STEP 1
Remove contents from box.
Locate TD1 Pump, mounted on
Universal Mounting Bracket,
and hang equipment in desired
location on IBC.
STEP 2
Connect dispense coupler to
installed container valve. Engage
coupler by pressing handle
down until you hear it click.
Using a hose clamp, attach
suction hose (short hose) to
barbed outlet on coupler.
STEP 3
Install 1” FBSP x ¾” (white)
straight barbed fitting to suction
side of pump, (arrow on pump
indicates correct side). Using a
hose clamp, connect suction
hose (shorter hose) to fitting.
STEP 4
Locate the hose hanger and slide
the narrow lip over the desired
bar on the IBC.
STEP 5 STEP 6
Install 1”MBSP x ¾” straight
barbed stainless steel swivel
fitting into Automatic Nozzle.
Using a hose clamp, connect the
dispense hose (longer hose) to
swivel fitting.
STEP 7
Plug system into 110v receptacle.
STEP 8
Turn system to the “on” position.
You are now ready to dispense
your DEF.
WHEN DISPENSING IS FINISHED,
ALWAYS TURN THE PUMP TO
THE "OFF " POSITION.
Install the black straight barbed
fitting to dispense side of pump.
Using a hose clamp, connect the
dispense hose
(longer hose) to fitting.

STEP 2
Connect dispense coupler to
installed container valve. Engage
coupler by pressing handle
down until you hear it click.
Using a hose clamp, attach
suction hose (short hose) to
barbed outlet on coupler.
STEP 6
Install 1”MBSP x ¾” straight
barbed stainless steel swivel
fitting into Automatic Nozzle.
Using a hose clamp, connect the
dispense hose (longer hose) to
swivel fitting.
STEP 7
Plug system into 110v
receptacle.
STEP 8
Turn system to the “on” position.
You are now ready to dispense
your DEF.
WHEN DISPENSING IS FINISHED,
