Warranty
Top Dog Attachments warrants products purchased from Summit Tractors by the
original purchaser to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a
period of twelve (12) months from the warranty start date.
Warranty Does Not Include:
1. Transportation to servicing dealer’s business location or, at the option of the
original retail purchaser, the cost of a service call.
2. Used equipment.
3. Normal maintenance service and wear items.
4. Repairs or adjustments caused by improper use; failuer to follow
recommended maintenance procedures, accidents or other casualty.
5. Liabilityof incidental or consequential damages of any type, including but not
limited to lost prots or expenses of acquiring replacement equipment.
