Application
The Toastmaster Countertop
Electric Charbroiler is the most
economical and flexible Countertop
Charbroiler in the food service
industry. It offers unsurpassed
performance, combining a proven
control system with Toastmaster
quality and durability. Available in
sizes: 12" and 24".
Standard Features
•Cooking surface consist of 3
and 5 removable cast iron grids
for TECC4224 and TECC4236
respectively, each resting
directly on a tubular heater.
•Total cooking area of 333
square inches for TECC4224
and 555 square inches for
TECC4236.
•Stainless steel front, top and
sides.
•Aluminized steel back.
•4” steel legs.
•Grid temperature controlled by
thermostat adjustable from
300oF to 700oF with indicator
light.
•Full width crumb tray.
Electrical
TECC 4224 has a total rated input
of 8.1 KW and TECC 4236 has a
total rated input of 13.5 KW and be
suitable countertop application. All
wiring shall connect at terminal
block in compartment at the rear of
the unit. Supply knockout located at
bottom rear. Available in 208,240 or
480V, 3 phase.
Controls
Grid temperature controlled by
thermostat from 300oF to 700oF with
“OFF” position.
