I. NOTICES………………………………■
1. Please read carefully this manual before using.
2. Only special 250V/10A (110V available) three wire power supply to be used, it should be
grounded and don't keep earth line and live line together.
3. Must unplug the power cable when you do not use the machine, clean, install or remove
accessories.
4. Do not use this machine in the rainy or humid environment.
5. It is forbidden to put the machine, power plug or cable in the water or other liquid.
6. The longest burning time must be less than 3 seconds, interval time is 5 seconds.
7. Make sure all parts are set at positions before using.
8. When using, please keep away from the flame projector, do not put the head, arms or the
body near the flame projector.
9. If machine broken, please cut off the power right now, and do not disassemble the machine,
contact with your supplier to repair the machine.
10. Do not use the damaged machine again, in order to avoid the danger.
11. The fuel must be special flame oil, flame oil filling without permission is strictly prohibited.
12. Make sure the flame oil is set at position, non-leakage phenomenon occurs, during the
installation process, open flame is prohibited.
13. Flame oil stacked in explosive hazardous areas is prohibited, no place it directly at high
temperature, high pressure or sun exposure.
14. The machine is a device with an open flame, be sure to pay attention to the use of the venue.
When using it indoors, please note that if there is any flammable and explosive dangerous
goods within 5 meters on the top or around of the machine.
15. Persons are prohibited from approaching within 5 meter around the machine when it working!
Machine must be got the signal first, and then power on.
16. When the environment is too complex, and the dmx cable is long, please add the signal
distributor!
17. If you do not use or finish the rehearsal, you must unload the oil bottles, oil bottles cannot be
placed in the machine overnight!

18. After the machine uses color flame oil, the machine must be re-installed with normal flame oil,
and then make the machine fire several times till there is no color fire out, in order to clean
the residual color oil inside the machine to avoid corrosion of machine parts. (Spraying fire
time more than 8 times).
19. The machine can only spray one color at one time, please remember to install the color flame
oil in order.

V. INSTALLATION INSTRUCTION…………■
●Installation Preparation
◼Open the packing box, counting the accessories accompanied, read the manual
carefully.
◼The fuel must be special flame oil.
◼Please check all parts of the machine are intact before first use.
◼Check the power and socket whether suitable for the standard.
◼Check whether any dangers around the machine.
●Installation
1. The machine needs to be placed to required position, make sure the machine will not be
dumped because of the occurrence of an external force, and burning others when firing.
To avoid ignite other objects when spraying flame.
2. Connect machine to the controller by DMX512 signal cable.
3. Plug the suitable power cable (Please do not turn on the power).

VI. INSTRUCTION…………………………………■
●Operation
1. This is DMX mode, please read the instructions carefully.
2. Firstly, you need adjust the dips (first is 001, second is 005…), open the controller, transport
the DMX signal to machine. Location①: the green light is flashing (after turn on the power).
3. Provide the required power. The power indicator on the machine②is lighting.
4. Test the machine by controller. (CH 1 push to highest, is opening the valve and firing;) When
testing the machine, you can open the Hatch⑧, to check the debug status, but you do not
touch any parts.
5. When on testing, the machine is happening “Da”, that mean solenoid valve worked normally,
at the same time, please check Igniter⑨whether happened EDM. (Do not touch)
6. After testing, and confirm everything is correct, please turn off the power, and turn off the
controller. When installing the flame oil, please set the oil can on the Pallet⑦, press firmly,
then flame oil nozzle hole alignment machine oil joint, then release oil bottles, oil bottles
pallet so that by the power of their own return spring. At the same time, please check
whether there is a leak from oil bottle and oil joint. (When installing the oil bottle, please be
careful not to let the flame oil splashed into the eyes, if splashed into the eyes, immediately
rinse with water and seek medical advice)
7. After installing the oil bottles, open the controller’s power, transport DMX 512 signal, make
the machine not work situation. After this, you can turn on machines’ power. (Do not turn on
machines’ power before transport DMX signal, in order to avoid misuse occurs)
●Disassembly
1. After used, close the switch firstly, cut off the power.
2. Then closed the controller’s power, take off the signal cables.
3. Take apart the flame oil. If you used color flame oil, you need install the normal flame oil to
spray 8-10 times.
VII. MAINTAINS…………………………………■
After finishing using the machine, you cannot pack it immediately. Must wait for the machine to
be cooled down to a normal condition, then clean and pack the machine. Remember no let the
flame oil left inside the machine.

The warranty time is one year since the date of purchase, you may get help and solve way
through our technical support at any time, and we could offer free parts necessary to repair
products.
One of the following conditions not covered under warranty:
1. Because the consumer use, maintenance, transportation, damage caused by improper
storage;
2. Non designated personnel to repair the damage caused by the disassembly of products;
3. Because of damage caused by force majeure. Abnormal voltage, such as fire, earthquake,
tsunami, debris flow;
4. More than the warranty period.
