gebruiksaanwijzingen zorgvuldig door zodat u optimaal gebruik kunt maken
van dit apparaat. In deze handleiding vindt u alle benodigde aanwijzingen
en adviezen voor het gebruiken, schoonmaken en onderhouden van het

VEILIGHEIDSVOORSCHRIFTEN
• Lees de gebruiksaanwijzing aandachtig door voordat u het apparaat
voor het eerst gebruikt. Bewaar de gebruiksaanwijzing, de verkoopbon
en indien mogelijk de kartonnen doos met de binnenste verpakking om
deze indien nodig later te kunnen raadplegen.
• Dit apparaat is niet bedoeld voor gebruik door personen (waaronder
kinderen) met verminderde lichamelijke, zintuiglijke of geestelijke
vermogens, of die gebrek aan ervaring of kennis hebben, tenzij iemand
die verantwoordelijk is voor hun veiligheid toezicht op hen houdt of
hun heeft uitgelegd hoe het apparaat dient te worden gebruikt.
• Als de veiligheidsinstructies niet worden opgevolgd, kan de fabrikant
niet verantwoordelijk worden gesteld voor schade die daar eventueel
het gevolg van is.
• Om kinderen te beschermen tegen de gevaren van elektrische
apparatuur mag u ze nooit zonder toezicht bij het apparaat laten.
Selecteer daarom een plek voor uw apparaat op dusdanige wijze
dat kinderen er niet bij kunnen. Zorg ervoor dat het snoer niet naar
beneden hangt.
• Dit apparaat is alleen voor huishoudelijk gebruik en voor het doel waar
het voor bestemd is.
• Het apparaat moet worden geplaatst op een stabiele, vlakke
ondergrond.
• Dit apparaat mag niet gebruikt worden als het gevallen is, er tekenen
van schade zijn of als het lekt.
• Raak hete oppervlakken niet aan. Gebruik hendels of draaiknoppen.
• Laat het apparaat nooit onbeheerd achter wanneer het in werking is.
• Reparaties dienen te geschieden door een bekwame gekwaliceerde
dienst(*).
• Zorg dat het apparaat opgeborgen wordt op een droge plaats.
• Kook enkel etenswaren die geschikt zijn voor consumptie.
• Het is noodzakelijk om dit toestel zuiver te houden, aangezien het in
direct contact komt met etenswaren.
• Controleer of het voltage dat wordt aangegeven op het apparaat
overeenkomt met de plaatselijke netspanning voordat u het apparaat
aansluit. Voltage 220V-240V 50Hz. De contactdoos moet met ten minste
16 A of 10 A traag beveiligd zijn.
• Dit apparaat voldoet aan alle richtlijnen met betrekking tot
elektromagnetische velden (EMV). Mits het apparaat op de juiste wijze
en volgens de instructies in deze gebruiksaanwijzing wordt gebruikt, is
het veilig te gebruiken volgens het nu beschikbare wetenschappelijke
bewijs.
• Verplaats het apparaat nooit door aan het snoer te trekken en zorg
ervoor dat het snoer nergens in verstrikt kan raken.
• Gebruik het apparaat nooit buitenshuis.
• Wind het snoer niet om het apparaat heen en buig het niet.
• Zorg ervoor dat het apparaat afgekoeld is voordat u het schoonmaakt
en opbergt.
• Dompel het snoer, de stekker en/of het apparaat nooit in het water of
een andere vloeistof, dit om u te beschermen tegen een elektrische
schok.

Gebruiksaanwijzing
• Haal de stekker uit het stopcontact als u toebehoren wisselt en voor
onderhoudswerkzaamheden.
• Gebruik het apparaat niet indien de stekker, het netsnoer of het
apparaat zelf beschadigd is. Indien het netsnoer beschadigd is, moet
u het laten vervangen door een geautoriseerd servicecentrum(*) om
gevaar te voorkomen.
• Gebruik het apparaat nooit in de buurt van directe hittebronnen.
• Haal het stekker uit het stopcontact wanneer het apparaat niet gebruikt
wordt.
• Let op: om gevaar te voorkomen door het onbedoeld terugstellen van
de thermische beveiliging mag dit apparaat niet gevoed worden via
een extern schakelapparaat, zoals een timer, of aangesloten zijn op een
circuit dat regelmatig uit en aangezet wordt door het voorwerp.
• Laat het snoer niet over de rand van de tafel hangen, tegen hete
oppervlakken of in contact komen met het apparaat. Plaats het product
niet onder of dicht bij de gordijnen, raambekleding enz.
• Zorg dat het snoer niet in aanraking komt met de warme onderdelen
van het apparaat.
• Het is aangeraden een warmtewerende bedekking tussen de tafel en
het toestel te leggen (eveneens om geen sporen tengevolge van de
warmte op uw tafellaken of tafel na te laten).
• Oliën en vetten kunnen in brand vliegen bij oververhitting. Wees dus
zeer voorzichtig. Verlucht de plaats tijdens de werking.
(*) Bekwame gekwaliceerde dienst: aftersales organisatie van de fabrikant of
de importeur, die erkend en bevoegd is om dergelijke herstellingen te doen
zodat elk gevaar vermeden wordt. Gelieve het toestel bij problemen naar
deze dienst terug te brengen.

VOOR HET EERSTE GEBRUIK
• Haal het apparaat en de accessoires uit de doos. Verwijder eventuele
stickers, beschermfolie of plastic van het apparaat.
• Reinig het apparaat met een vochtige doek.
• Sluit de voedingskabel aan op het stopcontact. (Let op: controleer of
het voltage dat wordt aangegeven op het apparaat, overeenkomt met
de plaatselijke netspanning voordat u het apparaat aansluit. Voltage
220V-240V 50Hz).
• Wanneer het apparaat voor de eerste keer ingeschakeld wordt, kan het
apparaat wat geur en rook verspreiden. Dit is normaal; er kan zich wat
vet aan het verwarmingselement gehecht hebben wat er nu afgebrand
wordt. Wij raden u aan het apparaat ongeveer 5 minuten lang zonder
voedsel erin te verwarmen (zorg dat de ruimte goed geventileerd is).
• Zorg ervoor dat u een hittebestendige onderzetter onder het apparaat
plaatst, om beschadigingen door hitte en vet op uw tafel te voorkomen.

GEBRUIK
• Plaats, indien gewenst, de papieren bakvormen in de mun reservoirs.
• Bereid ingrediënten voor (recepten zijn verderop in deze handleiding te
vinden) en vul vervolgens de 4 mun reservoirs tot de rand. Het beslag
zal door de hitte gaan rijzen, dus zorg ervoor dat u de reservoirs niet te
vol doet.
• Steek de stekker in het stopcontact. Het rode lampje gaat branden.
• Sluit de deksel en zorg ervoor dat de vergrendeling is vastgeklikt.
• Het is verstandig om na ongeveer 3-5 minuten de voortgang van de
muns controleren.
• Ontgrendel het apparaat en open de deksel. LET OP: de bakplaten
waarin de vormen zijn geplaatst zijn heet.
• Tip: de muns zijn klaar wanneer u in het midden van de muns een
tandenstoker steekt en deze komt er schoon en droog uit. Zorg ervoor
dat u alle muns controleert, aangezien de warmte kan per vorm
enkele graden afwijken.
• Verwijder de muns uit het apparaat, gebruik hiervoor plastic (niet-
metalen) en hittebestendig keukengerei.
• Vervolgens kunt u verder gaan met de volgende sessie, of verwijder het
netsnoer uit het stopcontact. Laat de muns maker afkoelen voordat u
het schoonmaakt en opbergt.
• Als u de mun maker voor meer sessies op een rij wilt gebruiken, laat
het apparaat dan na twee sessies minimaal 15 minuten afkoelen.
SCHOONMAAK EN ONDERHOUD
• Dit apparaat vergt weinig onderhoud. Het bevat geen door de
gebruiker te repareren onderdelen. Als het apparaat niet meer
functioneert, probeer het dan niet zelf te repareren maar laat dit aan
gekwaliceerd personeel over.
• Verwijder de stekker uit het stopcontact en wacht tot het apparaat is
afgekoeld.
• Het apparaat hoeft voor reiniging niet gedemonteerd te worden.
• Verwijder met een papieren doek de overtollige etensresten. Maak
de behuizing van het apparaat schoon met een vochtige doek en
eventueel wat zeep. Dompel het apparaat nooit onder in water.
• Vermijd het gebruik van scherpe voorwerpen, deze veroorzaken krassen
op het apparaat en beschadigen de antiaanbaklaag. Gebruik geen
schurende schoonmaakmiddelen op de bakplaten.
• Berg het apparaat op in de originele doos of op een schone, droge
plaats. Wikkel het snoer niet te strak om het apparaat.
• Zet geen spanning op het snoer waar deze in het apparaat gaat, dit kan
een kabelbreuk veroorzaken.

Gebruiksaanwijzing
RECEPTEN
Voor de onderstaande recepten heeft u de volgende materialen nodig:
• Keukenweegschaal
• 1 grote mengkom
• 1 elektrische mixer voor beslag
• Eetlepel
• Silicone spatel
• Prikker
• 1 (afkoel) rooster
• Mun vormpjes (niet noodzakelijk)
• Pannetje (chocolade mun)
Voor de volgende muns heeft u de volgende basisingrediënten nodig
Recept voor 12 cupcakes
Basisingrediënten
• 125 gram roomboter op kamertemperatuur
• 125 gram kristalsuiker
• 125 gram zelfrijzend bakmeel
• 2 eetlepels melk op kamertemperatuur
• 2 (grote) eieren
Voorbereiding
Haal de boter en eieren tijdig uit de koelkast om ze op kamertemperatuur
te laten komen. Snijd de boter en vruchtjes in kleine blokjes. Meet alle
ingrediënten van te voren af met een maatbeker of weegschaal en zet
ze in aparte kommen klaar voor gebruik. Doe het meetwerk secuur, dit is
cruciaal voor een goed mun beslag.
Basisbereiding
• Doe de boter in een kom en voeg de suiker toe. Voeg de suiker niet in 1
keer aan de boter toe, maar doe dit steeds in kleine hoeveelheden.
• Zet de mixer aan op middelhoge snelheid en mix de boter en de suiker
goed door elkaar, totdat er een lichte en luchtige massa ontstaat.
• Voeg nu één voor één de eieren toe. Let op: Haal ook de eieren uit de
koeling en laat deze op kamertemperatuur komen. Hierdoor wordt
het beslag luchtiger. Mix het beslag goed door met de mixer op
middelhoge snelheid.
• Voeg nu in kleine hoeveelheden het zelfrijzend bakmeel toe. Mix de
massa met de mixer op middelhoge snelheid.
• Voeg als laatste de melk toe en mix alles nog eens 1 à 2 minuten goed
door elkaar met de mixer op hoge snelheid.

Recept voor 12 muns met aardbeien
Extra benodigde ingrediënten
• 65 gram aardbeien (mag ook uit de diepvries zijn)
Bereiding
• Zie bereiding basisrecept muns.
• Pureer een kwart van de aardbeien en roer dit met een pollepel door
het beslag, snijd de rest van de aardbeien in kleine stukjes en bestrooi
deze met wat bloem. Roer de aardbeienstukjes door het beslag. Als u
diepvriesaardbeien gebruik, zorg er dan voor dat de aardbeien eerst
goed ontdooid en uitgelekt zijn.
Recept voor 12 muns met appel
Extra benodigde ingrediënten
• 2 eetlepels kaneel
• 1 zure appel, gesneden in kleine blokjes
Bereiding
• Zie bereiding basisrecept muns.
• Voeg als laatste de appelblokjes met de kaneel toe. Roer alles nog 1 keer
goed door elkaar.
Recept voor 12 muns met bosbessen
Extra benodigde ingrediënten
• 100 gram bosvruchten
Bereiding
• Zie bereiding basisrecept cupcakes.
• Voeg als laatste de klein gesneden bosvruchten toe. Roer alles nog 1
keer goed door elkaar.
Recept voor 12 chocolade muns
Extra benodigde ingrediënten
• 150 gram pure chocolade, in stukjes
• 200 ml (ongeklopte) slagroom
Bereiding
• Zie bereiding basisrecept muns.
• Smelt de chocolade in een pannetje op middelhoog vuur
• Voeg daarna de slagroom toe aan de gesmolten chocolade
• Roer alles goed door tot het een glad geheel is geworden, dit duurt
even.
• Voeg 2/3 van het chocolade mengsel toe aan het beslag en roer alles
nog eens goed door.
• Laat de rest van het chocolade mengsel in een schone koele kom
afkoelen.
• Bestrijk de muns na het bakken en afkoelen met het dikgeworden
chocolademengsel. Gebruik hiervoor een spatel.

Gebruiksaanwijzing
GARANTIEVOORWAARDEN EN SERVICE
• Dit apparaat heeft 24 maanden garantie vanaf de datum van aankoop
(kassabon).
• Bij schade veroorzaakt door het niet opvolgen van de
gebruiksaanwijzing, vervalt het recht op garantie! Voor vervolgschade
die hieruit ontstaat is Tristar niet aansprakelijk.
• Voor materiële schade of persoonlijk letsel veroorzaakt
door ondeskundig gebruik of het niet opvolgen van de
veiligheidsvoorschriften is Tristar niet aansprakelijk. In dergelijke
gevallen vervalt elke aanspraak op garantie.
• Anders dan het schoonmaken, zoals genoemd in deze handleiding, is
aan dit apparaat geen onderhoud noodzakelijk.
• Indien er reparaties moeten worden uitgevoerd, mag dit uitsluitend
door een geautoriseerd bedrijf gebeuren.
• Het product mag niet worden gewijzigd of veranderd.
• Indien zich problemen zouden voordoen gedurende 24 maanden na
aankoopdatum, welke gedekt zijn door de fabrieksgarantie, kunt u het
apparaat ter vervanging aanbieden bij uw aankooppunt.
• Uitsluitend materiaal- en/of fabricagefouten zijn inbegrepen in deze
garantie.
• Tristar is niet verantwoordelijk voor schade:
o Ten gevolge van een val of ongeluk.
o Indien het apparaat technisch is gewijzigd door gebruiker of derden.
o Door oneigenlijk gebruik van het apparaat.
o Door normale gebruiksslijtage.
• Door eventuele reparatie wordt de oorspronkelijke garantieperiode
van 24 maanden niet verlengd, nog het recht op een volledig nieuwe
garantie. Deze garantie is slechts geldig op Europees grondgebied.
Deze garantie heft de gebruikersrechten volgens Europese richtlijn
1944/44CE niet op.
• Voor vragen of klachten kunt u zich melden bij uw verkooppunt.
• Bewaar altijd uw aankoopbewijs, zonder dit aankoopbewijs kunt u geen
aanspraak maken op enige vorm van garantie.
• Als u gebruik wilt maken van uw garantieaanspraak, zorgt u er dan voor
dat u het volledige apparaat inclusief aankoopbewijs inlevert bij uw
aankooppunt.
• Schade aan accessoires of onderdelen betekent niet automatisch dat
het gehele apparaat zal worden vervangen. In dit soort gevallen moet u
contact opnemen met onze serviceafdeling. Afgebroken glazen/ plastic
onderdelen of accessoires vallen niet onder de garantie en zullen dus
altijd tegen een vergoeding kunnen worden vervangen.
• Defecten aan hulpstukken of aan de slijtende onderdelen, alsmede
reiniging, onderhoud of de vervanging van slijtende delen vallen niet
onder de garantie en zullen dus in rekening worden gebracht!
• De garantie vervalt in geval van ongeoorloofde manipulatie.
• Na het verstrijken van de garantie kunnen reparaties worden uitgevoerd
door de bevoegde dealer of reparatieservice tegen de betaling van de
daaruit voortvloeiende kosten.

Dit product mag aan het einde van zijn levensduur niet bij het
normale huisafval worden gedeponeerd, maar dient bij een
speciaal inzamelpunt voor het hergebruik van elektrische en

• Unplug the appliance from the socket when you are not using it.
• Note: To avoid danger by accidental resetting the thermal protection,
this appliance may not be powered through an external switching
device, such as a timer, or connected to a circuit that regularly will be
switched on or o.
• Make sure that the cord is not hanging over the edge of the table or
counter, does not touch any hot surfaces or is coming directly into
contact with the hot parts of the appliance. Do not place the appliance
underneath or close to curtains, window coverings etc.
• Make sure the cord does not touch the hot parts of the appliance.
• We advise to place a heat resistant coating between your table and the
appliance (this way you do not get burns on your table or table cloth).
• Be careful with oil and fat preparations because they might catch
re when overheating. Provide proper ventilation when using this
appliance.
(*) Competent qualied electrician: after sales department of the producer
or importer or any person who is qualied, approved and competent to
perform this kind of repairs in order to avoid all danger. In any case you
should return the appliance to this electrician.

BEFORE USE
• Take the appliance and accessories out of the box. Remove the stickers,
protective foil or plastic from the device.
• Before using it for the rst time, clean the appliance with a wet cloth.
• Connect the power cable to the socket. (Note: Make sure the voltage
which is indicated on the device matches the local voltage before
connecting the device. Voltage 220V-240V 50Hz)
• When it is rst switched on, the appliance may smell and emit some
smoke. This is normal; the grease that may have adhered to the element
during manufacture is burning o. We therefore recommend that you
heat up the appliance for about 5 minutes without any food (ventilate
the room during this period).
• To prevent grease stains on your table cloth, do not forget to put an,
easy-washing cloth under your appliance.

USE
• Place, if required, the paper baking cups into the reservoirs.
• Prepare all necessary ingredients in advance (you can nd some recipes
on the next pages in this manual) and ll the 4 mun shapes till the
edge of the bottom plate. During the baking process the dough will
rise, so do not put too much dough in the shapes.
• Insert the plug rmly into the wall outlet. The red power light will
illuminate.
• Close the cover until it locks into place.
• After 3-5 minutes it is a good time to check the progress of the muns.
• Slowly open the top cover by releasing the locking latch. Caution: avoid
touching the cooking surface. The surface is hot.
• Tip: muns are done when a toothpick is inserted into the middle of
the mun and it comes out clean and dry. Be sure to check all mun as
dierent spots in the mun maker may heat dierently.
• Remove the prepared muns from the cooking plates with a plastic
(non-metallic) and heat-resistant utensil.
• Add another batch of ingredients, or unplug the power supply cord
after cooking and allow the mun maker to cool before moving or
storing the device.
• By using the mun maker for more sessions in a row, allow the device
to cool down for 15 minutes after two sessions.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
• This appliance requires little maintenance. It contains no user
serviceable parts. Do not try to repair it yourself. Let the repairs be
performed by qualied personnel if service is needed.
• Before cleaning always unplug the appliance from the power source
and wait until it cools down.
• For cleaning, there is no need to dismantle the appliance.
• Dry with a paper towel to absorb excess oils. Brush crumbs from the
grooves and wipe with a damp cloth and mild soap. Never immerse into
water.
• Avoid using sharp utensils, as they will scratch the surfaces. Do not use
cleansers or oven cleaners on the cooking plates. To clean the handles
and exterior, use a damp cloth with mild soap and dry with a towel.
• To store: unplug the appliance and store in a box and in a clean, dry
place. Never wrap the cord too tightly around the appliance.
• Do not put stress on the cord where it enters the appliance, as it could
cause the cord to fray and break.

Basic recipe for 12 muns
Ingredients
• 125 grams of butter
• 125 grams of crystal sugar
• 125 grams of self-rising our
• 2 table spoons of milk on room temperature
• 2 (big) eggs
Preparation
Take the butter and eggs out of the refrigerator and let them reach
room temperature. Cut the butter and fruits in little squares. Measure
all ingredients with a measuring cup or scale and place the dierent
ingredients in separate bowls. Measure precisely, this is crucial for making
a good mun dough.
Preparation
• Put the butter in a bowl and add the sugar bit by bit.
• Turn the mixer on medium speed, mix the butter and sugar until it is
smooth and creamy.
• Add the eggs one by one, mix the dough well on medium speed.
• Now add the self-rising our bit by bit, mix the dough continuously on
medium speed.
• At last add the milk and mix everything together on high speed, for
another 1 or 2 minutes.
Recipe for 12 strawberry muns
Extra ingredients needed
• 65 grams of strawberry
Preparation
• See preparation, basic recipe for muns.
• Puree a quarter of the strawberries and mix this with a silicon scoop
through the dough, cut the rest of the strawberries into little pieces and
sprinkle them with a little ower. Stir the strawberries pieces through
the dough. When you are using frozen strawberries, make sure the
strawberries are defrosted and dept dry.

Extra ingredients needed
• 2 table spoons of cinnamon
• 1 sour apple, cut into little pieces
Preparation

• At last add the cinnamon and the pieces of apple and for one last time
stir everything well together.
Recipe for 12 blueberry muns
Extra ingredients needed
• 100 grams of blueberries
Preparation
• See preparation, basic recipe for muns.
• At last add the pieces of blueberry and for one last time stir everything
well together.
Recipe for 12 chocolate muns
Extra ingredients needed
• 150 grams of dark chocolate
• 200 ml of whipped cream (not mixed)
Preparation
• See preparation, basic recipe for muns.
• Melt the chocolate in a cooking pan at medium heat.
• Add the whipped cream to the melted chocolate.
• Stir everything well together until you have one smooth mixture, this
can take a while.
• Add 2/3 of the chocolate mixture to the dough en stir everything well
together.
• Leave the rest of the chocolate mixture to cool down in a clean cool
bowl.
• When the muns are baked and are cooled down cover the muns
with the thickened chocolate using a silicone scoop.

AVANT L’UTILISATION
• Retirer l’appareil et les accessoires du carton. Retirer les autocollants, le
lm ou le plastique protecteur de l’appareil.
• Avant la première utilisation, nettoyez l’appareil avec un chion
humide.
• Branchez le cordon d’alimentation à la prise. (NB : Veillez à ce que la
tension indiquée sur l’appareil corresponde à la tension de secteur local
avant de le brancher. Tension : 220V-240V 50Hz)
• Lors de la première mise en marche, il se peut que l’appareil émette une
odeur et un peu de fumée. Cela est normal ; la graisse qui s’est collée
à l’élément lors de la fabrication brûle. Il est donc recommandé donc
de faire préchauer l’appareil pendant environ 5 minutes sans aucune
nourriture (aérer la pièce durant cette période).
• An d’éviter des tâches de graisses sur votre nappe, n’oubliez pas de
mettre une nappe facile à laver sous votre appareil.

UTILISATION
• Préparez tous les ingrédients nécessaires à l’avance (vous trouverez
des recettes sur les pages suivantes de ce manuel) et remplissez les
4 moules à mun jusqu’au bord de la plaque inférieure. Pendant la
cuisson la pâte va monter, ne mettez donc pas trop de pâte dans les
moules.
• Insérez la che fermement dans la prise murale. Le voyant
d’alimentation rouge s’allumera.
• Fermez le couvercle an qu’il s’enclenche en place.
• Après 3 à 5 minutes, il vaut mieux vérier la cuisson des muns.
• Ouvrez lentement le couvercle supérieur en déclenchant le système
de blocage. Attention : évitez de toucher la plaque de cuisson. Cette
surface est chaude.
• Conseil : les muns sont prêts lorsque l’on peut insérer un cure-dents
à l’intérieur et qu’il ressort sec et propre. N’oubliez pas de vérier tous
les muns comme divers endroits du four à mun, peuvent chauer
diéremment.
• Retirez les muns qui sont prêts des moules avec un ustensile plastique
(non métallique) et résistant à la chaleur.
• Ajoutez d’autres ingrédients prêts ou débranchez le cordon
d’alimentation après la cuisson et laissez le four à mun refroidir avant
de déplacer ou de ranger l’appareil.
• Lorsque vous utilisez le four à mun plus d’une fois d’alée, laissez
refroidir l’appareil pendant 15 minutes après deux fournées.
NETTOYAGE ET ENTRETIEN
• Cet appareil nécessite peu d’entretien. Il ne contient pas de pièces
pouvant être entretenues par l’utilisateur. N’essayez pas de le réparer
vous-mêmes. Les réparations doivent être eectuées par du personnel
qualié en cas de besoin.
• Avant le nettoyage, débranchez toujours l’appareil de la prise électrique
et attendez qu’il refroidisse.
• Pour le nettoyage, il n’est pas nécessaire de démonter l’appareil.
• Utilisez une serviette en papier pour absorber les huiles excédentaires.
Nettoyez les miettes des rainures et essuyez avec un chion imbibé
d’eau et de détergent doux. Ne plongez jamais cet appareil dans l’eau.
• Évitez d’utiliser des ustensiles tranchants, ils risquent de rayer la surface.
N’utilisez pas de produits détergents ou de produits de nettoyage
de fours sur les plaques de cuisson. Pour nettoyer les poignées et
l’extérieur, utilisez un chion humide et du savon doux et séchez avec
un torchon.
• Pour le rangement : débranchez l’appareil et rangez-le dans une
boite dans un endroit propre et sec. N’enroulez jamais le cordon trop
fermement autour de l’appareil.
• Ne mettez aucune contrainte sur le cordon à l’endroit où il pénètre dans
l’appareil, celui-ci pourrait s’elocher et se rompre.

RECETTES
Pour les recettes mentionnées ci-dessous, il vous faudra le matériel suivant :
• Balance de cuisine
• 1 grand bol
• 1 mixer électrique
• Cuillère
• Spatule en silicone
• Cure-dent
• Moules à mun en papier (facultatif)
• 1 moule de cuisson (mun au chocolat)
Recette simple pour 12 muns
Ingrédients
• 125 grammes de beurre
• 125 grammes de sucre cristallisé
• 125 grammes de farine avec levure incorporée
• 2 cuillères à soupe de lait à température ambiante
• 2 (gros) œufs
Préparation:
Sortez le beurre et les œufs du réfrigérateur et laissez-les atteindre la
température ambiante. Coupez le beurre et les fruits en petits cubes.
Mesurez tous les ingrédients avec un verre doseur ou une balance et
placez les diérents ingrédients dans des bols séparés. Il est essentiel que
les mesures soient précises pour la réussite des muns.
Préparation
• Placez le beurre dans un bol et ajoutez le sucre petit à petit.
• Mettez le mixer en marche à vitesse moyenne,t mélangez le sucre et le
beurre jusqu’à ce que la préparation soit crémeuse.
• Ajoutez les œufs un à un et mélangez la pâte à vitesse moyenne.
• Ajoutez à présent la farine petit à petit et continuez de mélanger la pâte
à vitesse moyenne
• Ajoutez enn le lait et mélangez à présent le tout à vitesse rapide
pendant encore 1 minute ou 2.
Recette pour 12 muns aux fraises
Ingrédients supplémentaires
• 65 grammes de fraises
Préparation
• Voir la préparation de la pâte à muns simple.
• Réduisez en purée un quart des fraises et mélangez à la pâte avec une
spatule en silicone, découpez le reste des fraises en petits morceaux
et saupoudrez-les d’un peu de farine. Mélangez les morceaux de fraise
dans la pâte. Lorsque des fraises congelées utilisées, veillez à ce qu’elles
soient bien décongelées et sèches.
