PRIMING THE ATOMIZER HEAD
It is important to “prime” a new atomizer head
before rst use. Failure to do so can damage
the atomizer head.
Remove the tank from the Intu Pro Mini
battery by unscrewing at the tank base. Turn
the tank upside down, then unscrew the
tank base from the glass section of the tank.
Remove the atomizer head by unscrewing and
drip a few drops of e-liquid onto the cotton
wick through the openings on the sides of the
atomizer head. Screw the atomizer head back
into the tank base. Screw the base back into
the tank and ret to the battery.
ATOMIZER HEAD LIFESPAN
Atomizer heads do not last forever and
need to be replaced periodically. Lifespan is
generally from a few days to several weeks,
depending on power used, vaping style,
avour and type of e-liquid. A slight burnt
taste, general loss of vapour production,
or a reduction in avour intensity can all be
indications that the atomizer head requires
replacement.
FILLING THE TANK
Press the ller release button on the side of
the tank and slide the top cap in the direction
indicated by the arrow symbol. Once opened,
ll the tank, then press the ller release button
again, and slide the top cap back over the tank
to secure.
Note: To avoid leaking, ensure an air gap of
2mm remains above the e-liquid after lling.
After priming a new atomizer head and lling
the tank, it is recommended to wait 5 minutes
to ensure the atomizer head is fully saturated.
ADJUSTING THE AIRFLOW
To adjust the airow to your personal
preference, rotate the airow control ring
located at the bottom of the tank. The more
area exposed behind the slots in the airow
ring, the more open the air draw will be.
POWERING ON AND OFF
Press the power button 5 times in quick
succession to turn the Intu Pro Mini on. To turn
the device o again, press the power button 5
times quickly.

SETTING THE WATTAGE
The Intu Pro Mini has adjustable wattage that
can be set from 1 - 25W. Use the adjustment
buttons on the battery to increase or
decrease the wattage.
Tip: Press and hold down either of the
adjustment buttons to make speedy changes
to the wattage.
VAPING
The Intu Pro Mini can use either an automatic
“breath activated” switch or the power button.
Either draw on the mouthpiece to produce
vapour automatically, or press the power
button and then draw from the mouthpiece.
E-LIQUID LEVEL
To prevent the atomizer head from becoming
dry and burning prematurely, ensure the
e-liquid level does not drop below the cotton
inlets on the atomizer head, visible through
the glass section of the tank.
CHARGING THE BATTERY
To charge the battery, connect the charge
port on the battery to a USB port or suitable
wall adaptor with the supplied charging cable.
The screen will display an animated battery
icon while charging.
REPLACING THE ATOMIZER HEAD
Remove the tank from the Intu Pro Mini
battery by unscrewing at the tank base. Invert
the tank and unscrew the base. Unscrew the
atomizer head from the tank base, and screw
in a new atomizer head. Before tting a new
atomizer head, remember that it will need
priming as described in the section “Priming
the Atomizer Head”.
Reminder: After priming a new atomizer head
it is recommended to wait 5 minutes before
vaping to ensure the atomizer head is fully
saturated.

KEY LOCK MODE
Key lock mode prevents accidental changes
to the wattage. To turn key lock mode on,
press and hold the wattage adjustment
buttons simultaneously, the screen will display
“Lock”. Whilst key lock mode is enabled, the
screen will continue to display “Lock” if the
adjustment buttons are pressed. Adjustments
to wattage cannot be made until key lock
has been disabled. Hold both buttons down
again to disable key lock mode. The screen will
display “Unlock”.
ADVANCED FEATURES
The Intu Pro Mini has some advanced features
that can be accessed in the main interface
by pressing the power button 3 times. Move
from feature to feature using the wattage
adjustment buttons, and select by pressing
the power button. The Intu Pro Mini will
automatically close the settings interface
after a couple of seconds if no buttons are
pressed.
POWER MODE
In power mode, the wattage can be adjusted
by pressing the up and down adjustment
buttons. This is the standard mode the Intu
Pro Mini will be set to.
VOLTAGE MODE
In voltage mode, you can adjust voltage
instead of power, within a limited range
by pressing the up and down adjustment
buttons. To access voltage mode, press
the power button three times and use the
wattage adjustment buttons to navigate the
options until the screen says “Mode – Volt”
press the power button to conrm the choice.
SECONDARY DISPLAY MODE
A selection of 3 display modes is available. To
access them press the power button 3 times,
and use the wattage adjustment button to
navigate to “SYS VPW SET”. Press the power
button to choose from a secondary display
below the main wattage/voltage position of:
voltage/wattage (whichever is not the main
display), pu counter, or “wave” (an attractive
moving graphic on the screen).

STEALTH MODE
If stealth mode is enabled, the display will not
activate when pressing the power button to
vape. The display will still activate whenever
the adjustment buttons are pressed to make
changes to wattage. To enable stealth mode,
ensure the Intu Pro Mini is switched on, access
the menu by clicking the power button three
times, and navigate using the wattage up
button to “SET SCRN on/o”. Press the power
button and then use the wattage adjustment
buttons to highlight “on” or “o” press the
power button again to conrm selection.
PUFF COUNTER RESET
The pu counter on the Intu Pro Mini records
any use of the device longer than 0.6 seconds;
each usage will count as one “pu”. This
can be reset by pressing and holding the
power button and wattage down button
simultaneously.
AST DRY PROOF PROTECTION
With AST Dry-Proof enabled, the Intu Pro Mini
will attempt to prevent atomizer heads from
prematurely burning – this will cut out power if
the e-liquid level begins to get too low. When
AST dry proof is activated, the device will stop
producing power and display “DRY-PROOF”
on screen. This mode can be turned on and
o by pressing and holding the power button
and wattage up button simultaneously.
Please note: AST Dry-Proof Mode is only
compatible with specic AST atomizer heads,
and will not work with others.

ATOMIZER HEAD PROTECTION
If the power button is held down for longer
than 10 seconds while vaping, the screen
will display “Over 10S” and the Intu Pro Mini
will refuse to power or produce any vapour.
Releasing the power button will allow normal
operation to resume.
LOW VOLTAGE PROTECTION
If battery voltage drops below 3.3V, “Low
Volt” will be displayed onscreen and the Intu
Pro Mini will turn o. Charge the battery using
the steps outlined in “Charging the Battery”
to unlock the Intu Pro Mini allowing normal
operation to resume.
LOW BATTERY ALERT
If battery voltage drops below 2.9V while
vaping, “Weak Power” will be displayed on
screen. At this point, the Intu Pro Mini requires
charging. To charge the battery, follow the
steps outlined in “Charging the battery”.
SHORT CIRCUIT PROTECTION
If an atomizer short circuit occurs, the screen
will display “Short” and the Intu Pro Mini will
refuse to power or produce any vapour.
Replacing the atomizer head should allow
normal operation to resume. To replace the
atomizer head follow the steps outlined in
“Replacing the Atomizer Head”.
NO ATOMIZER DETECTED PROTECTION
If no atomizer head is detected, the screen
will display “Check Coil” and the Intu Pro Mini
will refuse to power or produce any vapour.
Ensure the atomizer head is fully screwed into
the tank base and the tank base is correctly
screwed into the tank, then t the tank back
onto the battery. If the “Check Coil” message
continues, replacing the atomizer head should
allow normal operation to resume. To replace
the atomizer head follow the steps outlined in
“Replacing the Atomizer Head”.
TEMPERATURE ALERT
If the temperature of the Intu Pro Mini
exceeds the maximum safe operating
temperature, the screen will display “Too Hot”
and the Intu Pro Mini will refuse to power or
produce any vapour. Stop vaping and allow
the Intu Pro Mini to cool down for normal
operation to resume.

The Intu Pro Mini battery and tank connection
can be cleaned by wiping down with tissue
or a dry cloth. The tank can be cleaned by
removing it from the battery, unscrewing the
tank base from the glass section of the tank
then removing the atomizer head. The entire
tank and base can now be cleaned under
hot running water. Allow the tank to fully dry
before retting the atomizer head into the
tank. Reassemble the tank.
Note: Do not attempt to clean the atomizer
head with water. Do not submerge the Intu
Pro Mini battery unit in water or allow it to
get wet.

• Store the Intu Pro Mini e-cigarette and its
accessories away from children whilst not
in use.
• Please charge using only the cable provided,
or a genuine TW accessory.
• Please dispose of dead batteries in
accordance with your country’s appropriate
legislation.
• Do not charge the battery in a damp
environment, or in temperatures under 0°C
or above 45°C.
• Do not use the device in temperatures
under -10°C or above 60°C.
• Do not carry batteries in a pocket or bag
with other metallic objects.
• Do not attempt to repair a faulty Intu Pro
Mini battery as these are sealed units with
no serviceable parts. Attempted repairs will
void the warranty.
The Intu Pro Mini kit has a 6 months parts
warranty, with the exception of atomizer
heads, which are consumable items and
covered by “dead on arrival” warranty only.
The USB cable supplied has a 12-month
warranty. If any parts are found to be faulty
within this time please contact our customer
service team, whose details are on the back
page of this booklet and we will arrange for a
replacement. We may require the goods to be
returned for further investigation.
