Valvola deviatrice a canotto bascu-
lante
FUNZIONED’USO
E’ stata concepita per l’utilizzo in li-
nee di trasporto pneumatico.
L’azionamento dell’attuatore per-
mette la variazione di percorso del
flusso di materiale per alimentare
le varie linee di produzione. È utiliz-
zabile con qualsiasi tipo di prodot-
to in granuli o polvere. Per materiali
abrasivi è disponibile la versione col
canotto basculante nichelato.
Le valvole deviatrici sono costruite
in alluminio e possono essere azio-
nate da un attuatore manuale, pneu-
matico o motorizzato: questi siste-
mi sono tutti intercambiabili tra loro.
La tenuta è assicurata da una serie di
guarnizioni anti-attrito. È dotato di
controflange per il raccordo con le
tubazioni esistenti.
CONTROINDICAZIONI
- Le valvole deviatrici sono concepi-
te e realizzate per l’impiego in im-
pianti di trasporto e dosaggio nel
rispetto degli standard qualitativi ri-
chiesti dal mercato.
Si ritengono materiali pericolosi:
- esplosivi,
- tossici,
- infiammabili,
- nocivi e/o simili.
Si ritengono applicazioni perico-
lose:
- estrazioni da silo o celle contenenti
i suddetti materiali.

E’ vietato mettere le macchine in fun-
zione prima che la macchina/impian-
to, nel quale devono essere installa-
te, sia dichiarato conforme alle di-
sposizioni della direttiva 14/06/1982
(89/392/EEC).
In quest’ambito è cura dell’impianti-
sta / installatore predisporre ed in-
stallare tutti gli accorgimenti / prote-
zioni al fine di evitare danni a cose o
persone in caso di rotture e conse-
guente caduta di pezzi della macchi-
na (ad es.: rottura del motore).
Per prodotti pericolosi, nocivi al con-
tatto e/o all’inalazione, infiammabili,
esplosivi e pericolosi dal punto di vi-
sta batteriologico e/o virale, l’impian-
tista e/o l’installatore, dovranno pre-
vedere idonei dispositivi all’uopo.

Fördersystemen einsetzbar. Die Be-
tätigung des Stellantriebs gestattet
es, den Verlauf des Materialflusses
zu ändern, um unterschiedliche Pro-
duktionslinien zu beschicken. Die
Weichen sind für Schüttgut jeder Art
verwendbar. Für Schüttgut mit ab-
rasiven Eigenschaften ist eine Wei-
chenversion mit vernickeltem Pen-
delrohr erhältlich.
Die Weichen werden aus Alumini-
um hergestellt und lassen sich mit
einem manuellen, pneumatischen
oder motorischen Stellantrieb
betätigen. Diese Antriebe sind
untereinander austauschbar. Die
Dichtheit wird durch eine Reihe von
abriebsresistenten Dichtungen ge-
währleistet. Die Weichen sind mit
Gegenflanschen versehen, die an
vorhandene Rohrleitungen ange-
schlossen werden können.
KONTRAINDIKATIONEN
- Die Weichen sind für den Einsatz in
Förder- und Dosieranlagen be-
stimmtund entsprechendem markt-
üblichen Qualitätsstandard.
Folgende Medien werden als ge-
fährlich betrachtet:
- explosive
- toxische
- brennbare
- schädliche und/oder ähnliche.
Folgende Anwendungen werden
als gefährlich betrachtet:
- die Entnahme dieser Medien aus
Silos oder Behältern.

bare, explosive sowie bakteriologisch
gefährliche Medien muß der Anlagen-
bauer bzw. –errichter die für die Si-
cherheit erforderlichen Vorrichtungen
vorsehen und Maßnahmen treffen.

Diverter valve with swivel sleeve
USE
The valve is designed for use in pneu-
matic conveying lines. Activation of
the actuator makes it possible to
change the material flow path to feed
the various production lines. It can
be used with any kind of product in
granular or powder form. For abra-
sive materials there is a nickel-plated
model with swivel sleeve.
Diverter valves are manufactured in
aluminium and can be activated by
means of a manual lever, pneumatic
or motor-operated actuator: these
drives can be interchanged. Sealing
is ensured by a series of friction-
proof gaskets. Counterflange are
provided for connection to existing
pipes.
CONTRAINDICATIONS
- Diverter valves are designed and
constructed for use in conveyor or
batching systems, in compliance
with the quality standards required
by the market.
Hazardous materials are those,
which are:
- explosive
- toxic
- inflammable
- harmful and/or similar.
Hazardous applications involve:
- extracting the above-mentioned
materials from silos or bins.

Vanne By-pass à fourreau bascu-

FONCTION D’UTILISATION
Conçue pour être utilisée dans des
lignes de transport pneumatique. La
commande de l’actionneur permet de
changer le parcours du flux de mat-
ière pour alimenter les différentes
lignes de production. Elle est utilisa-
ble avec n’importe quel type de pro-
duit en grains ou en poudre.
Pour les matières abrasives la ver-
sion proposée est dotée de fourreau
basculant nickelé.
Les vannes By-Pass sont constru-
ites en aluminium et elles peuvent
être commandées par un actionneur
manuel, pneumatique ou motorisé :
ces systèmes sont tous interchange-
ables entre-eux. L’étanchéité est ga-
rantie par une série de joints anti-
friction. Elle est dotée de contre-
brides pour le raccord aux tuyauter-
ies existantes.
CONTRE-INDICATIONS
- Les vannes by-pass sont conçues
et réalisées pour être utilisées dans
des installations de transport et de
dosage, et ce dans le respect des
standards de qualité exigés par le
marché.
Par produits dangereux on en-
tend :
- les produits explosifs
- les produits toxiques
- les produits inflammables
- les produits nocifs et/ou similaires.

re afin d’éviter que des ruptures
et/ou des tassements de la ma-

sent causer de dégâts à des per-
sonnes et/ou des choses (par
ex.: des protections appropriées
contre la chute du moteur etc.).

installare tutti gli accorgimenti /
protezioni al fine di evitare danni
a cose o persone in caso di rot-
ture e conseguente caduta di

with delivery note, invoice and

through transport immediately
state your claims in writing in
the consignment note (waybill).

the claim and to leave you a

OPERATION
Depending on the type of plant,
the valve can be operated, man-
ually, pneumatically or electrical-
ly: in the two latter versions the
valve is controlled by a remote
control panel or by a local starter.

N.B.: Regular cleaning increas-
es the life of the valve. This ap-
plies in particular to applications
where materials are handled
which either tend to harden or
become sticky when stored for
a longer period.
Air hole
The air blowhole (1) is indicated
in the drawing below.
It can be used in two ways:
1.To clean the dust from inside
the valve. After connecting the
holetothecompressedairpipe,
blow in air only during the
cleaning operation, not during
normal machine operation.
2.To keep the valve chamber
pressurized in such a manner
that when the sleeve position
and the material flow direction
is changed, the pressure of the
air blown in prevents the ma-
terial from flowing back.
BETRIEB
Je nach Anlagentyp wird die
Klappe entweder von Hand,
elektropneumatisch oder elek-
tromotorisch betrieben. In den
letzten beiden Versionen wird
die Klappe entweder über eine
zentrale Steuerung oder über
einen Vor-Ort-Schaltkasten in
Betrieb genommen.
N.B.:RegelmäßigesSäuberner-
höht die Lebensdauer der Klap-
pe. Dies gilt insbesondere für
Medien, die bei längerer Lage-
rung aushärten oder klebrig
werden.
Lufteinblasöffnung
In der Zeichnung ist die Luftein-
blasöffnung dargestellt.
Man kann diese auf zweierleiArt
benutzen:
1.Man kann sie zum Reinigen
des Weicheninneren verwen-
den, falls Staub eingedrungen
ist. Nach dem Anschluss der
ÖffnunganeineDruckluftleitung
bläst man zu Reinigungs-
zwecken Druckluft hinein,
jedoch nicht während des nor-
malen Betriebs.
2. Eine andere Verwendung ist
die, die Kammer der Weiche
unterDruckzu halten, damitbei
derÄnderungderRohrposition
und der Richtungsänderung
des Materialflusses der Druck
der eingeblasenen Luft aus-
reicht, die Umkehr des Materi-
alflusses zu verhindern.
FONCTIONNEMENT

Orifice d’insufflation d’air.
L’orifice d’insufflation d’air (1)
est indiqué sur le dessin ci-des-
sous.
Il peut être utilisé de deux ma-
nières :
1. Il peut être utilisé pour net-
toyer l’intérieur de la vanne en
cas de présence de poussiè-
re.
Après avoir branché la tuyau-
terie d’air comprimé à l’orifice,
l’air est insufflé seulement
quand on doit la nettoyer, mais
pas pendant son fonctionne-
ment normal.
2. L’autre utilisation permet de
tenir sous pression la cham-
bre de la vanne de manière à
ce que lors du changement de
position du fourreau et du par-
cours de la matière, la pres-
sion de l’air insufflé évite à la
matière de revenir en arrière.

Nel disegno seguente è indicato

può essere usato in due modi:
1.può essere usato per pulire l’in-
ternodellavalvola nelcasosisia
introdotta della polvere. Dopo
aver collegato il foro alla tuba-
zione di aria compressa, si spa-
ra l’aria solo quando si deve ef-
fettuarelapulizia,nonduranteil
normale funzionamento della
valvola.
