Instructions

How to set time and date
• Turnthecrownclockwiseuntilthepreviousday’s
dateappears.
Note: Do not set the date between 9:00 PM and 1:00 AM.
Otherwise, the date may not change properly.
Note: When the stopwatch is or has been measuring or is stopped,
if the crown is pulled out to the 2nd click position, it will
automatically reset the Stopwatch hands to "0".

• Take AM/PM into consideration when setting the
hourandminutehandstothedesiredtime.
• Pushthecrownbacktothenormalposition.
Recommend:
• Whensettingtheminutehand,rstadvanceit4to5minutes
ahead of the desired time and then turn it back to the exact
minute.

• Whenthemeasurementreaches12hours,thestopwatchautomaticallystopscounting.
•Thestopwatch1/5-secondhandiscapableoftiming12hours.(60secondsx720times)
•Thestopwatchminutediskorhandiscapableoftiming12hours.(60minutesx12times)
* Before using the stopwatch, be sure to check that the crown is set at the normal position and that the
stopwatchdiskorhandsareresettothe“0”position.
Note: If the stopwatch disk or hands do not return to the “0” position when the stopwatch is reset to “0”, follow the
procedure in "Stopwatch hand position adjustment".

Ifthestopwatchhandsarenotinthe“0”position,followtheproceduresbelowtosetthemtothe“0”position.
• Pullthecrownouttothe2ndclickposition.
Note: While the stopwatch is running or has been stopped while
running, if the crown is pulled out to the 2nd click position,
the stopwatch will be automatically reset.
• PressButton“A”for2seconds.
- The stopwatch minute disk or hand turns a full
roundandcanbesettocorrectposition.
• PressButton“B”repeatedlytosetthehandstothe
“0”position.
Note: The stopwatch minute disk or hand moves quickly if Button
"B" is kept pressed.
Note: Thestopwatch1/5-secondhandmovesquicklyifButton"B"
is kept pressed.
• PressButton“A”for2seconds.
- Thestopwatch1/5-secondhandturnsafullround
