The appliance uses 2 x AAA batteries
(included). Insert the 2 x AAA batteries into
the battery compartment underneath the
baby scale. Respect the polarities +/-.

Press the ON/OFF button. All the elements
on the screen are displayed for a few
seconds, followed by “0.00kg” and the
symbol “ “. When the symbol “ ”
disappears and only “0.00kg” appears on
the screen, place the baby in the cradle.
If your baby keeps still, his/her weight will
automatically stabilise after a few seconds
and then appear on the screen. If your
baby is moving, the symbol “ ” appears
on the left-hand side of the screen and a
non-stabilised weight scrolls on the screen.
Press the HOLD button to freeze the
baby’s weight. The “ ” symbol is
replaced by “HOLD”. The screen displays
the baby’s stabilised weight. When it is not
being used, the baby scale automatically
switches off after approximately 20 seconds.

The automatic tare function allows you to
weigh your baby comfortably lying on a
blanket without including the weight of
the blanket.
• Switch on the scale by pressing the
ON/OFF button.
• Put the blanket on the cradle.
• Press the TARE button, the screen
displays “---” then “0.00kg”.
• Place your baby comfortably on
the blanket.
Only the baby’s weight is displayed.
(When you remove both the baby and the
blanket, a negative weight may appear.
This is the corresponding weight of the
blanket in negative.)

When the weight of the baby appears
on the screen, you can store it in the
memory by pressing the “ ” button, and
it will continue to be displayed for a few
seconds. The “M+” symbol appears.

Err2 The baby scale is overloaded
(weight over 15 kg).
Remove your child immediately or
you may damage the baby scale.
ErrE Baby scale initialisation problem. Switch the baby scale on and off
with no weight on the scale.
bAtt The battery is worn out. Replace the battery immediately.

• Clean your baby scale with a damp
cloth without letting water get into
the appliance.
• Remove the two 1.5V batteries if the
baby scale is not going to be used for
lengthy periods.

Press the “ON/OFF” button to switch on
the baby scale. By pressing the “MRC”
button, the previous memorised weight will
appear on the screen with the sign
“ ” to the right. The memorised weight
will continue to be displayed for a few
seconds. The recorded weight will remain in
the memory until a new weight is recorded
and whilst the battery continues working.


The baby scale automatically displays the
difference between the current weight
and the previously memorised weight. The
difference in weight is displayed using
the or signs, depending on whether
the weight is higher or lower.
