Whether you're using it to soothe or loosen muscles and fascia while rolling out tension, isolating your
trigger points; or improving body circulation, the PolishLightTM will deliver high intensity vibration into
the body allowing you to improve your body’s overall performance by enhancing flexibility, increasing
your range of motion but most of all will help prevent injury.

TimTam has taken recovery to the next level with the
PolishLightTM. Through extensive research and
development and strenuous testing we have provided an
ultra-premium product for your recovery needs. Comprised
of the highest quality materials we have designed it with
several unique features.
The PolishLight™ can be used with or without the powered vibration. If you desire the
powered vibration you can select from 4 intensity levels. This is accomplished by pressing
the TT logo in the center.
HOW TO USE
FOOT
Place the PolishLightTM under the arch of your foot with the other one
on the ground for stability. Be sure to roll the entire length of your foot
slowly rolling from toe to heel making sure you extend your toes.
Repeat for each foot.
HIP
With the PolishLightTM under your hip, lay on your side. Anchor
your forearm to the ground, while tightening you abdominal and
glute muscles. Roll down your hip to your thigh. Repeat on the
other side.
CALF
While lying on the ground, anchor both your hands as your base for
support. Straighten one of your legs keeping the other on the ground.
Place the PolishLightTM under your calf rolling it along the back of your
lower leg, up and down your knee to your ankle. Work both the inside and
outside of your calf. While doing this, allow your foot to flex and maneuver
the PolishLightTM in different directions. Repeat on each calf.

QUAD
Lay down on the ground laying on top of your PolishLightTM position-
ing it underneath your quad, just above the knee. Put your weight onto
your forearms rather than your wrists to prevent any wrist injuries.
Slowly roll up from your knee to your quad. Repeat on the other quad.
HAMSTRING
With both hands anchored to the ground for stability place the
PolishLightTM under your hamstring and slowly roll along the back
of your upper leg up and down from your knee to right under your
glutes. For more resistance, cross your other leg over the top of the
other as this will cause more weight down onto the ball for a deeper
massage. Repeat on the other side.
GLUTE
With both hands anchored to the ground for stability and bending
either one or both legs place the PolishLightTM directly under your
glute and slowly roll back and forth. By leaning to the right or left you
can isolate the glute more. Repeat on the other side.
LUMBAR
Stand against a padded wall placing the PolishLightTM on one side of
your middle back. Tighten your abs and slowly bend your knees to
move the ball across the side of your middle back. Stay clear of rolling
the ball directly over your spine. Repeat on the other side of the middle
back.
LOWER BACK
Sit on the floor with the PolishLightTM on your lower back and anchor
both your forearms to the ground for stability. Press your body into the
PolishLightTM and slowly roll your lower back gently moving it up and
down for that side. Make sure to not roll the ball directly over your spine.
Repeat on the other side of the lower back.
UPPER BACK/ SHOULDER
Stand against a padded wall placing the PolishLightTM on your
shoulder/upper back. Tighten your abs and slowly bend your
knees to move the ball across your upper back and shoulder.
Repeat on the other side of your upper back/ shoulder.

OPERATING
Use a towel or soft cloth to wipe any moisture from unit.
Store in a cooler area.
Keep unit away from heat sources, liquids, and inexperienced individuals.
MAINTENANCE , CLEANING AND STORAGE
Fully charge before first use. To charge, connect the adapter to the charging port and plug into wall
charger. Orange LED lights illuminate to show battery level and indicate active charging. LED lights
will remain illuminated when fully charged while adapter is plugged in.
Unit may be recharged at any time and at any battery level. It is not recommended to fully deplete the
battery level. Recharge the unit regularly to best prolong battery life. The average run-time is 2 hours
at intensity level setting four, and longer at lower levels.
To turn on, press down on the TT power button. The blue LED light will illuminate. Press once to move
up to each intensity. The orange LED lights will indicate the corresponding power level.
Do not use directly on a hard surface. Use only on a carpeted floor or a fitness mat.
3To turn off, press the TT power button. The unit is fully turned off when all the LED lights are off.
4The unit will turn off after 10 minutes of use. To continue use, turn unit on again and set to desired level.
WARNINGS AND CAUTION
Please consult with a licensed health professional before you use the PolishLight™ as use
of the product could cause complications if you have certain pre existing conditions such as
but not limited to headaches, joint issues, implanted devices, surgery, pregnancy, diabetes.
It is highly advised that feeble individuals and children should be supervised when using
the PolishLight™.
Do not attempt to disassemble or assemble PolishLight™ as this could increase the risk of
electric shock, fire, or exposure to battery chemicals and also render the product defective.
Store your PolishLight™ in a cool, dry place. Storing in areas with higher temperatures or an
area that has direct exposure to direct sunlight, may render the product defective. Keep
away from liquid as this could potentially render the product defective if it came in contact
with it.
Do not operate vibration mode continuously for more than 30 minutes.
After vibration use, allow a cool down phase of 20 minutes before reusing.
Do not leave the charger plugged in after the battery has been fully charged as this may
lead to reduction of useful life or damage to the battery.
Make sure charging unit is unplugged from the PolishLight™ before using. When not in
use, unplug the charger from the outlet when not in use. Additionally, make sure the
charger cord is easily visible so that it will not be stepped on or subjected to damage or
stress. Be sure to replace damaged charger immediately.
The PolishLight™ should be charged indoors in a well ventilated, dry location. Charging
outdoors near location that has the potential of becoming a wet surface or exposes the
charger to moisture, rain, or snow. Furthermore do not use the battery or charger in the
presence of potentially flammable locations as this could generate a fire.

Excess Weight (240 pounds and higher) on the PolishLight™ may damage or break the
unit during normal intended use.

If you did not purchase your product directly from TimTam, please contact the appropriate TimTam business entity,
dealer or retailer, from whom you directly purchased the product for warranty and return authorization procedures.
The PolishLight™ has a limited 12 month warranty from the date of purchase. TimTam will repair or replace the prod-
uct, or necessary components, free of charge if the PolishLight™ fails due to a defect in material or workmanship
To have it repaired or replaced under the warranty, it must be reviewed to ensure there is a valid warranty. Upon
confirmation, TimTam will email you a return authorization form and instructions on sending the product to TimTam.
Warranty will be voided if damage was caused by misuse or abuse, accidents such as liquids including but not limited
to water or lotions, attachment of any foreign accessories, unauthorized repairs or modifications, improper use of
electrical power supply, loss of power, variation in line voltage, dropped product, deterioration of the delivered prod-
uct resulting from abnormal storage and/or safeguarding conditions on the client’s premises, damage exceeding the
cost of the product; malfunction or damage of an operating part from failure to adhere to our recommended main-
tenance, or failure to provide the dated proof of purchase.

This warranty is effective only if the product is purchased and operated in the United States or Canada. Any modifica-
tions or adaptation to enable it to operate in any other country are not covered under this warranty. This warranty
provided herein shall be the sole and exclusive warranty. There shall be no other warranties expressed or implied,
including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness, or any other obligation on the part of the company with
respect to products covered by this warranty. TimTam shall have no liability for any incidental, consequential or
special damages. In no event shall this warranty require more than the repair or replacement of any part or parts
which is found to be defective within the effective warranty period. No refunds will be given. If replacement parts for
defective materials are not available, TimTam reserves the right to make product substitutions in lieu of repair or
replacement.
This warranty does not extend to the purchase of opened, used, repaired, repackaged and/or resealed products,
including but not limited to sale of such products on Internet auction sites and/or sales of such products by surplus
or bulk resellers. Any and all warranties or guarantees shall immediately cease and terminate as to any products or
parts thereof which are repaired, replaced, altered, or modified without the prior express and written consent of
TimTam.
This warranty provides you with specific legal rights, however some states and countries do not allow a limitation of
damages, so the foregoing limitation may not apply to you.
