Modular Damper System
MDS Dampers are available as Coilover Damper and Struts.
The types of connections range from standard unibal-bearing to pin connections and
through to all different kinds of fork alternatives. In the strut variety, the outer tube is
available with a clamp or a bracket.

MDS 2-Way
Please find below a quick instruction how to use the MDS System:
View of adjuster
(Dis)Assemble Spring Seat
To remove spring seat, remove
snap ring in the lower spring seat
position.
Carefully clamp the top eye without causing damage. Do not clamp the piston shaft!
•1. Turn jam nut counter clockwise to loose.
•2. Remove Top eye from piston shaft.
•3. Remove jam nut from piston shaft. Push rod / tube can be removed too. All
disassempled parts have to be assigned to the damper they belong to.
Disassemble Top Eye
Carefully clamp the top eye without causing damage. Do not clamp the piston shaft!
•1. Turn jam nut clockwise to its end by hand.
•2. Enter hole with push rod.
•3. Turn Top eye clockwise to its end by hand.
•4. Tighten up jam nut with 40Nm.
Assemble Top Eye
