1. FEATURES(
The%1197T%Tradequip%Car%Body%Rotisserie%accepts%a%wide% variety%of%car% bodies.%%The%Car%
Body%Rotisserie%is%a% restoration% rotator%that% is%designed% to%make% restoring%any% vehicle%a%
simple% and% easy% task.% The% Rotator% utilises% a% heavy-duty% hydraulic% ram%at% each% end% for%
lifting,%with%a%slow%release%mechanism%for%safe%load%lowering%and%also%incorporates%bypass%
valves%to%prevent%the%cylinders%from%over%extending.%The%Car%Rotator%will%also%lower%down%
to%most%bumper%heights%allowing%capability%to%lift%the%body%of%the%vehicle%to%any%height.%
Ball%bearing%swivel%castors%provide%excellent%manoeuvrability.%

2. ASSEMBLY(
1) Connect%the%Main%Connecting%Rod%(41)%to%the%Main%Stand%(34).%
2) Install%the%Swivel%Castors%(42)%to%the%Main%Connecting%Rod%(41).%
3) Install%the%Swivel%Castors%(37)%to%the%Main%Stand%(34).%
4) Insert%the%Rotating%Head%(24)%into%Main%Stand%(34).%
5) Install%the%Hydraulic%Ram%(25)%and%secure%the%upper%and%lower%ram%mounting%points.%
6) Insert%the%Rotating%Tee%(14)%into%the%Rotating%Head%(24).%%
7) Adjustable%Arm%(16)%into%Rotating%Tee%(14).%
8) Fix%the%Balance%Screw%Rod%(1)%onto%the%Rotating%Tee%(14)%with%Screw%Rod%Mount%(3).%
9) Install%Body%Mounts%(6)%on%the%Adjustable%Swing%Arm%(16).%
10) Fit%and%secure%Stabiliser%Arms%(36)%to%Main%Stand%(34).%
11) Repeat%the%above%steps%for%the%other%half%of%the%Rotisserie.%
12) Connect%with%Extension%Tubes%(46,47,48).%
13) Check%all%bolts%for%tightness%before%operating.%

3. BEFORE(USE(
Prior%to%each%use%conduct%a%visual%inspection%by%checking%for%abnormal%conditions,%such%as%
cracked%joints%and%damaged,%loose,%or%missing%parts.%

Operation(Instructions(
1) Check%your%mounting%point%for%your%particular%vehicle.%This%can%be%different,%
depending%on%the%make/model%of%your%vehicle.%
2) With%the%vehicle%on%Jack%Stands,%centre%the%Car%Body%Rotisserie%bases%to%the%
front%and%rear%of%vehicle.%NOTE:%Sometimes%vehicles%are%heavier%on%one%side%
and%will%need%to%be%offset%to%that%side.%
3) Mount%the%Car%Body%Rotisserie%Body%Mounts%(6)%to%the%vehicle.%
4) Connect%the%Extension%Tubes%(46,47,48)%between%each%Rotisserie%base%unit%and%
tighten%bolts,%NOTE:%Leave%one%end%loose%until%ready%to%lift%vehicle.%
5) Check%all%mounting%bolts%to%ensure%they%are%tightened%properly%and%there%is%
enough%distance%between%the%vehicle%and%Car%Body%Rotisserie%base%unit.%
