Introduction
Thank you for purchasing a CYT-B hydraulic scissor lift table. Your lift table is made of high
quality steel and was designed to give you a durable, reliable and easy to use product. With
proper maintenance, your pallet truck will give you years of trouble free operation
Before attempting to use your new hydraulic lift table, we recommend you read this manual and
familiarize yourself with the details of operation
Unpacking
Open container and check for shipping damage Report any damage immediately to
distributor and shipping agent. Read the instruction manual thoroughly for assembly your
maintenance and safety instructions
Contents of the shipping Container
To save transportation cost, some parts are packed separately besides the scissor lift table as
follows:1 Scissor Lift Table, 1 Handle Assembly, 1 Foot Pedal, 1 Owner's Manual.
Assembling Scissor Lift Table
Before assembly, please prepare the necessary assembly tools, such as handle, screw driver, etc
1. As shown in Fig. 1, put the handle on the vehicle seat, adjust the position, and lock and fix it with
washer 12 (Part 4), spring washer Φ 12 (Part 5) and hexagon head bolt m12x25 (Part 6).
2. Install foot pedal parts: as shown in Fig. 2, insert foot lever (Part 1) into foot joint hole, and bolt
m10x30 (Part 2) and nut (Part 3) are locked and fixed

Operang Scissor LiTable
To raise the table: Fig. 3
1. Lock the brake on the casters.
2. The table can be raise by pumping the foot pedal.
3. Then, pump the pedal repeatedly unl the table
reaches the height you desire. Please
refer to Figure 3.
To lower the table
1. Lock the brake on the casters
2. Push down the descent lever unl the table reaches the height you desire. This
allows the table to lower in a slow. Controllable manner.
3. Before loading, always lock the caster brakes.
NOTE: During transit, air may have seeped into the pump. To bleed air out of the
hydraulic system, raise and lower the table severalmes to work any air bubbles out of
the pump.

Troubleshooting
Possible problems could arise in the operation of your hydraulic pallet truck. Their p

Maintenance
1. Each friction part must be filled with No. 2 lubricating oil once a month;
2. Check the movement and friction of the wheel to ensure the normal state of the
wheel;
3. Check whether the rear wheel brake is effective;
4. Check the hydraulic cylinder for oil leakage.
Safety notice
1. The load of platform truck shall not exceed its rated load;

2. It is forbidden to use the vehicle to carry people;
3. It is strictly forbidden to drop the goods onto the platform truck from a height;
4. Brake the foot brake before lifting the platform to prevent accidents caused by the
plat form vehicle moving at will;
5. Only use platform vehicle on smooth and flat ground;
6. Hands and feet cannot reach under the platform when the platform is lowered;
7. Our company will not be responsible for any injury that may be caused if the above
warning is not followed.
