READ AND SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS
1. Inspect your unit before proceeding. Once you unpack your unit,
check for chips, scratches, cracks, dents or scuff marks. If any
damage is noticed, do not install.
2. Use this unit only in the manner intended by the manufacturer. If
you have any questions, contact the manufacturer.
3. Installation work and plumbing must be done by qualied
person(s) in accordance with all applicable codes and standards.
4. Protect the entire surface during installation.
5. All holes drilled into the unit must be done from the nished
surface side with extreme care and caulked very carefully to
form a watertight barrier.
DANGER: Always wear safety goggles and gloves in order
to avoid personal injury.

Warranty
ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
A thorough inspection must be made before installation and any damage must be promptly reported. We will not be liable for failures or
damage that could have been discovered or avoided by proper inspection and testing prior to installation.
Conglom Kitchen & Bath warrants this product to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase.
Proof of purchase (original sales receipt) from the original consumer purchaser must be made available to Conglom Kitchen & Bath for all
warranty claims.
This warranty is non-transferable and shall be voided if the unit is removed from its initial installation or if it is not installed following the
manufacturer’s instructions. It does not apply in the event of product damage due to the use of other than genuine Conglom Kitchen & Bath
replacement parts, (Replacement parts may be obtained by e-mail at [e-mail] or by calling 1-877-333-0098 between 8:30 am
- 5:00 pm EST) installation error, abuse, misuse or improper care and maintenance (whether performed by a plumber, contractor, service
provider or member of the purchaser’s household). The warranty excludes damage due to aggressive air or water conditions, harsh or abrasive
cleaners and/or materials.
Under no circumstance shall we be held liable for personal injury or property damage resulting from improper installation or use of this
product. We will not be held liable for inconvenience caused by loss of use of this product, costs incurred for labour or materials, removal
and installation of replacement units, or any other incidental or consequential damages. Costs relating to obtaining access for repair or
replacement are the responsibility of the user.
Our obligation shall be limited to the repair or replacement of a unit (at our discretion) that may prove, by our sole examination, to be defective
under normal use and service during the warranty period.
Any failure of this product that is not traceable to a defect in material or workmanship is not covered by this warranty. These non-warrantable
items include, but are not limited to:
- Improper installation not in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions.
- Dents and/or scratches incurred during shipping, handling, or installation.
- Change in colour or nish due to chemical usage.
- Damage caused by failure to follow care and cleaning guidelines, including damage caused by the use of abrasive cleaners.
- Alterations made to the unit by the purchaser or installer.
- Damage caused by accidental impact, re, ood, freezing, and normal wear.
- Bends and warping caused by forced connections, over-tightened ttings, and inadequate support during installation.
- This warranty does not extend to commercial and institutional installation or use.

1. Hold the end of the hose with large tting with one hand and, with
the other hand, hand tighten the spray faucet head clockwise onto
the large tting. Push the hose in so that the head aligns properly
with the notches on the faucet pipe.
2. Unscrew the retaining ring from the bottom of the faucet body,
ensuring that the washer and gasket are removed with the
retaining ring.
3. Install the faucet through the hole in the sink, by rst threading the
hose through the hole, then placing the base of the faucet through
the hole. A second person may be required to hold this in place
until the faucet installation is complete.
4. From underneath, slide the washer and gasket, then the retaining
ring, over the free end of the hose. Slide them up to the exposed
threaded section of the faucet.
5. Tighten the retaining ring by hand until it is snug. Using a wrench
or pliers, tighten the assembly. Gently tighten the two screws on
the retaining ring. Do not over tighten.
6. Attach the end of the hose with the small tting onto the faucet
outlet and hand tighten. Then, using one wrench on the hexagonal
nut of the faucet outlet and another on the hose nut, tighten the
two ends together. Tightening with just a single wrench may
deform the hose nut.
7. Install the counterweight on the hose about 457 mm (18 in.) from
the underside of the faucet. This can beadjusted based on your
own requirements, but this is the normal location.

STRAINER INSTALLATION
1. Apply a ring of sealant to the underside of the strainer ange.

2. Insert the strainer body into the sink.
3. Assemble the rubber gasket, friction washer and locknut onto
the strainer body from under the sink.
4. Hand tighten the locknut. Do not over tighten the locknut as it
may split or deform the strainer body.

A thorough inspection must be made before installation and any
damages or missing parts must be promptly reported. Do not proceed
with the installation. Do not dispose of packaging before you are
satised with your new utility sink.
1. Unpack the unit and place the sink (B) on a blanket or cardboard
to protect the surface.
2. Turn the cabinet (A) upside down onto the protective surface.
3. Gently attach the cabinet base (G) onto its proper location. Using
the supplied base screws (J), attach the base to the cabinet.
4. Attach cabinet feet (K) to the base.
5. Gently place the cabinet upright.

1. Insert the door hand screws (H) into the pre-drilled holes on
each door.
2. Attach the door handles (F) and hand tighten the door handle
screws (H).
3. Repeat on other door.

If the doors need to be repositioned, the hinges can be
adjusted to ensure a precise t with the cabinet.
1. The lateral adjustment screw adjusts the door
left or right.
2. Horizontal adjustment of the screws adjust the
door forward and backward.
3. Vertical adjustment of the screws adjust the
door up and down.

Sealant
1. Carefully place a bead of sealant all around the
top of the cabinet (A).
2. Ease the sink (B) into the cabinet (A), ensuring
that it is placed evenly and is centered on
the cabinet. Wipe off any excess sealant. Use
masking tape to hold the sink in place until the
sealant dries.

PLACEMENT
Move the assembled unit to its nal location. Final hook up of the supply lines and drain system can now be completed.
SUPPLY LINES (NOT INCLUDED)
The supply lines that attach the faucet to the household
water system, are not supplied with this unit. They need to be
purchased separately.
Follow the manufacturers instructions for proper installation of
the supply lines.
Maintenance
CARTRIDGE REPLACEMENT
1. Before proceeding, turn off the water supply to the faucet.
2. Take off the plastic water indicator by hand, then use the
Allen key to remove the screw and pull out the handle body.
The top lever of the cartridge will be exposed.
3. Unscrew the cap and rings, making sure not to damage the
threads.
4. Pull out the cartridge and replace it with a new 35 mm
(1.4 in.) ceramic cartridge.
5. Replace the rings and the cap.
6. Place the handle body on the cartridge. Lock the screw onto
the handle body and tighten it with the Allen key. Do not over
tighten.
7. Put the plastic water indicator back into the hole, make sure
the red is on the left and blue is on the right.

Care and Cleaning
UTILITY SINK CABINET
Do Do
- After use, always rinse your sink with tap water to dilute and
remove deposits.
- Towel dry after use whenever possible to prevent water spots.
Should water spots occur, clean with a mild solution of vinegar
and water followed by a thorough rinse.
- Use liquid soap, a general household cleaner, or a weak solution
of vinegar and water for regular cleaning.
- Only use plastic scouring pads recommended for use in
stainless steel sinks, and only use them in the bowl of the sink.
Scrub in the direction of the satin nish lines.
- Remove dust and dry dirt with a soft, damp cloth.
- Clean grease, oil, paint and ink stains with isopropyl
(rubbing alcohol). Immediately rinse with water after stain
removal.

- Do not allow any food, detergent, soap or grease to dry or sit for
extended periods of time on the surface of the sink.
- Never use abrasive cleaning products, as they will dull and
scratch the nish.
- Do not use scouting pads on the deck, as they will dull the
mirror nish.
- Never use steel wool pads, as they will leave iron particles on
the sink, which will cause corrosion.
- Never leave steel or cast iron pans in your sink for extended
periods of time, as this can cause corrosion.
- Do not allow your cabinet surface to come into contact
with products such as acetone (nail polish remover), nail
polish, dry cleaning solution, lacquer thinners, gasoline,
pine oil, etc.
- Use caution when using sharp instruments that may fall
and scratch the surface.
Your sink is manufactured with the highest grade stainless steel and will provide you many years of enjoyment with the proper care.
SCRATCH, SPOT, AND BLEMISH REMOVAL AND SURFACE RESTORATION:
Little rust spots and blemishes that periodically appear in the sink are typically the result of the steel interacting with the chemicals
found in the vast spectrum of substances that sinks are commonly exposed to. They may also get transferred from other objects
placed or left in the sink. Scratches are the result of regular wear and tear.
To remove scratches, spots, and blemishes from the sink, rub them with a non-metallic scouring pad (e.g. Scotch-Brite®) combined
with a mild abrasive cleaner (e.g. Vim® or Barkeeper’s Friend®). Always rub the surfaces in the direction of the grain of the steel. When
nished, rinse the sink with water and dry it with a towel to allow the sink to form a protective outer layer. This procedure can also be
used to renew all of the surfaces of the sink.

LIRE ET CONSERVER CES DIRECTIVES
1. Vérier soigneusement l’unité avant l’installation pour vous
assurer qu’elle ne comporte aucun dommage. Une fois que
vous déballez votre unité, vériez pour les rayures, les ssures,
les bosses ou les éraures. Si des dommages sont notés, ne
pas installer.
2. Ce produit ne peut être utilisé autrement que pour l’usage
prévu par le fabricant. Consulter le fabricant pour toutes
questions concernant ce produit.
3. Votre installation doit être conforme à tous les codes de
bâtiment locaux pour la plomberie. Faites en sorte qu’un
ouvrier qualié effectue ou approuve votre installation de
plomberie.
4. Protéger la surface lors de l’installation.
5. Tous les trous forés dans l’unité doivent être effectuées à
partir du côté de la surface nie avec un soin extrême et très
soigneusement calfeutrés pour former une barrière étanche
à l’eau.

- Les courbures et les déformations provoquées par des raccordements forcés, des xations trop serrées et un support inadéquat
pendant l’installation.

1. Tenir l’extrémité du tuyau souple munie du gros raccord de
tuyauterie d’une main, et à l’aide de l’autre main, serrer fermement
le bec du robinet à douchette dans le sens horaire pour le xer au
gros raccord. Pousser le tuyau souple à l’intérieur en alignant le bec
sur les encoches du tuyau du robinet.
2. Dévissez la bague de retenue du bas du robinet en vous assurant que
la rondelle et le joint, soient également conservés avec la bague.
3. Installez le robinet à travers le trou de l’évier, en enlant d’abord
le tuyau exible à travers le trou, puis insérez la base du robinet à
travers le trou. Une deuxième personne pourrait être nécessaire pour
tenir cet assemblage en place jusqu’à ce que l’installation du robinet
soit terminée.
4. Depuis le dessous de l’évier, glissez le joint d’étanchéité et la
rondelle, puis la bague de retenue sur l’extrémité libre du tuyau
exible et les faire glisser jusqu’à la section letée visible du robinet.
5. Serrez la bague de retenue à la main jusqu’à ce qu’elle soit bien
ajustée. En utilisant une clé ou des pinces, serrer l’assemblage. Ne
pas trop serrer. Serrez légèrement les 2 vis sur la bague de retenue.
6. Fixer l’extrémité du tuyau souple doté du petit raccord de tuyauterie
à la sortie du robinet et serrer à la main. Puis, en plaçant une clé sur
l’écrou hexagonal de la sortie du robinet et une autre sur l’écrou du
tuyau souple, serrer les deux extrémités ensemble. L’utilisation d’une
seule clé pourrait déformer l’écrou du tuyau souple.
7. Installez le contrepoids sur le tuyau exible à environ 45,7 cm (18 po)
en dessous du robinet. Celui-ci peut être ajusté en fonction de vos
besoins, mais c’est la position habituelle.

INSTALLATION DE LA CRÉPINE
1. Appliquer une bague d’étanchéité en mastic de plomberie
en dessous de la bride de la crépine.
2. Insérer le corps de la crépine dans l’évier.
3. Assembler le joint en caoutchouc, la rondelle de friction
et le contre-écrou sur le corps de la crépine à partir du
dessous de l’évier.
4. Serrer le contre-écrou à la main. Ne pas trop serrer le
contre-écrou puisque ceci pourrait fendre ou déformer le
corps de la crépine.

INSTALLATION DE LA BASE ATTENTION : Ne pas placer de charge latérale sur les

Vérier soigneusement que l’unité ne comporte aucun dommage ou
pièces manquantes. Si vous constatez des dommages ou des pièces
manquantes, veuillez communiquer avec le service à la clientèle
avant de l’installer. Ne vous débarrassez pas de l’emballage jusqu’à
ce que vous soyez satisfait avec ce produit.
1. Déballer l’unité et placer l’évier (D) sur une couverture ou un
morceau de carton pour protéger la surface.
2. Tourner l’armoire (A) à l’envers sur la surface protectrice.
3. Placer la base de l’armoire (G) sur le dessous de l’armoire et
insérer les deux vis de base (J) dans les trous prépercés.
4. Insérer les quatre pattes de l’armoire (K) dans les trous
prépercés aux quatre coins.
5. Délicatement remettre l’armoire à l’endroit.

1. Insérer les vis de poignées de porte (H) dans les trous prépercés
sur la porte.

Si les portes doivent être repositionnées, les charnières peuvent
être réglées de façon à s’adapter précisement avec l’armoire.
1. La vis de réglage latérale ajuste la porte à gauche ou à
droite.
2. La vis de réglage horizontale ajuste la porte vers l’avant
ou l’arrière.
3. La vis de réglage verticale ajuste la porte vers le haut ou
vers le bas.

Mastic
1. Appliquer un joint de mastic sur le pourtour de la
partie supérieure de l’armoire.
2. Introduire l’évier sur l’armoire en vous assurant
que celui-ci soit de niveau et centré sur le
meuble. Essuyer l’excès de mastic. Utiliser du
ruban-cache pour maintenir l’évier en place
jusqu’à ce que le mastic soit solidié.
