Do not touch the left bottom of the
product or the installation adapters
as the hot water side with your bare
hand. Cover plates must be put or
all the times.

If it is set opposite to the function described,
you may be scalded when hot water is used
unintentionally.
Check Push buttons everytime before
using the product.
Check the temperature every time you take a
shower.
Everytime before using the hot water,
you must check with your hand that
the temperature is suitable with your
hand.
Scalding or other injuries may occur.
Do not disassemble or modify the item
in any way not decribed in this manual.

Scalding may be resulted if push button are
pressed quickly without checking the temperature.
Leftover hot water flows out during the next use
and that person may be scalded.

The temperature control handle should
be kept under “104” before each use.

After hot water is used, let cold water
flow for a short time.
Always use the hot water with caution. Otherwise,
you may get scalded.

Before each use, always check the
water temperature.
Mandatory
If the shower tower is unstable and shaky,
property damage, scalding and injuries are likely
to occur.

Check regularly (twice a year) that
there is no leakage and that the
shower tower is not loose.
If check valve malfunctions, in some cases, the
water flow may reverse, and this may cause
unexpected accidents such as leakage. 
To guarantee the safety of the check
valves, replace them regularly
(Please refer to P.15)
If you turn the temperature handle too quickly,
the temperature may rise too fast, and you may
be scalded. 

If the product is damaged and broken, property
damage, scalding and other injuries are likely

Do not hit or impact the product with any
objects
If hot water pressure is higher than cold water
pressure, you cannot adjust the temperature
correctly, and you may be scalded
.
The cold water supply pressure must be
higher than that of the hot water supply
pressure.

If check valves are shut off, hot water will expell
while removing the cap, which can scald you
and cause serious injury.
If you want to clean the filters, shut off the hot
and cold check valves.
Otherwise, scalding may be resulted from high water.
Regardless of the weather condition, always
check the temperature control handle, making
sure that it is at the cold side. Also confirm
water temperature of the product by using a
temperature indicator.
Do Not!
Scalding can be resulted from using very hot water.
For safety reasons, it is recommended to use
water under 104°F (40˚C).
Do not use very hot water (over 140°F)
during shower.

Do Not!
Otherwise, unexpected damage such as leakage
can be resulted.
Shut off the check valve or main valve, if the
Shower Tower is not used for long period of
time.
The shower tower or the supporting wall can be damaged
and property damage, injuries and leakage can be
resulted.
The shower bar should not be used as a handrail
grab bar or be used to hang objects. Do not also
attempt to hang from it.
When the temperature falls below freezing give
proper care to the piping and product to
prevent causing damage to the product and
malfunction
Do not drop or damage Handshower.
Overly frequent might cause pealing plating from the
surface. Replace a new one, if plating is pealed.
The Handshower should not be subjected to
overly frequent use, such as in a public
bathroom or in leisure facilities.

may hear the pipes rattle, property damage may
occur due to water leakage.

Confirm the temperature of the water output
If the temperature handle is different from the factory setting (supply water
temperature and static pressure), the water temperature will not be same as
indicated.
When this happens, check on the following key points.
2. Set the mark of temperature
handle to “104” on the scale.
3. Turn the flow lever to the
highest position.

water device.
4. Push the ON/OFF button of
hand shower.
Water should run out of the hand
shower.
5. Check outflow temperature.
If the outflow temperature is
appropriate (about 104 ° F), then
use the product normally.
If the outflow temperature is
inappropriate, refer to P.8 to set
the temperature handle correctly.
Tips
For safety reasons, the product is
equipped wth a function that keeps
scalding water from running, If set
correctly, themaximum temperature
is about (113
° F).

Pressing it too hard or quickly may
result in water hammer.

Tips
●After the shower is shut off, water can still drip out for
a short time, this is just water leftover in the pipe. If it
does not stop after several minutes, check if you have
engaged the push button completely.
●“Water hammer” is a phenomenon where banging noise
can be heard when the water is shut off too
quickly, this is not a problem of the product. However care
should be taken to avoid this since pipe breakage or leakage
may result.

It is normally set to "104", set it to your
comfortable, at the “mark”

As you turn it upward, the flow rate increases,
as you turn it downward the flow rate decreases.

To prevent being scalded, a hot water
supply temperature of less than 185˚F
(85˚C) is recommended.
The maximum flow rate of the Shower Tower is
2.5 gpm (9.5L/min).

For safety reasons, the product is built
with a function that prevents flow of overly
hot water,
(When set correctly, the
maximum temperature of the Shower
Tower is about 113°F)(45˚C)).
The volume control handle cannot be
used to shut off the flow rate of water.

wrench, and remove the
lower right cover plate.
Use the open/shut tool to
shut off the check valves,
of the Shower Tower.

and debris from filters.
4. Install the filter and turn on
the check valves.
5. Use screws to reinstall the
cover plates.

into the cap groove of the
filters, then take out the
caps and filters slowly.
There are filters at both the cold
and hot sides.
Check if the filter on the hot side
is not hot before taking the filter out.


Use a soft cloth for maintenance
Use a damp, soft cloth to clean the
Shower Tower.

Wipe the area with a wet cloth and dry using a soft cloth.

Please check your Shower Tower regularly according to the following instructions.
If there is deterioration or wear, property damage
or injuries are likely to occur due to water leakage.
In case of leakage, shut off the check valves and
main valve (refer to P.16) and request service
from professional plumber or your dealer.
If loose, request service from professional
plumber.
If it cannot function normally, request service from
the professional plumber or contact your dealer

2. Use a flathead screwdriver
to shut off the check valve

If this does not stop the water,
shut off the main valve.
Shut off the check valves or main valve in case of
continuous water leakage.
If water keeps coming out due to pipe leakage, follow the
instructions in the figure below to shut off the
check valves or main valve.

products service contractor, or write directly to TOTO<U.S.A., INC., 1155 Southern road, Morrow,
Georgia 30260, [phone]. If, because of the size of the product or nature of the defect, the
product cannot be returned to TOTO<, receipt by TOTO<of written notice of the defect shall constitute
delivery. In such case, TOTO<may choose to repair the product at the purchaser’s location or pay to
transport the product to a service facility.
2. TOTO<’s obligations under this warranty are limited to repair or replacement, at TOTO<’s option,
of products or parts found to be defective, provided that such products were properly installed
and used in accordance with OWNER’S MANUAL. TOTO<reserves the right to make such
inspections as may be necessary in order to determine the cause of the defect. TOTO<will not
charge for labor or parts in connection with warranty repairs or replacements. TOTO<is
noresponsible for the cost of removal, return and/or reinstallation of products.
TOTO® warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship durning normal
residential use for as long as the original consumer end-user purchaser owns their home. This
limited lifetime warranty is extended only to the original consumer end-user purchaser and only. so
long as the Product remains in use by the original place of installation in the purchaser’s residence.
This warranty applies only to Product purchased and installed in North America.
