1.Disengagethedrives,lowerthereels,settheparking
brake,andstoptheenginebeforeadjustingtherollers.
2.Loosenthescrewssecuringthefrontrollershafttothe
height-of-cutarms(Figure1).
3.Removethefrontroller(Figure1).
4.Removetheplowbolts,washersandnutssecuringthe
height-of-cutarmstothecuttingunitsideplate(Figure
1).
5.Removetheheight-of-cutarms.
6.Removetheadjustingscrewsfromtheheight-of-cut
arms(Figure1).

7.Applyananti-seizelubricanttothethreadsofthe
adjustingscrews.Threadthescrewsintothenew
height-of-cutarms.

9.Installtherollerintotheheight-of-cutarms.
10.Centertherollerbetweentheheight-of-cutarms.
Installandtightenthenewscrewssecuringtheroller
shafttotheheight-of-cutarms.
11.Removethescrewsandnutssecuringtherearroller
bracketsandspacerstothesideplatemountinganges
(Figure2).Discardthescrewsandnuts.
