we take pride in the quality of our trailers and hope your experience with our company meets all
expectaons and standards. If at any me you experience issues, please do not hesitate to contact
your Authorized Dealer for service or warranty department.
This user’s manual contains safety informaon and operators instrucons for your trailer. Make sure
to read this manual along with owner’s manual prior to loading or towing of trailer. Timpte advises
that all safety precauons and instrucons be followed.

Hooking up the tow vehicle
Connect the tow vehicle to the trailer using a 2 5/16”
hitch.
Next, aach the trailer safety chains to the tow vehicle.
Connect the trailers electrical hookup to the tow vehicle.

Aach the break-away safety cable to the tow
vehicle.
Release the jack handle by unhooking safety pin
from jack.
Next, lower your trailer by cranking jack handle.

Once weight is o of the jack, pull lower jack
lever to raise jack plate all the way up. (Keep
ngers out of the way of jack plate).
Next, release safety pin on the safety lever and
place in forward facing posion to allow the
trailer to lower to the ground.

If needed, adjust hydraulic pressure on road
side of the trailer to allow trailer to lower easier.
Once lowered, carefully drive your equipment
onto trailer.

Before loading, push down on rear side of the
trailer to lower the deck to the ground.

Do not tow trailer without verifying the safety lever is in place. Damage may occur to safety
lever during travel.

Aer you have secured your safety lever, you
have succesfully loaded your equipment.
Once equipment is loaded, place the safety
lever back into it’s original poson and put
safety pin back in to remain locked.
Drive equipment slightly passed the front axles
to have proper load distribuon on trailer.

Do not tow trailer without verifying the safety lever is in place. Damage may occur to safety
lever during travel.

While loading and unloading please be cauous
near any pinch points.
When loading your equipment make sure to
raise the buckets to ensure you do not hit the
trailer.

Check wheel lug nut torque to 95 /lb at 10, 25, and 50 miles and before each tow.
Check wheel bearings for heat and excessive play at 10, 25, and 50 miles and before each tow.
Check brake adjustment 200 miles and 3,000 miles.
Check drum brakes pads for wear.
Check re pressure before each tow.
Lubricate wheel bearings every 12 months or 10,000 miles.
Check lights are in working order.
Check breakaway switch operaon before each tow.
