InstaShiatsu® Massage
The InstaShiatsu®+ Neck & Back Massager allows you to enjoy a relaxing shiatsu massage
where you want, when you want it. Its versatile, ergonomic design provides an enjoyable,
massage anywhere on your body including your neck, back, stomach, legs, feet and more!

• Use this massager only for its intended use as described in this manual. Do not use
attachments not recommended by the manufacturer.
• Do not use this product if the mesh is worn out and/or the nodes are exposed.
• Never operate this massager if it has a damaged cord or plug, if it is not working properly,
if it has been dropped or damaged, or dropped into water. Return the massager to a
service center for examination and repair.
• Do not carry this massager by its supply cord or use cord as a handle.
• Keep the cord away from heated surfaces.
• Never operate the massager with the air openings blocked. Keep the air openings free of lint,
hair, or other obstructions.
• Never drop or insert any object into any opening. Do not use outdoors in inclement weather.

• To disconnect, turn all controls to the off position, then remove plug from outlet.
• Consult your physician before using this product if you have any medical conditions.
• Do not allow the unit to get wet or use the unit in moist or wet areas such as the bathroom,
shower, tub, steam room, pool, jacuzzi or outdoors when moisture is present. Store your unit in a
cool, dry place.
• Keep this unit out of the reach of children under the age of 12. This unit should not be used on or
by children under 12 years old.
• Do not use this product on sensitive areas of the body such as: open wounds, rashes, eyes or
swollen areas of the body.
• Do not fall asleep with the unit operating on your person.
• Do not use this massager while driving.
• Move long hair aside and remove delicate chains or necklaces before using massager.
• Do not overuse or over-treat one area of the body. The unit is meant to be used for a maximum of
20 minutes per area. Excessive pressure may cause soreness or friction rash.
• Do not leave unit operating while unattended.
• Keep vent areas/airways clear and free of dust, lint and hair.

Operation
• Fully Charge the truMedic®InstaShiatsu®+ Neck & Back Massager before operation.
• Place the unit on your shoulders and insert your hands through the wrist supports.
• Turn on the unit by pressing the 'On/Off' button
• As massage spheres rotate, apply pressure to wrist supports as desired to adjust shiatsu
massage intensity. If the massage is too intense, apply less pressure to the wrist supports.
• Press the reverse button to change rotation direction.
• Heating is enabled by default upon starting the unit. Press the heat button to deactivate/
reactivate the function.
• The unit can be operated plugged in via A/C adapter or through the internal battery.

Charging the Unit
Fully charge the InstaShiatsu®+Neck & Back Massager unit for 2 hours before use.
• Insert the cylindrical end of the charger cable into the 'DC In' jack on the unit, where it will snap
into place.
• Plug the A/C adapter into an electrical wall outlet.
• The LED indicator light will shine red while the unit is taking the charge and turn green once the
charge is complete.

• This device has an operating time of 20 minutes and will automatically shut down after each session
• Vacuum any dust, lint or hair from air intake vent areas.
• Ensure the device is powered off and unplugged from the power source before cleaning.
• Do not use corrosive or abrasive cleaners. Use a dry cloth to clean the surface of the device.
• Do not store this device in hot, damp, or humid environments. Keep your unit in the box when
not in use, and store it in a cool, dry place.

Warranty
truMedic®warrants this product against defects in materials and/or workmanship for a period of 6 Months from
the date of purchase by the original purchaser. In the event of a valid claim within the Warranty Period, truMedic®
will repair the defect or replace the unit at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts at its discretion.

Repairs/replacements must be authorized by truMedic®before service will be provided. You are responsible for
delivery and the cost of delivery of the product to and from a truMedic®service center for replacement or repair
as, per our instructions.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by failure to follow instructions, or damage caused by accident,
abuse, misuse,  re, fl oods, earthquake or other external causes or damage caused by unauthorized repairs.

Fonctionnement
• Charger complètement le massager shiatsu truMedic®InstaShiatsu®+Masseur de corps
complet avant l'opération.
• Placez l’InstaShiatsu®+ truMedic sur vos épaules et mettez
vos poignets dans les appui-poignets.
• Mettez en marche l’appareil en appuyant sur le bouton « Marche/Arrêt ».
• Alors que les sphères de massage tournent, exercez unepression sur les appui-poignets, si
vous le souhaitez, a nd’ajuster l’intensité du massage shiatsu.
• Appuyez sur le bouton « Inverser » pour changer le
sensde la rotation.
• Le chauffage est activé par défaut lors du démarrage de l'appareil. Appuyez sur le bouton de
chauffage pour désactiver / réactiver la fonction.
• L'appareil peut être branché via l'adaptateur c.a. ou via la batterie interne.

Chargement de L'appareil
Avant la première utilisation, chargez complètement l’appareil InstaShiatsu®+ truMedic®.
• Insérez l'extrémité cylindrique du câble du chargeur dans la prise « DC in » de l'appareil, où il se
mettra en place.
• Branchez l’adaptateur de climatisation dans une prise murale.
• Le voyant LED s'allume en rouge pendant que l'appareil est en charge et passe au vert une fois
la charge terminée.
