RV rotary valves are designed to

control delivery or discharge of

powder or granulated products

to and from storage containers.

IMPROPERUSE

RV-RVR rotary valves are NOT

designed to work in dangerous

conditions or with dangerous

materials. If the equipment has to

operate in these conditions, the

Manufacturer must be informed.

VERWENDUNGSZWECK

Die Zellenradschleusen der Mo-

dellreihe RV eignen sich zum

Austrag und zur Dosierung von

staubförmigen Schüttgütern und

Granulaten aus Lagerbehältern.

KONTRAINDIKATIONEN

Die Zellenradschleusen der Mo-

dellreihe RV-RVR sind weder für

gefährliche Anwendungen noch

zum Handling von gefährlichen

Medien geeignet. Sollte der Be-

treiber eine RV-Zellenradschleu-

se für gefährliche Medien bzw.

Anwendungen einsetzen wollen,

so muss er unbedingt vorher den

Hersteller um Erlaubnis fragen.

Als gefährliche Medien gelten:

• explosive,

• giftige,

• feuergefährliche,

• in irgendeiner Weise schädli-

che.

Als gefährliche Anwendungen

gelten:

• der Austrag von den oben ge-

nannten Medien aus Silos oder

anderen Behältern.

centa instrukcja instalacji, obsługi

i konserwacji jest integralną czę-

ścią śluzy celkowej i winna być

przechowywana w jego pobliżu do

chwili demontażu i zezłomowania

maszyny. Ponadto instrukcja po-

winna być zawsze łatwo dostępna

dla operatora lub innych osób

uprawnionych do wykonywania

prac przy maszynie. W przypad-

ku zmiany właściciela niniejsza

instrukcja winna koniecznie zo-

stać przekazana wraz z urzą-

dzeniem jako jego część. Przed

przystąpieniem do jakichkolwiek

prac na lub przy śluzie celkowej

valve right up to its nal scrapping,

operators concerned and those in

this manual must be handed over to

the new owner. Before carrying out

any operation on or using the ro-

tary valve, the personnel concerned

TOREX®S.p.A. provides a

12-month warranty on their pro-

ducts. This period starts from the

date of the consignment note.

The warranty is not applicable for

breakage and/or defects caused

by incorrect installation or use, or

incorrect maintenance, or modi-

fications not authorized by the

Manufacturer.

The warranty does not extend

to parts that wear out following

normal use and electrical com-

ponents.

The warranty elapses if the rotary

valve:

- has been tampered with or

modied,

- has not been used correctly,

- has been used without respect-

ing the limits indicated in this

manual and/or has been sub-

jected to excessive mechanical

stress,

- has not been subjected to the

necessary maintenance or these

operations have been carried

out partly and/or incorrectly,

- has been damaged due to

carelessness during transport,

installation and use,

- has been tted with spare parts

that are not original.

On receiving the product, the

user must check these for defects

deriving from transport and/or

incomplete supply.

Defects, damage or incom ple-

teness of the supply must be

immediately communicated to

the Manufacturer in writing and

countersigned by the haulage

transporter.

TOREX®S.p.A. gewährt auf ihre

Erzeugnisse eine Garantie von

12 Monaten. Die Garantiezeit

- manipuliert oder abgeändert

wurde,

- nicht korrekt angewendet wurde,

- unter Nichtbeachtung der in

diesem Handbuch stehenden

Grenzwerte benutzt und/oder

zu starken mechanischen Be-

lastungen ausgesetzt wurde,

- nicht den erforderlichen War-

tungen unterzogen wurde oder

diese nur teilweise und/oder

muje również części, podlegają-

Es liegt in der Verantwortung des

Anlagenplaners bzw.– aufstellers,

alle notwendigen Schutzvor-

richtungen vorzusehen, welche

es verhindern, daß durch einen

Geräte- oder Teiledefekt Perso-

nen- und/oder Sachschäden ver-

ursacht werden (z.B. geeigneter

Schutz gegen das Herunterfallen

des Motors etc.).

- Wenn am Auslauf der Schleuse

kein weiterführendes Förder-

gerät angebaut ist, stellt das

freiliegende Zellenrad eine po-

tentielle Gefahr für das Bedie-

nungspersonal dar. Es ist in

diesem Fall die Aufgabe des

Betreibers, Gefahrenhinweise

direkt am Gerät anzubringen

und den Gefahrenbereich be-

sonders zu kennzeichnen und

gegen Betreten zu sichern.

- The basic rotary valve is sup-

plied packed on a suitable sized

pallet and protected with shrink-

wrap lm (1).

- A crate made of folding wooden

panels can be requested as an

optional (2).

- The rotary valve is xed to the

pallet using xing bolts to pre-

vent sudden movement or loss

of balance (3)(4).

pakowane po dwie.

- W tym przypadku oprócz moco-

wania do palety śluzy są również

mocowane do siebie nawzajem.

ROZPAKOWANIE

- Aby pozbyć się opakowania,

należy najpierw rozciąć i usunąć

folię kurczliwą.

- Następnie należy wykręcić śruby

mocujące, za pomocą których

śluza przytwierdzona jest do

palety.

- Teraz można już zdjąć śluzę

celkową z palety.

REMOVAL

- To remove the packing, cut the

shrink-wrap lm to remove it.

- Then remove the bolts xing the

rotary valve to the pallet.

- The valve can now be removed

freely.

auch paarweise verpackt wer-

AUSPACKEN

- Um die Verpackung zu entfer-

nen, ist die Schrumpffolie auf-

zuschneiden und zu entfernen.

- Dann sind die Schrauben zu

entfernen, mit denen die Zel-

lenradschleuse an der Palette

befestigt ist.

- Nun ist die Zellenradschleuse

von jeder Befestigung frei.

- En fonction de la taille des

DEBALLAGE

- Pour enlever l’emballage, il faut

couper et éliminer le lm ther-

- Ensuite déposer les boulons

qui xent la vanne rotative sur

la palette.

- Après quoi la vanne est libre de

toute sorte de blocage.

- Aby prawidłowo przechowywać

maszynę przez dłuższy okres,

należy całkowicie wypełnić prze-

kładnię (jeśli jest) olejem, starannie

oczyścić wirnik i części wewnętrz-

ne oraz przykryć maszynę.

- Unikać wilgotnego i słonego powie-

trza w miejscu składowania.

- Złożyć zapakowaną maszynę na

drewnianych paletach i chronić

- Przed uruchomieniem należy

doprowadzić maszynę do bez-

W przypadku dłuższego składowa-

nia nieużywanej śluzy celkowej na-

leży całkowicie wypełnić przekładnię

(jeśli jest) olejem oraz gruntownie

przeczyścić wirnik i wszystkie części

Pour remiser correctement la ma-

chine pendant une période d’inac-

tivité il faut remplir entièrement le

réducteur d’huile; s’il est prévu,

Gerätes Räume mit feuchter und

salzhaltiger Luft vermeiden.

Gerät in einen sicheren Zustand

zu bringen.

- Vor der Inbetriebnahme des Ge-

rätes die elektrische und pneu-

matische Anlage und alle Teile,

deren Funktionstüchtigkeit die bei

einem längeren Stillstand in Frage

gestellt werden könnte, prüfen.

- Vor der Inbetriebnahme der Ma-

schine einen vollständigen Rei-

nigungszyklus ausführen, wobei

man beachtet, was auf dem Si-

cherheitsdatenblatt der Stäube

steht.

- Wenn das Gerät unter Bedingun-

gen oder mit Material betrieben

wird, das vom vorherigen Einsatz

abweicht, ist die Verträglichkeit

für den neuen Einsatz mit den

BEDIENSUNGSANLEITUNG zu

vergleichen.

- Den Ölstand der Untersetzungsge-

triebe prüfen.

4)LÄNGERELAGERUNG

Bei längerer Lagerung einer unbe-

nutzten Zellenradschleuse muß das

Getriebe (falls vorhanden) gänzlich

mit Öl gefüllt und das Zellenrad

sowie alle innenliegenden Teile

gründlich gereinigt werden.

On arrival prior to unloading

check if nature and quantity of

the goods comply with the ac-

If any parts are damaged through

transport immediately state your

claims in writing on the consign-

ment note (waybill). The driver

is obliged to accept this and to

leave you a copy. Send off your

claims without hesitation to us

if you received the goods free

destination or directly to your

shipping agent. If you fail to

state your claims on arrival of

the goods acceptance may be

denied.

ABLADENUNDHANDLING

Beim Empfang der Lieferung

kontrollieren, ob Ware in Beschaf-

fenheit und Menge mit den Anga-

ben in der Auftragsbestätigung

übereinstimmen.

Eventuelie Unstimmigkeiten

und/oder Schäden müs sen un-

verzüglich in der hierfür vorgese-

henen Rubrik des Frachtbriefes

eingetragen werden. Der Fahrer

ist dazu verpichtet, die Rekla-

mation entgegen zu neh-men

und dem Empfänger eine Kopie

des Frachtbriefes zu überlassen.

Solite es sich um eine Frei-

Haus-Lieferung han-deln, hat

der Empfänger die Reklamation

an den Lieferanten zu schicken.

Ist der Kunde selbst Frachtzah-

ler, direkt an den Spediteur. Ein

Entschädigungsanspruch besteht

nur dann, wenn die Reklamation

beim Warenempfang in der o.g.

Weise erfolgt ist.

Przy przekazaniu towaru spraw-

dzić, czy typ i ilość zgadzają

się z danymi na potwierdzeniu

zamówienia.

Ewentualne niezgodności i/lub

szkody transportowe należy nie-

zwłocznie wpisać do odpowiedniej

rubryki dowodu dostawy. Prze-

woźnik zobowiązany jest do przy-

jęcia tak sporządzonej reklamacji

i przekazania odbiorcy jednej jej

kopii. W przypadku dostawy fran-

co siedziba odbiorcy reklamację

należy przesłać do nas, w innych

przypadkach – bezpośrednio do

przewoźnika. Odszkodowanie

możliwe jest tylko wówczas, gdy

szkoda została zgłoszona od

razu przy przekazaniu towaru w

opisany sposób.

Należy unikać wszelkich uszko-

dzeń towaru przy rozładunku i

przemieszczaniu. Należy zawsze

mieć na uwadze, iż jest to urzą-

dzenie, które należy transpor-

tować z zachowaniem należytej

ostrożności. W celu bezpiecznego

podniesienia śluzy należy na

otworach kołnierza wejściowego

zamocować co najmniej dwie

śruby pierścieniowe (użyć właści-

wych nakrętek) i zaczepić na nich

haki odpowiedniego urządzenia

dźwigowego. Użyć do tego celu

karabińczyków z blokadą zabez-

pieczającą. Zabrania się używania

klamer, pierścieni, otwartych

haków lub podobnych elementów,

które nie gwarantują w pełni bez-

piecznej pracy.

Si quelques pièces sont endom-

magées il faut les réclamer im-

médiatement sur le bordereau de

livraison. Le chauffeur est obligé

à accepter la réclamation et à

laisser une copie au destinataire.

Il faut envoyer la réclamation tout

de suite au fournisseur si on a

acheté franco destination ou

directement au votre transitaire.

Si on ne réclame pas immédia-

tement, à la réception, on perd le

droit de dédommagement.

Damage will be avoided during

unloading of the equipment. Bear

in mind you are handling mechani-

cal equipment. Please handle

with care.

Use lifting lugs to the pre-drilled

holes to lift and move the equip-

ment.

Use lifting equipment adequate for

the weight, the size and the type

of movement to be made.

Attach the equipment to the lifting

lugs with wire slings and safety

hooks.

Do not use clamps, rings, open

hooks or any other equipment that

does not guarantee safe operation

of wires and safety hooks.

Beim Abladen und beim Handling

ist jede Beschädigung der Ware

zu vermeiden. Berück-sichtigen,

daß es sich um Ma-schinenteile

handelt, die mit Vorsicht zu be-

handeln sind.

Zum Handling und Transport an

den Einlaufanschbohrungen der

Schleuse mindestens zwei Ring-

schrauben mit dazu passenden

Muttern befestigen und in die fest

angezogenen Ringschrauben ein

geeignetes Hebezeug einhängen.

Zum Einhängen nur Karabiner-

haken mit Sicherungssperren

verwenden. Die Verwendung

von Klemmen, Ringen, offenen

Haken oder ähnlichem zum Ein-

hängen an den Ringschrauben

ist verboten, da dies zu Unfällen

führen kann.
