∆Caution ! Before you unpack and handle the machine and to avoid
any damage to persons or property, read the safety directives given in
the Instructions 300291.
WEIGHT without pallet :
16000 kg
– Pass two 50mm-dia. rods through Cylindrical
Passages B in Fig. 2.
– Put four jacks each under one end of the lifting pipe.

UNPACKING
INSPECTION ON RECEPTION
– Check the packing for alterations.
If altered :
– Inspect the content immediately.
–Record any irregularity in
the transport documents.
– Inspect the machine on startup
for any damage that can be
established at that stage only.
–If you find any, advise the
forwarding agent in writing.

– Remove Top Cover 1.
– Take away Side Walls 2.
– Remove the four steel cov-
ers of shock absorbers if
any.
– Do not remove the locks
until the machine is properly
located.
∆Caution !
Use the points shown opposite for
lifting and moving the machine
about. Make sure your handling
hardware is adequate.

⇒Lifting beam :
– Capacity min.: 6000 kg
– Length min.: 1200 mm
– Pass two 50mm-dia. rods through
Cylindrical Passages B.
– Put the ends of rods in the lifting slings.
– Hitch the lifting slings at the beam that
must be centrally located.
– Lift the beam just to stretch the slings.
Make sure they do not indent the guard.
Keep the machine horizontal and well
balanced at all times.
Do not knock the machine about.
HANDLING WITH HOIST & BEAM
Proceed as follows and acc. to Fig. 2 & 3 :
∆Warning !
– Use a great capacity truck only. Truck capacity min.: 6000 kg
– Hitch the slings at the truck’s fork, etc. as given above !
See Fig. 4.
Handle the control cabinet vertically.
Use the lifting rings on its topside.

keep off the handling area.
