“OFF”
( )
●
When the switch is in

(
) position,
the engine
runs at high speed. This position is
recommended
for
continuous
large
electrical
load.
NOTE
■ Turn the economy control
switch to the“OFF”( )
position when a high demand AC load
appliance is connected to the generator to
minimize voltage variations.
3.3.7)AC Circuit Breaker
● While the generator is running, the breaker
should be put in the “ON” position. If the
current has exceeded its limits, it will
automatically be switched to “OFF” position.
NOTE
■
For protection condition, the output indicator
light (green) will be off, and the overload
indicator light (red) will be on.
<<09>>
*

3.3.9) Reset
● Under the protection condition, the “RESET”
button can recover the output of the
generator, and it is unnecessary to restart
the engine.
● Press and hold the “RESET” button for one
second until the overload indicator
light (red) is off, and output indicator
light (green) is on.
<<10>>

NOTE
● Every
100h, the
hour-meter
will
display “CHECK OIL”.
This
information is a reminder to replace the oil.
NOTE
● For protection condition, the output indicator
light(green) will be off, and the overload
indicator light(red) will be on.
● Under the non-overloading condition . the
“RESET” is ineffective.
3.3.10) Hour-meter
The generator provides the hour-meter to display
the engine cumulative working time.
The Min. Scale: 0.1h
The Max. Scale: 999h

NOTE
OIL FILLER HOLE
UPPER LEVEL
WARNING
Be sure the generator is on a level surface and the
generator is stopped
4.1) Check Oil Level
Ensure engine is cool. Clear oil fill/dipstick areas
of any debris.
4.1.1) Remove the dipstick, and wipe clean.
4.1.2) Reinsert the dipstick into the oil filler hole to
the lowest point of thread.
4.1.3) Remove the dipstick to check oil level. Level
should be above the lowest scale on the dipstick.
4.1.4) If the oil is low, add recommended oil up to
upper level of the oil filler hole.
4.1.5) Reinstall dipstick and tighten securely

engine.
■
Do not use poor quality oil. It will reduce
engine life and void warranty.
■
Use only high quality 4 stroke synthetic
blended engine oils certified to meet or
exceed API standards: SG, SF, SE.

NOTE
■
Carefully use and store the engine oil. Avoid
getting dirt or dust into the engine oil. Mixing
different kinds of engine oil is prohibited.
NOTE
■
Running the generator with low oil will
damage the engine.
■
Before the engine oil reduces below the safety
margin, the low oil alert system will shut down
the engine automatically.
■
To avoid the inconvenience caused by
unexpected stopping,
you should always
check the engine oil level before starting.
4.2) Check Fuel Level
Fuel must meet these requirements:
●
Clean, fresh, unleaded gasoline. Do not add
oil to gasoline. Do not use gasoline older
than 30 days.
●
Pump Octane 91 or higher.
●
Avoid getting dirt or water into the fuel tank.
●
ALWAYS turn fuel switch OFF when
generator is shut down.

●
Gasoline is highly explosive and flammable.
Use extreme caution when refueling.
●
Turn off generator and let it cool completely
before refueling.
●
Do not overfill the fuel tank (no fuel above the
red
upper limit mark). After refueling, make
sure the fuel cap is closed properly and
securely, wipe up any spilled fuel.
●
Do not start the generator until all fuel is
properly stored and cleaned/evaporated from
around the generator

WARNING
<<14>>
●
Avoid gasoline contact with skin or
breathing the fuel vapour.
●
KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.
4.3) Check The Air Cleaner

4.4) Check The Battery
Check the battery connection:-
4.4.1) Connect red cable to battery positive(+)
terminal.
4.4.2) Connect black wire to battery negative(-)
terminal.
4.4.3) Hook battery belt.
WARNING
● The battery can contain caustic acid, emit
explosive gases, and can cause electrical
shock. Keep the battery away from
sparks and fire.
●
Always use eye protection and protective
gloves when working around the battery.
Caustic acids and explosive gases can
cause blindness and severe burns.
● If

water
for
15min, and
call
a
doctor
immediately.
● For adult operation only. Never touch both
battery terminals at the same time with your
hand or a non-insulated tool.
<<15>>

4.5) Ground The Generator
WARNING
● Any connection to a building’s electrical
system must ISOLATE THE GENERATOR
FROM THE UTILITY POWER via a transfer
switch. This connection must be made by
a qualified electrician.
