DESCRIPCIÓN DE COMPONENTES.
1. ASA / ACCIONADOR.
- Inicialmente está bloqueada abajo. Para desbloquear presionar, girar y soltar despacio.
- Empujando al accionador hasta bajo, corta los alimentos.
2. SALVA-DEDOS / EMPUJADOR.
- Empujar a los alimentos con este accesorio para evitar accidentes en los dedos o la mano.
3. BOTÓN DE BLOQUEO.
- Subir hacia arriba para colocar el embudo alimentador y después bajarlo para bloquear.
4. EMBUDO ALIMENTADOR.
- Poner la comida a cortar dentro del embudo.
- Consejo: Los alimentos grandes cortarlos de forma que quepan en el embudo alimentador.
5. PIE.
- Pie plegable con ventosas de seguridad anti-deslizamiento.
- Abrir completamente antes de usar el aparato para que sea estable.
6. BOTÓN DE CUCHILLO Nº.1.
- Empujar hacia delante o atrás para ajustar el cuchillo 1 más arriba o más abajo.
7. BOTÓN DE CUCHILLO Nº.2.
- Empujar hacia delante o atrás para ajustar el cuchillo 2 más arriba o más abajo.
8. REGULADOR DE GROSOR.
- Girar para seleccionar el grosor del corte entre 0.5mm y 8mm.
9. CAJÓN DEPÓSITO.
- Recipiente donde se van depositando los alimentos cortados.
10. LIMITADOR.
- Tope de bajada del accionador.

TIPOS DE CORTE.
EN LONCHAS PATATAS FRITAS EN JULIANA EN DADOS
1. Para el corte tipo lonchas,
- Poner la comida a cortar dentro del embudo(4).
- Ajustar el grosor(8).
- Hacer presión a la comida empujando con el salvadedos(2).
- Con la otra mano, presionar el accionador(1) hasta bajo.
2. Para el corte tipo patatas fritas los pasos son los mismos
que para el corte anterior pero además de ajustar el grosor(6),
también debe ajustar el cuchillo 1 con el botón(6).
3. Para el corte tipo juliana los pasos son los mismo que para corte en lonchas,
pero además debe ajustar el cuchillo 1 con el botón 6,
y el cuchillo 2 con el botón 7.
4. Para el corte tipo dados, - primero cortar el alimento en rebanadas.
- Después llenar el embudo(4) con las rebanadas cortadas.
- Ajustar el grosor(8).
- Ajustar el botón(6) hasta el final. Para dados más pequeños ajustar botones 6 y 7.
- Hacer presión empujando el alimento con el salvadedos(2).
- Con la otra mano, presionar el accionador(1) hasta bajo.
MOLER AJOS.
- Mantener presionado el accionador(1) y girarlo para quitarlo y moler ajos.
- Poner el aparato en horizontal para trabajar por la zona del prensa-ajos.
- Poner un recipiente debajo del prensa-ajos.
- Machacar el ajo con el accionador(1) haciendo movimientos por la zona presa-ajos.

CAMBIAR CUCHILLA DE CORTE.
ESPECIFICACIONES.
- Plegable.
- Base antideslizante.
- Cuchillas de acero inoxidable.
- 4 tipos de corte + triturador de ajos.
- Grosor ajustable desde 0.5mm hasta 8mm.
- Incluye cepillo de limpieza para cuchillas.
- Presionar el accionador(1) hasta bajo y girar para bloquearlo.
- Presionar las 2 pestañas con las manos y empujar hacia delante.
- Sacar la cuchilla.
- Para poner de nuevo la cuchilla, alinear bien en su posición.
- Empujar hacia bajo hasta que quede bien fijada.

COMPONENTS DESCRIPTION.
1. HANDLE / ACTUATOR.
- Initially locked down. To unlock press, turn and release slowly.
- Pushing the actuator all the way down, it cuts the food.
2. FINGER-SAVER / PUSHER.
- Push the food with this accessory to avoid accidents in the fingers or the hand.
3. LOCK BUTTON.
- Climb up to position the feed funnel and then lower it to lock.
4. FEEDER FUNNEL.
- Put the food to be cut inside the funnel.
- Tip: Cut large foods so that they fit into the feed funnel.
5. FOOT.
- Folding foot with anti-slip safety suction cups.
- Fully open before using the appliance to make it stable.
6. KNIFE BUTTON Nº.1.
- Push forward or backward to adjust knife 1 higher or lower.
7. KNIFE BUTTON Nº.2.
- Push forward or backward to adjust knife 2 higher or lower.
8. THICKNESS REGULATOR.
- Rotate to select the thickness of the cut between 0.5mm and 8mm.
9. DEPOSIT DRAWER.
- Container where the cut food is deposited.
10. LIMITER.
- Actuator lowering stop.

TYPES OF CUT.
SLICED FRIES JULIANA DICED
1. For the sliced cut,
- Put the food to be cut inside the funnel(4).
- Adjust the thickness(8).
- Apply pressure to the food by pushing with the finger guard(2).
- With the other hand, press the actuator (1) all the way down.
2. For the fries cut,
the steps are the same than for the previous cut but in addition to adjusting the thickness(6),
you should also adjust the knife 1 with the button (6).
3. For julienne cutting, the steps are the same as for slicing,
but you must also adjust knife 1 with button 6,
and knife 2 with button 7.
4. For the dice cut, - first cut the food into slices.
- Then fill the funnel(4) with the cut slices.
- Adjust the thickness(8).
- Adjust the button (6) to the end. For smaller dice adjust buttons 6 and 7.
- Apply pressure by pushing the food with the finger protector(2).
- With the other hand, press the actuator (1) all the way down.
GRIND GARLIC.
- Hold down the actuator (1) and turn it to remove it and grind garlic.
- Place the device horizontally to work in the garlic press area.
- Put a container under the garlic press.
- Crush the garlic with the actuator (1) making movements through the garlic press area.

CHANGE CUTTING BLADE.
SPECIFICATIONS.
- Foldable.
- Non-slip base.
- Stainless steel blades.
- 4 types of cut + garlic crusher.
- Adjustable thickness from 0.5mm to 8mm.
- Includes cleaning brush for blades.
- Press the actuator (1) all the way down and turn to lock it.
- Press the 2 tabs with your hands and push forward.
- Take out the blade.
- To put the blade back, align it well in its position.
- Push down until it is well fixed.
