Medication Manager or Model number 80040 for theWeekly Medication Manager.The Medication
Managers are designed to help you take your medications on a timely manner with ease and

INSERTING BATTERIES
To insert batteries, slide open battery door
and insert two (2)AAA size batteries
making sure the negative (-) and
positive (+) terminals are placed correctly.
The product comes with 2 LR44 batteries
(see illustration). To activate, pull and
remove the insulation tab. The LR44
batteries are to hold memory whenAAA’s
are running low or are being replaced.
They are replaceable.
A battery indicator will show on the
display when you need to replace batteries.

SETTING THE CLOCK
Slide pill box to left. Lift the speaker & button cover on the face of the timer and press the
MODE button to choose what function you want to set.
While in theTime mode, press and hold the SET button
for three (3) seconds.
AM 12:00 will flash.
Press HOUR button to increase hour. Once desired time is reached press MIN button to increase minutes. Once
desired time is reached, press SET. The time will stop flashing and is now set.
The month abbreviation will now flash.To set the correct month, press the HOUR button until correct month
shows then press SET.
The day of the month will begin to flash. Press the HOUR until the correct date shows the press SET button.
The year will begin to flash. Press HOUR until the correct year shows then press SET.
Note: If you pass desired time/date/month you will need to keep going forward by hitting the HOUR button
until the correct information is displayed. Press SET and continue.
Note: If you are making any changes to the clock and 30 seconds lapse without any buttons being pushed, it
will return to normal clock mode.

TRAY INSTALLATION
If you have purchased theWeekly Medication Manager
Model #80040, you may want to mount the tray to a
vertical surface such as a wall or cabinet door.The
tray may also be used on a desk or countertop.
The tray comes with 2 screws for the installation.
Determine the desired location and mark where the
top screw will go. Install the top screw but do not
tighten fully. Now mark where the lower screw will
go. Remove the tray and install the lower screw.
Reinstall the tray and tighten the screws.

been taken and ALARM STOP not pressed, the dosage will be considered "Missed".That dosage number will
then be shown with an X (refer to illustration) and the Message "MISSED PILLBOX 1" will display on screen
until it is time for next reminder.
HISTORY
After a minimum of 1 full day of reminders, you will be able to view HISTORY and can see what doses were
missed. One full day is measured by all dosages before 11:59PM.
Press MODE key 7 times. HISTORY will be shown on screen. By pressing SET you will be able to see last 7 days
history one day at a time.You will see all missed and taken dosages during that day.

SETTING THE TIMER
You may now choose up to 4 time settings – one for each pillbox compartment. You will also have the option
to set 2 additional alarms as personal reminders. These may be used to remind you to take a blood pressure
reading, blood glucose test, etc…
Press MODE key.
ALARM OFF will appear (see illustration). This will be the reminder time for pillbox number 1
and the number will be flashing.
Press and hold SET key for three (3) seconds. --:-- 1 will flash. Press HOUR button to set the correct hour, then
press MIN to set the correct minute. Once desired time shows, press the SET button.Time will stop flashing and
ALARM ON will appear.
Press MODE key again to set the alarm time for pillbox number 2. Repeat process above to set alarms 2
through 4.
To change a dosage time, simply select the dosage that needs changed and repeat the above set process.
Note: If only 1, 2 or 3 reminders are needed, the boxes should be set in sequential order. The timer will not
allow you to set 1, 2 and 4 box.You will see ALARM SET ERROR.

When you need to delete a dosage time or make several changes for your dosages, you will need to make
those changes in reverse order of setting, start with box 4, then 3, then 2 and finally 1.You can also just press
the small RESET button on the back of the timer using a small tip pen or paper clip end (see battery changing
illustrations). It will clear all set information and allow you to start over.
2 additional timers
After completing and setting the alarm times for each of the
4 compartments, you will have the option of 2 additional timers.
Press MODE. Display will be what is illustrated at right.
Press and hold SET key for three (3)
seconds. --:-- will flash.
Press HOUR button to set the correct hour, then press MIN to set the correct minutes. Once desired time shows,
press the SET button. "Blood Pressure Alarm On" will scroll across the screen, stopping on Alarm On.
To set BP2, press MIN and repeat steps above to set optional BP2 alarm.
Note:When setting any of the alarms, the minimum time between must be at least 10 minutes. An ALARM
SET ERROR will scroll across the screen if the minimum is not observed. Press and hold SET and repeat the
setting process as listed above.

SETTING ALARM TYPE
There are three (3) alarm types to choose from:
Beeping alarm – Indicated by a bell.
Voice alarm – "TAKE PILLBOX 1" indicated by "Voice" and a bell.
Silent – No alarms heard, only prompted by display.
The alarm type can be changed at any time. Simply slide the button to the far left for the Beeping alarm, Center
position forVoice alarm or move to the far right for the visual or silent mode.
MISSED PILL INDICATOR
Once all the settings are in place you will be reminded when it is time to take your dosage.
You will either hear the voice, beeping or see the visual reminder and the pillbox that you are to take will flash
and have a box around the number. It will also scroll across the display "Take Pillbox 1".
Push the ALARM STOP button next to the display window to indicate that you have taken your medication. If
the ALARM STOP is not pressed, you will be reminded once every minute for 3 minutes. If dosage has still not
