
3. Insert the assembled Cup Base onto the bottom of the glass jar and secure tightly.
4. Mount the glass cup (3) onto the cup base unit and tune the cup base unit, and turn clockwise until glass jar
locks into place.
5. Mount the Measure Cup (1) onto the Lid (2).
6. Secure the Lid onto Glass Jar and press down.

Inserting the Glass Jar
1. Make sure that the blender is switched o (Switch in the ‘0’ setting).
2. Place the jar assembly (9) on to the motor base (7) and press down until securely engaged.
How to Use
1. Place the foodstu you wish to process into the glass jar.
2. Put the lid on the glass jar and close securely. Place the measuring cap into the hole in the lid and turn
clockwise to lock.
3. Switch on the motor base:
Speed setting Use
1 (Low) for light usage with liquids
2 (High) for more solid consistency – for mixing liquids and solid foodstus
P (Pulse setting) for ice crushing & short, powerful impulse movements
(e switch does not permanently engage in the ‘P’ setting. You have to hold the switch in the ‘P’ setting or turn
it repeatedly into the ‘P’ setting)
4. NB: e blender should not run for longer than 1 minute. Aer each minute’s use, the blender should be
allowed to cool for at least 3 minutes. is can be repeated 3 times before further use, the unit must be le to
cool to room temperature.
Aer using the blender, always move the switch into the ‘0’ setting and pull out the mains plug.
To remove the glass jar simply li it o the motor base. You do not have to rotate the glass jar to remove it.
Useful tips
• To achieve the best results when pureeing solid ingredients, place small portions into the glass jar one by one
instead of placing a large quantity all at once.
• If you are processing solid ingredients, cut them into small pieces (2-3cm) rst.
• When mixing solid ingredients start o rst with a small amount of liquid. Gradually add more and more
liquid through the opening in the lid.
• Always place your hand on top of the blender when you are operating the device.
• Be careful when processing hot liquids.
• For stirring solid or very thick liquid ingredients we recommend that you use the blender in impulse mode
to prevent the blades from becoming stuck.
Motor Base
Never immerse the motor base in water. Wipe it only with a moist cloth.
Simple cleaning/ rinsing out the assembled glass jar
Empty the glass jar and ll it with water. Place the glass jar on the motor base and turn the switch several times
into the ‘M’ setting. Empty the glass jar and rinse until clean.

Ensure that the glass jar is completely empty before you unscrew the retaining ring. Be careful when handling
the cutting blade. All removable parts are suitable for the dishwasher.
